There’s good stuff within the pages of this book. And I feel like a better person for having read it. But there were elements I found tough to get through. A lot of repetition with the listening and repeating. I understand why it was done and how it’s an important part of the process. It just reads like overkill. Hope to use these techniques in my personal and professional life for sure.
