Naya It’s been a month since I left what happened in my past behind. I was looking for a new beginning, a new place to call home. And I found it in Springfield, Tennessee. But the guilt of leaving my sick papa behind, along with the stress of keeping my new veterinary clinic afloat, don’t allow me to fully move on. A new opportunity lands at my doorstep when I’m also offered a job as the new vet at the largest ranch in town. I accept, even though my client, Callan Hudson, is a grumpy and closed off rancher who knows exactly how to get under my skin. I’m supposed to hate him, but he somehow makes me feel safe, cherished, seen. When my old life catches up to me, I find myself in danger again, which pushes me more and more into the arms of my new ‘nemesis’. Eventually, I have to return to Raleigh, where I’m forced to face the demons of my past, causing me to question everything I thought I knew. Callan Being the Founder and President of the Sinners & Saints Motorcycle Club is no small task. I didn’t gain the name, King , for no reason. I’m ruthless when necessary, but protective of my people. That aside, all my time and energy go into my ranch, All Saints. The cowboy life is in my blood, after all. When my stallion falls ill, I’m tasked with finding a new doctor. But I never expected the vet to be a small, fiery pain in my ass. Naya Ohara is a thorn in my side, the source of my frustration, and everything I never knew I needed. One day, the President of the Raleigh Riders, our rivals, reappears fifteen years after an almost deadly encounter. But what brings him to town so suddenly? Naya’s involvement soon becomes clear, and she’s no longer safe. My instinct to protect her makes me throw caution to the wind. So, when she leaves, I decide to go after her, putting myself and my crew at risk.
naya is a veterinarian who uprooted her life and moved to tenessee after a breakup. when naya is called to check on a sick horse at a local ranch, she comes to blows with the asshole owner callan who also happens to be the head of a motorcycle club because he doesn’t want her working for him. with no other veterinarians in town, the two are forced together and tensions rise as a rival motorcycle clubs starts to mess with callan’s territory, unraveling a connection to naya that forced the two closer together than ever before.
𝙢𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨: OOH BOY 😮💨 this was such a great read. the tension was so fucking real, and you were on the edge of your seat waiting for it to snap. they were the perfect balance of grumpy x sunshine.
i love that this wasn’t just spice with no plot (though the spice was literally fantastic). the characters were actually developed, and you were able to easily root for them.
𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨: naya: naya is a fiesty, badass woman with a troubled past. i absolutely loved that naya actually had a backbone and had no issue communicating her wants and needs.
callan: owner of all saints ranch, president of saints & sinners motorcycle ranch callan is a protective, loyal man with a dirty mouth. did i mention that dirty mouth also speaks italian? this man would bring me to my knees.
i hope these authors write more books together because this was so good that i read it in one sitting. 🫠
3☆ They gave us a rich cowboy-biker-bar-owner-MC-president, just because they could. 😁
I was in the mood for something light, a little trashy, and very low stakes after my last heavy read, so this worked. Even though the MC didn’t quite MC, the writing was a bit long-winded, and the plot was fairly predictable, I still sort of liked it? 😂 I realize that doesn't necessarily make a ton of sense, but it is what it is.💅🏼 I stayed for the entertaining friction between Naya and Callan, the plentiful smutty goodness, adorable animals, funny BFF banter, family drama, and (very) delayed revenge.
“My job is to break horses. I’m gentle with ‘em. I gain their trust ‘til they’re eventually ready for me to ride,” I whisper as I thrust my crotch against her backside once more. “I’ve broken some of the most stubborn horses you’ll ever come across. So, believe me when I say…you. Will. Break.”
Callan is pretty obviously the result of a few combined hero fantasies, seeing as he's a wealthy rancher, a hands-on rough and tumble cowboy, a bar owner, oh AND an MC president.🤣 Um, yeah, he does all of that (ish) plus he's got the dominant jealous possessive down-bad-obsessed thing. Just go with it. Naya the Vet has spunk, passion, and her own mind, but also lots of BBS. She's on the run and just trying to keep the lights on in her new vet clinic. Gotta say the authors sometimes use 100 words when 50 would suffice, so I skimmed the inner monologues. But if you don't spend too much time thinking about it, this will do the trick for some good ol' bookish junk food. 🍭🍬🍪
This book isn't pitch black like the cover would have you believe. Too is are dark, but the tone is more grey. MMC has some very sweet moments to balance out the dark. Very simple easy writing to read.
