Castillo Cartel #2

Brutal Enforcer

Rate this book
Men have always wanted to control me.

My ruthless father.
Then the man my father picked me to marry.
And finally, my kidnapper, Omar Castillo.

The Castillo family’s brutal enforcer.
The Beast.
They say there’s not a family in Miami that hasn’t been touched by his bloodshed.
Including mine.
He single-handedly mowed down twenty of my family members without breaking a sweat.

Now, he’s locked me up, far away from the city.
A pawn in the cartel’s game.
I’m scared he’ll kill me next.

But I’m more scared of the way he makes me feel.
Of the chills he sends through my traitorous body.
The hunger in his eyes.
I have to escape.
But the only way to get off his island prison is through him. To make him believe I want him.

He underestimates me.
Everyone always has.
I will burn this island to the ground before I give in.

Two mafia families have been battling with each other in Miami for many years. Omar and Lyse’s relationship will have you swooning over them throughout this incredible book. It’s action-packed, full of mob related business and kidnapping. This is my first time reading a book by Bella Ash and it is not my last since I read the 1st book in this series. each can be read as a standalone but wouldn’t recommend it, and there's no cliffhanger here yay!!

Thank you, NetGalley, for giving me a free copy.

Omar Castillo was furious when rival Rojas attacked his family and tried to murder his brother. He goes on a killing spree to get his revenge, and seeing the opportunity, he kidnaps the eldest daughter of Rojas.
Lyse Rojas never had a life of her own and was being forced to marry a man by her father. But when she's taken by the man known as ‘The Beast’, she finds a man who shows her more care than anyone.

I really have to say it was an amazing read. I finished this book in one day. The story is action-packed, and I read it quickly, trying to determine how and if the main characters would get a happy ending.

It is more of grey romance than a dark romance book. This book will give you vibes like a Mexican telenovela. I found the plot a lot more enjoyable for its funny moments here and there with the characters arguing with each other.

Though I feel Omar and Lyse’s relationship was way faster than it should have been. It would have been great if there were more scenes of Omar-Lyse chemistry. The spice was average. But some of the dialogue had me swooning over them <3

It doesn’t end with cliffhanger, and I’m looking forward to read about Matteo-Lili and how their family feud is going on.

This is my first time reading a book by Bella Ash. I’m absolutely shocked to know it’s her debut year and she's already published 4 books! Personally, I think she did a great job on this book. For an early author, she has an exceptional way of writing. I already can see her becoming a bestseller author in future. Best of luck, Bella Ash!

Firstly, this sequel was a quick read for me as I read this in between my free time. Of course in a mafia romance book, there's gonna be a lot of smut scenes which I found a bit uncomfortable as I don't like smuts but other than that it was enjoyable. The plot was a bit confusing at first but it all started to become clearer as the story went on. I must say that I didn't really bought Omar and Lyse's chemistry not until a few chapters before the story ends. But it was a good work trying to bind them two along the story until it became believable to me that they both were so in love. Other than that, the story was a so-so for me, I did enjoyed it but I also came across certain chapters that were a bit flat for me. So it's gonna be a 3 star for me.

Omar, The Beast, is the family’s enforcer and when he takes retribution against the Rojas family, he ends up with Lyse, the mafia daughter as his captor. Their forbidden love story held me in its grasp from the start. Headstrong and not easily frightened, I loved Lyse’s ability to stand up to the vicious enforcer. The found family on the island add humor and heart to the story and the action and tension stay at a high level throughout the book. It’s hard for me to choose but these two are my favorite couple of the series— especially because they will have to sacrifice everything to save their love.

This book was fiery and intense. The action is plentiful and the tension thick as Omar and Lyse's story progresses. The attraction between these two was fantastic and I loved every second of the sizzle and burn they generated. Add in lots of raw emotions and unexpected feelings, and you have a read that grips you fiercely.

Lyse and Omar, their story starts where Vicious Heir left off. She is engaged to a much older man. At their engagement party Omar enters and carnage follows. He takes Lyse with him....and then the drama really starts...mystery, revenge, lots of heat, family angst along with family bonds. Honestly, I can't say much more so as to not give spoilers. This is a great read.
Whilst this book is about one couple there is an underlying back story that isn't resolved yet.

