This book is a pretty good resource for entrepreneurs or anyone looking for grow and advance in their careers. If you're into reading professional development, some of the concepts will be familiar. But that's not a bad thing, repetition helps with learning, plus she manages to put her own spin on the explanation and ways the information is applied. While it's a review it's not a complete rehash of other people's work. I really appreciated that she included real examples. It helped to hear how other's struggled and resolved specific problems.
While I haven't yet worked through the questions and exercises, I definitely intend to, soon. I'm especially looking forward to creating a ten-year vision and using that work through some shorter-term goal setting. The next couple of months is perfect for reading and working with the book to get yourself prepared for the coming year.