YALL THIS FUCKIN BOOK. It’s right up there with my favorites IMMEDIATELY. I had never read any MC or cowboy romances sooo I didn’t really know what to expect going into this.. I think I’m addicted though? Like is this love at first read? Here are some quotes that will forever live in my head rent freee thank you very muchhh Danielle and Nouha, I’m gonna need that second book asap lmao
Everything about this book was simply perfect. Their writing styles are so captivating and full of emotion. I really felt that it was easy to connect to both Naya and Callan. Naya is a relatable character, she’s just a badass who isn’t going to let life get her down. We see so many of her struggles and the fact that she found someone who wanted her despite those had me ✨sobbing✨ and then Callan… yall imma have to find me a cowboy cause DAYMNN!! He’s loyal, had a foul mouth and knows how to take control. Also the smut in this book 👀 yall I kicking my damn legs, it was gooood!
In conclusion GO READ THE DAMN BOOK!! I am obsessedddd 😍
Ok, so this was my first cowboy romance, and HOLY fvck pls drop recs 😫😂🤤 I ATE IT UP. Not only did this sh!t have me giggling left n right, the TENSION WAS SO THICK you couldn’t walk through it if you tried. I’ve learned that cowboy smut is indeed a new favorite of mine, especially when he’s tatted and k!lls people!!! Thank god I saved this for my first tbh. I loved Callan and Naya, through their story they mostly infuriate each other, they are a perfect mix of grumpy x sunshine. Once they both snap and give in to what they really want they are perfection. Naya reminded me a lot of myself, as a fellow short girl who’s feisty af, so she’s instantly on my book girlfriend’s list. And you already know Callan is on my boyfriend’s list too 😈 Lastly, I would like to say thank you to Nouha and Danielle so so much for the opportunity to receive an ARC copy of this in exchange for a review.
Our story follows Cal and Naya, Cal and grumpy lone rancher, who also happens to be the leader of a motorcycle club. Naya is a veterinarian who’s new to town and setting up shop. Cal needs a new vet, and Naya is the only option. Their first interaction is filled with tension and sass. Eventually Nayas ex finds her (he’s the reason she moved to this new town), so Cal takes her protection into his own hands. That would be MOVING HER INTO HIS HOUSE! I think you get it from there….
I had a really hard time with this one. It was written very well but I never met a biker, a president biker with no club house who is also a cowboy that lives in a mansion. He barely does anything for the club.. it was weird and hard to understand and it was not very realistic.
How did I not know how much I needed a motorcycle club cowboy romance in my life?? This first installment in the new Sinners & Saints series was a highly anticipated read for me, and the authors came through with all their promises.
The MC x cowboy overlap drew me in right away! From the first chapter, I was desperate to learn more about the small town setting and especially the grumpy rancher MMC. How did the authors plan to reconcile the bad-boy-biker type with the chivalrous ideal cowboy in my head? All I can tell you is... they did.
Callan is a well-mannered but dirty-mouthed, morally grey grump who knows exactly how to take control - of the motorcycle club he started, of the territory he oversees, and of his ranch's stubborn, ṣexy new veterinarian, Naya (well, at least in bed). 😉
I loved both MCs - they're two actual adults who know their values and how to communicate their needs. Some of that comes out as hilarious banter. 😂 One of my favorite things was watching these two build trust with one another and get to a point where they openly shared their stories.
The side characters were also so much fun! We get a glimpse into how the motorcycle club runs and get some fun interactions between each MC and their friends. I'm already calling dibs on one dark character... cannot wait to learn more about him. 😏 So excited to see where this series goes!!
A huuuuuge thanks to the authors for sending me and ARC.
Give me cowboys, mafia, possessive MMC, BIKERS, and I will die a happy woman. Give me an sassy, funny, bratty woman, and I’ll want to make her my bestie (and hopefully she’d hook me up with Knox).
I really enjoyed this story, and the plot twist ? EXCUSE ME ? I went through many emotions while reading, from hate, to lust, to joy, to fear, well you name it, I lived it.