Angel visited his father and had been ambushed, shot numerous times now fighting for his life

Two mafia families have been battling with each other in Miami for many years and now it has resulted in the head of the Castillo family fighting for his life, his pregnant wife Lily is also a concern as her blood pressure is unstable and could harm the baby.

Omar is Angel’s brother and also the Enforcer who is known throughout as “The Beast” and he goes out on his own to seek retribution and this leaves over twenty of the Rojas family dead at an engagement party and he takes a hostage the daughter of the Castillo family.

Lyse has had no life and on the day, she had been told her father had arranged a marriage she had begged instead to become a nun and her father had nearly killed her, only her mothers begging had saved her life and now she is being held prisoner by The Beast, a brute of a man that is a giant and is a man that loves his brother and sister and family above anyone else, he would die to protect them.

Omar hold Lyse Rojas as his hostage and tells her that if her fiancée fails to clean up the mess with the police in seven days she will be killed, when he had taken her to the waters edge and dropped her he watched as she fought the water, sank and then laid inert on the ocean fly.

When Omar rescued her and brought her to the house and cared for her things changed and he realises that he actually feels a great deal for her but how is he to deal with this and bring her before his brother Angel. The attacks on him since the shooting by Lyses father have been numerous and foolish and so he has survived them, although he had been fortunate and knows he has got to be stopped.

Lyse has discovered that her father is not bothered about his daughter being returned, her fiancé has no interest either and she realises she has been treated by Omar and his family and staff more kindly than her family and now she was falling in love with the giant of a man that moved her heart so easily and could bring such pleasure in one moment and kind. Then in another moment such fear and resentment from him would have her totally thrown and her fear would cause her to wonder if she was making the right choice.

I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.

Part of the Castillo Cartel series each can be read as a standalone but wouldn’t recommend it because they are good together once you start you won’t put it down until the last page has been turned so hang on and double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified, possessive, oh, gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a story consisting with three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love along the way. As usual two mafia families at odds with each other for years now leaving the head of the Castillo family fighting for his life his pregnant wife so stressed doctors are worried about her, the baby and men who are ready to go on a killing spree. Omar sexy as all get out brother of Angel the enforcer with the reputation known as “The Beast” ruthless when needed, deadly every day, mess with his family, he takes yours out and so seeking retribution he heads to an engagement party leaving over thirty dead and taking their daughter hostage. Lyse has been controlled her whole life no life without being told what to do until her father informed, he arranged a marriage for her, but she begged to be a nun and her father nearly killed her considering her mother had to stop him so when she is kidnapped what next, she ask herself being locked up with The Beast? But they both realize they are drawn to one another she realizes the family her father tried to kill has treated her more like family then her own family, in fact her father, nor the man he choose for her to marry don’t care about getting her back but her kidnapper’s family treats her with more care she isn’t sure what to do with that at all and Omar isn’t sure what to do with what he is feeling for his girl despite who she comes form but his goal is to eliminate her family, will he follow through with his plan, will her father keep trying to eliminate their family, will his brother seek revenge once he is better, and can they find happiness so where on the crazy ride be sure you are buckled up there are so many entertaining shenanigans on this ride but again will it end in happiness?

Wow! Hands down the best book I have read in a while. Evidently in a series I wasn’t aware of but no problem! I’m onto them as soon as I’m off here😃.
Get ready for a wild ride. I don’t know where to begin. This has everything I love in a book. It has the hard hearted, didn’t think he could love mafia MMC, who falls hard, Omar Castillo. And the sweet, innocent, yet fiery MFC, Lyse Rojas. Angst galore, sabotage, revenge, punishment, crime families, steamy scenes and more! The other characters are all so well formed and written that they include intricate parts to this story. Characters I’m wanting to get to know better when I read more of the series..Emma, Manny, Lili, Matteo, Hellman’s and others. BUT, I’m thinking there’s something coming up between Lili and Matteo (Lyse’s younger brother, Enforcer to the Rojas Family.)
Ok a quick synapsis.. Omar’s brother, Angel, the head of the Castillo Family, is shot down and in critical care in hospital. He is the recently appointed leader of the Castillo Family. Omar is the Family Enforcer. He crashes the engagement party of Lyse Rojas and Felix Suarez. Killing many of the Rojas’s members.
Lyse Rojas, eldest child to Luis Rojas is engaged to Felix Suarez. He was going on fifty and Lyse was twenty five. Felix and Lyse’s father had made a deal when she was fifteen for them to marry. Lyse was groomed from that moment on to be a wife to Felix as he’s a Politician, the cities controller. There was no love on either side. Nothing but Felix’s dark lust for and she feared him. Omar sees her protecting two young boys whom he was going to kill in his rage of hurt and anger. She talks him down some what and he just takes her, leaving the boys alive.
This story is not lagging. It starts up fast and ends the same way. It’s a longer book but moves so fluidly I read in half a day! Soooo good!
So, read on to find out how two rival Family’s members come about to their happily ever after in such a brutal way of life.
A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED read.

