Con't: Reviewing Practice Books Used to Study (3 of 3) Well, this will be quick.
Do NOT bother with this one. I bought this version thinking that the tests and information in general would be helpful and I was completely wrong.
This test book was probably the most poorly formatted and had the most information on topics that were not covered on the exam or even highlighted in the official outline of the exam (which you can find by just searching online). Poorly formatted in the way that this book was really trying to be the "quick-tips" type of book which was not helpful for someone like myself who needs more background information. The length of the "information" that was given was almost comical as there was almost close to nothing, especially with the exam I was struggling with.
This is one where I wish I had listened the reviews, because this was an absolute waste. Very few of the questions in the practice exams mirror that of the actual exam. Furthermore, there were questions on the exams that did not have information throughout the entire prep book. How does that make any sense? I doesn't.

Very good study guide for the test. However there is a lot more necessary knowledge you have to seek out yourself to be fuller prepared for all 4 of the Subtests. This provides a good eye opener into what else you need to know depending on what questions you miss on the practice tests. Use the answer keys to seek out additional resources to study from.

Not as thorough as the Multiple Subject C-SET prep book by Cliffs, but it helped me pass 3 of the 4 English sub-tests on the first go. I had to do a little research outside of this book in order to ensure passing the short essay section.