I just love how seamless this story was. You would never guess it was written by two authors, their alchemy is really palpable here. They just did an amazing job at writing together and I am truly impressed.
You will need to read this book, you can’t miss Cal and Nayas story honestly.
I am now officially patiently waiting for Knox’s story. Please.

First I want to say thank you to @sinnersandsaintsworld @daniellesarahwrites @novelswithnouha for giving me the opportunity to read this ARC & be apart of the S&S street team!!!
The story of Naya & Callan, is greatly written, grumpy x sunshine & when he falls he falls HARD… I could not stop reading!! Everything about the storyline was fantastic, from bikers to cowboys DAMN 🥵 Both Naya & Callan are stubborn AF & I loved it 🤣 Touch her & die is my FAVOURITE troupe & this book excels at just that!!!! I cannot wait to read more stuff from you guys!!!! Thanks again 💖🙌
my first cowboy romance & i was NOT disappointed. i’ve started to appreciate slow burns more frequently now as a fast-medium pace lover. as long as the build up is worth it, i will enjoy & savor every page until it shatters! the slow burn was definitely needed & made the story so much better. king of sinners was a page turner & i didn’t want it to end! naya & callan was perfectly made for each other. the angst, the push & pull. the bantering. i love an fmc with a strong backbone & wits 🤣 callan set the standards high for all the future mmcs’ in my cowboy romance reads. the spice was written to perfect, the plot kept me intrigued, i loved all the supporting characters too! i hope knox gets his own book. definitely made it to my favorite reads of 2023!
Set against the backdrop of biker gangs in a small town, this story offers a dual perspective, exploring the dynamics of a dislike-to-love relationship. The forced proximity and workplace romance elements add to the irresistible chemistry between Naya and Callan. The writing brilliantly captures their grumpy yet sunshine personalities, and when Callan falls, he falls hard.
I found it impossible to put this book down. The storyline, featuring bikers and cowboys, is exceptionally well-crafted. Both Naya and Callan are incredibly stubborn, and their strong-willed nature adds depth to the narrative. The "touch her & die" trope is expertly executed here, making it my favorite aspect of the story. Overall, a fantastic read that kept me hooked from beginning to end!
First of all THANK YOU! THANK YOU FOR PICKING ME FOR THIS ARC. I am honored!!
The way they were able to combine rancher and MC president vibes was emaculate! It’s like they blended Sons of Anarchy and Yellowstone! Chefs kiss 😘 I loved how Callan was presented, I mean at first I wanted to strangle him but by the end it was an opposite reaction haha his personality was a perfect fit for Naya! And Naya whew I loved her strong, stubborn I’m putting my foot down characteristics, she was strong but in no way did it take away from her softness and genuine beauty, at some point I felt I was reading the world of Ryan and Gunner (IYKYK) and the comfort it brought me was immense and I will keep Naya and Callan in my heart for eternity. This is a must read!!
Don’t forget to read TW/CW
Thank you to both Authors for the opportunity to read this as an ARC forever grateful. 💕
First, I want to thank the authors for a copy of the e-ARC in exchange for my honest review.
I loved the flow of this book, it was such a breeze and had moments where I was kept on my toes! This is my first Cowboy/ Biker read and I ate it up.
Naya packed up and left her home in North Carolina running from her ex Mason, she found a small town outside of Nashville to start over with her personal life and her career as a Vet. Struggling to get clients to come in, she gets a possible client that could keep her clinic afloat. Here comes Callan the owner of the ranch basically shutting Naya down as soon as he lays eyes on her & I was here for it because the angry and sexual tension that was stirring between them was gold! If you know me I’m a lover of alphaholes and I was picking up what Callan was putting down, okay! I really did enjoy their chemistry and how you were able to experience them peeling back their layers and blooming into something more, even if Naya resisted and annoyed the hell out of Callan in the process lol! The turn of events really had me, like I had no idea what was going to happen until it did 👏🏼 and their back stories started to make so much sense. I’m a sucker for side characters that give potential main character energy and Dav and Laura were just that, Dav was obviously my favorite with his bromance with Callan. The banter, spice, kinks, and bratty energy gave what it was supposed to give! Brava ladies!!