What to expect according to the book description?

- Dual POV

- Mafia Romance

- Rival Families

- Kidnapping

- Enemies to Lovers

- Innocent Fiery FMC x Brutal MMC

- Captive v Captor

- Spicy

- Starts from a cliffhanger ( it came in a 2 book combo)

Omar, a mafia enforcer, consumed with revenge deals with the aftermath of the events in Book 1, and his attraction to Lyse, a mafia princess, who had a sheltered upbringing and now has to decide where her loyalty lies.

I liked the background stories of various characters (some continue from the 1st book as much as new character intros into the story) and learning about the 2 mafia families relations. One of the favourite parts for me were the little winks at further secrets and possible love story among other characters.

Compared to the first book, I didn’t enjoy the character depiction of Omar since it almost felt like he was sometimes shown as only muscle and no brains that cannot function (or think) by himself. I understand that he’s this big, bad , sexy enforcer but I wanted to see a bit more smarts. Maybe that was the character flaw and he had to overcome the struggles from the choices he had made as a result of this but he could have been a bit more smarter and that would still result in various struggles for him to overcome. However, I loved how he showed a different side of himself to Lyse. Her growth throughout the story, emotional strength and connection with Omar; moreover, their struggles to explore their emotions due to their rival families and navigate everything resulting from the complicated relationships was written nicely and was fun to read.

There is no shortage of spice even in the face of painful accidents 😉. Omar and Lyse just cannot keep their hands off of each other. As the previous book the dual POV was great and I really enjoyed the flow of each pov. I am looking forward to a 3rd book since we are yet to read more about Lili’s love story.

If you like spicy or mafia novels this is a great combination of both. Thank you NetGalley for the ARC.

Brutal Enforcer is Book 2 of the Castillo Cartel. This is Omar Castillo and Lyse Rojas's story. This book starts where Vicious Heir left off. Angel Castillo had gone to visit his father in hospice when he was shot and was now in critical condition. He had one surgery and now needed another. Angel's wife was expecting their child and was having trouble with her blood pressure. Omar was the families Enforcer and thought his father had two Rojas assassins working for him. That they had shot Angel and had almost killed him. Omar was known as "The Beast" and he was out for blood. He went to the Biltmore Hotel where an engagement party for Lyse and Felix was being held and opened fire against the Rojas. A dozen of Luis Rojas's men were dead. Twenty people in total. Omar finds Lyse hidden under a table with two young boys and takes her as hostage. Omar drove them to a marina where he pulled Lyse to the dock. She was extremely frightened, because she was afraid of water. Lyse couldn't swim. Omar had to pick her up and put her on the deck of the boat. The island is where they would stay for now, until the big mess he made was cleaned up with the police. Felix who is Lyse's fiancee is now fifty and she is twenty-five had made a deal with her father when Lyse was fourteen to marry Felix and Omar wants Felix the Politician to clean up the mess before sending Lyse back home. This is a enemies to lovers romance. Wonderful characters, suspense, action, secrets and chemistry. This book ends in a cliffhanger. These are page-turners, can't wait for the next. Great work Bella !.

Surprise, surprise...I didn't hate this one. 😂

I was both curious and reluctant to even attempt Omar's story. Angel/Emma's really did NOT give me a good impression of what to expect from this author and I was absolutely ready to mark them down on my "authors to avoid" list.

But, well, this on was actually decent. I dunno 🤷🏻‍♀️

Now it did have the usual annoyances I don't enjoy and Omar being some big bad "beast" was accurate until the author decides it's getting in the way of her romance arc so then he becomes a big ole teddy bear for Lyse. Which, hey, I love a big badass guy being soft for his lady but the transition and shift into that wasn't nearly as smooth or believable as it should have been tbh.