WOW!! This book is truly amazing and you need to read it now!!
Ever since the authors have announced this book, I said that I must read it, and it was the best choice I made, because it was so so good.
The story, the characters, everything is amazing, but the MC x cowboy combination...I want more!! I don't know how the authors came up with this idea, but they nailed it!!
Callan is the bad boy biker and the hot cowboy. He is very grumpy and knows how to keep control over his club and ranch, but when it comes to Naya...you know..I think will I leave it to you to discover.
Naya is the new vet at Callan's ranch. At first she feels hurt and wants to show that he has no control over her, which always makes her prove herself and fight, but Callan always wins, and somehow they always end in bed.
The relationship between them does not start good, but when Naya is in danger, Callan jumps to help and takes her under his protection. If before they only had to see each other for a few hours, now they have to live in the same house.
And once she arrived at Callan's house, their relationship becomes more and more interesting and spicy. You will not be disappointed, Callan has a very dirty mouth and knows how to take care of Naya's needs.
It takes them a while to open up and state their feelings, but I really liked how the they build their trust in each other.
Now my question is...will Dav have his own book?? Because he is also hot, flirty and who knows what he wants.
Thank you Danielle Sarah and Nouha Jullienne for the opportunity to read this amazing book in exchange for an honest review.

Review: *Read as an ARC on my Kindle.*
If you took every trope I love, shook them all up and made a book you’d have King of Sinners. Danielle and Nouha have created something wonderful with the Sinners & Saints world that lives up to every bit of the hype. Callan and Naya’s tension is tangible from their first meeting and only builds from there. This first book has a lot of world and character building, but there’s still plenty of spicy scenes.
I loved watching Naya develop as a character and find herself throughout the book. She’s starts off spicy, but transforms into a true badass by the end. I loved Callan and the way his walls came down for Naya. He’s the perfect cowboy/MC president book boyfriend. I could hear his deep Southern drawl in my head while I was reading. Their banter had me giggling the whole time and Naya’s sass was top tier.
It is a dark romance, so check the content warnings, but it has lots of sweet romance mixed in. This read is like watching an episode of your favorite show and I couldn’t put it down once I started it.
Firstly, I thought Charlie Hunnam was the only biker dude I was into. Secondly, I’ve never been into cowboys. Thirdly, these authors changed all of that with this one.
Right from the jump, Naya and Callan’s connection is magnetic. You instantly want them together and know it’s going to be great. When Naya says, “Callan has ruined me for anyone else,” I couldn’t agree more because he has set the bar to a whole other level (and this is anything sexual aside cause lord knows there is NO ONE comparing to THAT).
The way Naya is so fiercely independent and just trying to turn her life around after giving so much to someone who didn’t value her for so long, and trying to truly live her life for her makes her so relatable. I feel like we’ve all been in that one relationship we shouldn’t have for too long, lost a part of ourselves, and then had to rediscover and learn to re-love ourselves after.
The same sentiment can even be said for Callan. After being badly burned, he felt as though he couldn’t let anyone back in. This man has so many layers and he is definitely a one of a kind. His loyalty to his friends and those he cares about is unparalleled. And who doesn’t love seeing a hot tatted man loving on some animals (Harley, Davidson, and Ace)?
And when they finally admitted their feelings? HOW PERFECT! Now obviously this isn’t all sunshine and ponies galloping into the sunset, there is a lot of drama, family trauma, and a good bit of unaliving. This book has the perfect balance of everything you could want in a romance though.
This book was a 10/10 for me, especially being my first in the genre of Cowboy and also Motorcycle Club. Please do not pass up on King of Sinners! I can’t wait to see what’s next because we undoubtedly need our Dav to find his true love 🥹👉🏼👈🏼

It’s been awhile since I’ve read an MC romance and I don’t think I’ve ever read a cowboy romance.. but the both of them together?! I need more books like this in my life! This was everything I wanted and more! The tension between Callan and Naya is there from the beginning and it makes for a great grumpy/sunshine read! But don’t let the sunshine part fool ya.. Naya is quite feisty and I loved it! And Callan.. well he’s def a new favorite book boyfriend of mine.🥵 “𝐌𝐲 𝐣𝐨𝐛 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐬. 𝐈’𝐦 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 ‘𝐞𝐦. When Callan needs a new vet, Naya is his only option. Things start off rocky between these two, but the sexual tension is there from the very beginning! Naya’s past catches up with her and Callan has no choice but to make her move in with him to keep her safe. If you’re a fan of the following, then I highly recommend this amazing book: - Grumpy/Sunshine - MC/Cowboy Romance - Darkish - Sassy Heroine - Breath Play - Spanking - Light Daddy Kink - Funny Side Characters - Forced Proximity - Crawl To Me - Beg For It - Possessive MMC
i wasn't sure how the authors were going to combine the small town essence of cowboys with the criminal heart of bikers, but it worked, it made sense. one detail about that dichotomy that stuck with me was the parallel between the mmc riding his bike vs. riding his horse. the almost reverence in the physical response brothers of a motorcycle club always experience when riding their hogs is such a big part of their identity, so i was intrigued about how the fact that they were also cowboys would play into that. and it was seamless, beautiful even, the way callan described how he felt when horseback riding; he wasn’t just one thing or the other. both elements played a part in the story, although i wish the hierarchy and brotherhood of the mc had been more developed. i hope that's explored in depth in future books, given how more dimension was built around the rancher life, which made sense for the plot of this particular couple so i don't fault it. this felt reminiscent of "skeletons of society" by marie maravilla, and i adore that book. aside from the overall nostalgia of it, i say this because of how women were written and portrayed. the fmc was badass, she was relentless, she gave as much as she got, but none of that took away from her softness, from her beauty, from the way she was perceived. for a supposed damsel in distress, naya was one strong character that didn’t need "saving". she reminded me of ryan from skeletons as much as the bromance between king and dav called up to gunner and dex, i felt a familiarity with these characters that brought me comfort.
* i was sent an arc by the authors in exchange for a honest review
What do you get when you combine ranchers, bikers and a strong headed veterinarian?
Answer: King of Sinners
“I don’t care how good she is,” I say, gritting my teeth. “It’s not happenin.” “Oh, it’s happenin,” he says with a smug smile on his face.
“That woman. She was maddening. One look at her and my composure dissipated on the spot. “
“The sound of his grunting resonates louder now that we’re in his proximity and travels straight to my core. It sounds feral. I grab onto the edge of my shirt and lift it away from my skin to get some air. “ * * * * Callan is a ruthless biker. He shows no mercy and he always gets what he wants. He’s not a family man, he doesn’t do committed relationships and he’s fine with the way his life is going. He had to keep track of his town and those who are new to the area, so when he needs a new vet for his ranch, he’s surprised to find out it’s a female and she’s just moved to town. How did he miss this? What brings her to Tennessee? Will she be the vet he requires or will she bring out a side of him he didn’t know was there?
Naya had to make the big move to Tennessee to forget her past. She wanted a fresh start in a town that didn’t know her name or who she was. She wanted to focus on having her own clinic she ran with her best friend and making sure her dad was taken care of. So when she gets a call about a sick horse at a ranch, it’s the perfect opportunity to try to make a name for herself. Until she runs into the man who owns the ranch and who happens to be a major pain in her ass.
Enjoy the ride of the enemies to lovers, touch her and die, spice, “you’re mine” and so much more.

𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 Danielle Sarah - Nouha Jullienne ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ . First and foremost I am so happy that I was picked to ARC read this book. When I came across Sinner and Saints World I was immediately sold when it said the book was about motorcycle clubs (thank you SoA for the obsession), outlaws, and cowboys. This was SO. DAMN. GOOD. . Kings of Sinners was 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜. This story drew me in from the start and I did not want it to end. I loved Naya and Callan — they are strong characters that are both resilient and take absolutely no shit. This was so well written, a perfect mixture of plot and spice. I felt like I was right there in Springfield. I loved the telling about the MC business, the ruthless fighting, the MEN 🫠🥵 and of course the explosive love story. Also, the ending was 🥵🤭🥵 . Naya O’Hara a Queen and the new town veterinarian who is running from her past to gain control of her future. She is so relatable to women, someone who is a survivor and knows what she wants. Naya is strong willed and stands her own ground. 👑 . Callan Hudson, the fucking King and total alpha badass. He is ruthless, calculating, protective, but also has a soft side that had me melting 🫠 I just love him 🥰🥵🤠 . “𝘕𝘰 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘴 𝘮𝘦. 𝘕𝘰 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘬 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘦. 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘐 𝘢𝘮, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘮𝘦. 𝘌𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘱𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘳. 𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘢 𝘧𝘶𝘤𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯 𝘰𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐’𝘮 𝘴𝘰 𝘩𝘶𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘺 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘳.” . “𝘚𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵, 𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵” . “𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘯. King of Sinners is incredible and I can’t wait for everyone to read it. KOS is an MC romance at its finest. I’ve always felt that a books dedication is a good predictor of a good novel, and with this book the theory holds true. I mean, who wouldn’t want to dive into a story when it is suggested to “Save a horse and ride a cowboy.”
KOS is a collaborative effort between the two lovely authors; Nouha Jullienne (The Diávolos) and Danielle Sarah (Revival). Sometimes novels written collaboratively can lack flow and seem disjointed. However, this is far from the case here. It was like they both put their brains together and birthed this fine piece of literary gold. Callen, our MMC, and Naya, our FMC are brilliantly written and very easy to bond with. One of my favorite things about this story is when I felt an emotion, I felt it without abandon. The growth of their relationship was organic from the early on banter to the romance, action and spice. Callen may be grumpy but he knows what he wants. Naya may have sworn off all men of danger, but this man becomes too hard to resist. I am never a big fan of writing reviews with spoilers, so this is just my praise and little shove to encourage you to read King of Sinners. I know you will love it from cover to cover.
- Cowboys & Ranchers - Biker Gang - Vet/Rancher - Grumpy/Sunshine - Dislike to Love - Small Town/Workplace romance - Forced Proximity - Gang/Crime Syndicate
Naya O'Hara is trying to escape a difficult past and feels guilty for leaving her ill father behind, but finds so much more in her new life in Springfield and while working as a vet for burly and grumpy Callan Hudson. Soon she'll discover this hot and intense rancher has a lot in common with what she's running away from, while being everything she wanted and more.
I loved this book. The setting, the romance, the mix of ranchers and biker gangs, the found family, the 'darker' side of Callan and his gang as well as the softness and love for Naya, the spice, the plot twists and action, all blended seamlessly. The tension and chemistry between Callan and Naya was off the charts right from the very first meeting and their romance goes on such a lovely journey, as they (particularly Callan) learn to set aside their pride and follow their feelings for each other. Naya is badass, sassy, and no longer will let anyone put her aside or treat her wrong, while Callan learns to let go of (most of) his stubbornness and pride and find room for his love for Naya. And the spice was most definitely SPICING. 😏🔥
Dani and Nouha did an amazing job in their first joint book and I could never tell that it was two authors writing. Looking forward to the next books and what they have in store for us!! Particularly looking forward to Knox, he stole my heart 😏🔥❤️😍
Final rating: 4.5/5 Heat: 3/5 - though that stunner in the epilogue had me 🥵!
Cowboys, MC, Italian nicknames… what do they have in common? One he!! of a man named Callan Mateo Hudson. Sigh. He’s gruff, grumpy, rough, and unapologetic. But for the right woman, he will be everything and anything for her.
Enter Naya Ohara - tiny, feisty, soft and traumatized, mostly smart as a whip and an independent woman. She’s been through so much, but the story is about to shake up the temporary peace she’s found in Nashville, where she meets Callan and immediately clashes with him.
The banter is tops - the way Naya never ceases to piš$ off Callan is amazing and entertaining. Callan’s intro?? Double amazing. The things that fly out of this man’s mouth literally made me sweat. I can’t forget - Knox Davenport, VP of Sinners & Saints and Callan’s bff? Im in love 😍 take me now!
This writer duo has created an amazing MC world with some top notch characters who are funny, heart-breaking, traumatized, and utterly relatable. I loved the meshing of the cowboy and MC worlds - I didn’t know what to expect but it was done so well! Can’t wait to get the next book!