And while I actually liked Lyse, unlike Emma who was born without an ounce of common sense or self preservation, I didn't love how quick she was to fall for Omar. Which I guess could be said for both of them falling for one another because man it was like two weeks tops and girl gave it up to him within a week. And sure, she also knew dumping her virginity would mean her awful fiance wouldn't want her anymore so that was a big motivator, but still.

On the other hand I did like that Omar showed genuine interest in Lyse and was curious about her interest in art. Loved how he gave her his mother's art supplies, but also that was incredibly convenient that those were just in the attic too I mean 🙄

Anyway! I felt these two MCs had a genuine connection despite their short time together. It definitely made the story more enjoyable. It for damn sure helped that I liked Lyse because she actually had some common sense.

I really couldn't stand either Angel or Emma in this book either. Go figure. 😂

I'll probably check out Lili's story despite Matteo just coming across like a bratty teenager the entire series but who knows. Maybe this author isn't a complete wash for me but we'll see.

This is the 2nd book in the Castillo Cartel series featuring Omar and Lyse's page-turning, riveting, enemies to lovers romance. Their story begins right where Vicious Heir ended with Omar's brother Angel going to visit his dad in hospice and being shot ending up in critical condition. Omar is the enforcer for the family and he's out for blood "the Beast" is going to let the people who shot his brother know why they call him that. Lyse is engaged to Felix her father made the arrangements when she was 15 since her father Luis wanted a politician and the city controller in the family it doesn't matter to him that Felix is double her age. This is not a love match and it's not like Lyse has a say in the matter she's uncomfortable with how Felix has looked at her since she was a young girl. Now it's the day of their engagement party and Omar just walked into the Biltmore Hotel entered the party and started killing the Rojas's and when he finds Lyse under a table he takes her hostage. Omar let's Lyse know that he expects Felix to take care of the police within a week or he'll kill her he then took her to the edge of the water and dropped her in. When Omar sees her struggle against the water then sink then just lay on the bottom he rescues her and takes her back to his house where he realizes that he has feelings for her. Lyse has feelings for him too especially when she realizes that the man that they call "the Beast " has shown her more kindness than her own father and fiance ever did. How could it possibly work out for them their families are bitter enemies and he kidnapped her and he's holding her hostage? You really need to read this page-turning, riveting, enemies to lovers romance full of action, chemistry, danger, secret, and suspense to see what happens.

A Cross-Over between Romeo & Juliet with Beauty & The Beast in Mafia world

☠️Mafia Dark Romance
👩‍❤️‍👨Enemies to Lovers
🏝️Forced Proximity
⛓️Captor/Captive

Do yourself a favour, and go ahead and read the first book Vicious Heir before you read this one. Though this can be read as a standalone, you will enjoy it more if you read Vicious Heir first.

True to Lilli's premonition from the first book, she said "Omar would need to kidnap a woman to get a wife", and kidnap a woman he did.

Omar Castillo, the enforcer of Castilo Cartel, which now leads by his brother, Angel Castillo (book 1 MMC) is our Hero in this book.

This book pick up right after the cliffhanger from book one. Angel is in critical condition, pregnant Emma is falling apart, and Omar is out for blood. In rage, he crashed into Lyse Rojas (Luis Rojas daughter, the Castilo Cartel mortal enemy) engagement party by himself and throw a rampage, killing dozens of Rojas family members. He then kidnaps Lyse and brought her to a remote island.

Omar intended to use Lyse as a ransom to get himself free from the charges of his public rampage, and Lyse plan to seduce him to set herself free. Needless to say both of their plans didn't go as they plan, as their attraction toward each other is undenieable.

Just like Beauty & the Beast, Lyse fell in love with her captor, and like Romeo & Juliet, there's too much bad blood between their family for them to be together. Omar looks and acts like a beast, he's short tempered and ruthless, but he learn to be better for Lyse. And I love how their relationship grows, it's not an instant love and it's hot and steamy.

Though this doesn't really end in cliffhanger, I'm really curious on how their family feud going on, and cannot wait for the next book. I think its gonna be about Lilli and Matteo, if I guess correctly Matteo should be the same as Matty, the man Lilli talked about in book 1. That would be interesting, considering their painful past, so far I'm loving this series!.

i received a free copy of this book and i am 100% voluntarily leaving this review. it is completely 100% genuine and sincere with words that only describe my true feelings for this book.

whilst each book of the castilo cartel series can be read as a standalone, i personally wouldn't recommend doing so. i however did make this mistake and will soon be going back to book 1 to rectify my error 🙈. with that said, i definitely recommend you read the first book "vicious heir" before going onto this one. it helps a lot with context and getting to know all of the characters.

the beginning of this story was very confusing to follow. i believe it was the first 3-4 chapters that had me super lost but that's truly because i have never read the first book in this series. if you've read the first book before this one, you should have a much better and enjoyable time with this one.

but once i got about 5 chapters in, i found the plot a lot more enjoyable and bearable. there were funny moments sprinkled here and there with the characters arguing with each other. but basically, the whole plot of this story is that omar (our mmc) wants revenge for what's been done to his brother (angel - you meet him in the first book) and he's out for revenge. and how does he do that, you're wondering - he takes the eldest daughter of the rojas crime family (a rival family) named lyse rojas for his very own. oh, and did i mention she's actually already the fiancé to a politician? 👀

i usually like to pick a fave. quote from every book i read and for this book i have to say my favourite just had to be:

”no one has ever given me the peace that you give me, no one has given me the love that you give me…and no one has ever made me want to make that love into something even better."

^^ my heart is swooning 🩷💛💜

May i say that i expected more?
Because honestly nothing special happened. Omar (MML) kidnapped Lyse (MFL) as a revenge to her father. He then bargained with her fiance to give her back in return of his freedom.
While they were stuck on the island, within 10 days with minimum contact, they fell in love
It was a bit rushed and slow paced at the same time
Plus the spice wasn’t spicing

Like most days they didn’t even had or any interaction. The day they had sex was like the first day they openly talked and instantly they realised they had feelings for eachother? It’s kinda too fast paced for me. Even tho the love was confessed at the end.

Plus i wasn’t a fan of Lyse. Ik she was held as a captive and was already living a life of seclusion, but she could have tried to escape? That would’ve showed her as a lil stronger even if she failed!

What i liked was how the writer had portrayed two brothers, who were it for eachother but because Angel was in charge, Omar had to obey by him. When Omar refused to leave Lyse, it created a drift between the brothers amongst other reasons. But, it was the rawness at the end, where Omar clearly says that it might never be the same between them again, but they’re strong enough to overcome this hurdle in their relationship. Like you don’t see that around much, mostly it’s a happy ending for all!

Lyse Rojas grew up in the cartel knowing she'd always be a pawn for the men around her to get ahead... from her father, to her forced fiancé, to the man who kidnapped her in revenge. Omar Castillos swears revenge against the Rojas family after an attack on his brother leaves him clinging to life. Known as the Beast to most of Miami, he attacks during Lyse's engagement party and kidnaps her to his family's private island. As time goes on and her family refuses to cooperate, she knows it's up to her to escape and the only way is through him. Make him believe she wants him and maybe he'll let her go. If only she wasn't falling for him.
Omar is the monster his family made him into and I was horrified by his treatment of Lyse in the beginning. But when it comes down to it, his softer side comes out and he starts to fall for her. He's so protective of her even to the point of giving her up to save her. I was surprised by the abrupt ending, but assume it's lasting up to the next book in the series about Lilli.

Thank you to Bella ash and NetGalley for giving me a copy of this book.

Men have always wanted to control me.A beautiful pawn in their brutal game. They keep me in a gilded cage.First, my ruthless father. Then the man my father picked to marry me.And finally, my kidnapper, Omar Castillo. The Castillo family’s brutal enforcer. The Beast. They say there’s not a family in Miami that hasn’t been touched by his bloodshed.Including mine.He single-handedly put twenty of the Rojas cartel in the ground. Now, he’s locked me up, far away from the city.Threatening to do unspeakable things to me.Telling me he has a taste for Rojas blood. He says he'll kill me... and I believe him.But I won't believe the filthy thoughts I'm having about him.The chills he sends through my traitorous body. The hunger in his eyes for more than just my blood.I have to escape. But the only way to get off his island prison is through him. To make him believe I want him.Omar underestimates me.Everyone always has. They see a pawn, but that's their mistake.I will burn this island to the ground before I give in.

It was an amazing read. I finished this book in one day. The story is action-packed.

I liked this one better than the first. Omar may have had a temper, but that only seemed to be around his enemies. Once he decided you weren't his enemy, he was a real sweetheart--very tender and gentle. It was a weird combination, but made for a good character. Lyse had her issues with reconciling that as well as figuring out how she was going to deal with being from an enemy family, but the story worked out well.

It was a very quick read--very entertaining from page one to the very last page. Lots of action--both in and out of the bedroom. Good characters. Typical plot for a "mafia romance," but it worked well for this book. There are no more in the series at this time, but the author has set the books for a third very well. I will definitely be reading it if that's the case. Glad I came across this one. Five stars.

2.5 stars rounded up.

Brutal enforcer is a mafia romance, with multiple perspectives and it is Omar and Lyse's story. I thought that this story was pretty typical for a mafia romance, I did not love or hate it. It has the captive/ captor trope and enemies to lovers in it which is always fun. Not a lot about this story stood out. The writing was pretty good and well-paced. Omar and Lyse were, ok but there were not a lot of tension or chemistry, their relationship just kind of happened. Omar did not make a lot of smart decisions in this book and some of them did not make sense, except to make all the other characters mad and had several temper tantrums. I would have really liked more angst and banter between them. It got a little bit repetitive with certain events happening, but it also had good action, drama and high stacks for them. I would recommend this book for those who like a mafia romance with a lot of mafia politics and enemies to lovers, with a good timeline and pretty good story. I found the story for me to just be ok.
I received an advanced ebook, via Netgalley. This review is my own honest opinion.

3.5 rounded up.

I'm not sure I'm a dark romance/mafia fan, but I thought I'd give this one a go and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't love love it, but I also enjoyed it enough to keep reading - it was entertaining, which is enough for me. I did have trouble with the first 25% as it laid down the foundation in a relatively confusing way, and sometimes things would happen that didn't really match up with what had already transposed. I also felt like there was too much reference back to the previous book, and set up for the next - a pet hate of mine in romance. I don't mind there being a small focus on previous or upcoming couples, but I don't like it to take away from the overall story. Luckily the book found its pacing around the 40% mark, which is my DNF spot - by the time I realised I'd read past 40%, the book was over!

Will I read more in the series? I'm not sure, but at least I know there's at least one mafia book out there I enjoyed.

Thanks to Netgalley and the author for my review copy.

This is the second in the Castillo Cartel series and while this about Omar and Lyse, it should be read after Vicious Heir due to the overarching story. This picks up where the prior book left off, Angel was shot going to visit his father. He is in critical condition, this is taking its tole on his wife who is pregnant. Omar is out for blood, he goes to the Rojas engagement party and opens fire. He takes Lyse Rojas hostage.

Lyse did not want to marry Felix, she begged to become a nun and was beaten by her father. Now she has been kidnapped and locked with Omar "Beast" Castillo. The Castillos treat her better than her own family. The more time they spend together the more they are drawn to each other.

As with most to the author's books, hang on for the bumpy ride.

Brutal Enforcer picks up where Vicious Heir left left off and carries us on another fantastic journey. Omar Castillo, Angels brother, is wreaking havoc in a HUGE way after the attack on Angel. Everyone will pay and everything in his path will be destroyed. He's on a rampage fir vengeance and nothing nor no one is safe. This is where innocent, fierce Lyse Rojas comes in. She happens to a casualty of the war that's been waged and in being caught up in the midst of it all she just happens to find her hea in The Beast.

“No one has ever given me the peace that you give me, No one has given me the love that you give me…and no one has ever made me want to make that love into something even better.”
I can't wait for what's next!

OMG! Wow, I was astounded reading this book I was riveted to my seat, this story was exhilarating and the characters were really captivating. This story was about Lyse and Omar Castillo, two Cartel families at war Omar is an Enforcer for his brother he is a ruthless, brutal man and when he had Lyse he was a brutal beast. Lyse was to be married until she was taken, she has kept her virginity as she was told. She gets all giddy and when her family try and rescue her she was stunned on what she was told. I have to say the twist and turns I didn't see that coming.
