Meet five festive reindeers in this enchanting addition to the much-loved That's not my… series. Babies love the best-selling That’s not my… books with their bold illustrations, patches to stroke, and a mouse to spot on every page, all designed to develop sensory and language awareness.

Browsing books to give my friends' children as gifts since I won't gift anything I haven't first read myself.
I was hoping for a Christmas version of this book for one of the tiny humans I love. I had reviewed the snowman book but it shared too many textures with the pumpkin one I gifted already. This one might be the winner as four of the six textures are unique by comparison. These are great books, overall, but a lot of the same textures appear over and over (and sometimes I feel like several are similar even to each other within the same book). I would like to get at least three, if not more, textures that will be new to explore from any previously gifted books.
Who was your favorite character (and why)? My favorite character was the little mouse that was trying to say that this was not my reindeer. What surprised you? The mouse's reindeer was just like Roudolf. Would you change the ending? Why/why not? Yes, because I want this book to be longer.
This is a cute little book at my daughter (2.5yrs) really loves to look at and it great for spreading the holiday spirit. Its perfect as one of the books that she gets for her advent calender.
This has been a great go-to for the kiddos for years. Good quality board book and the touch & feel aspect makes it great for all ages of young readers.
Quality board book, the touch and feel items are securely latched and provide good contrast for little ones. Big bold colors are used for them to engage, words are simple, repetitive and large font.
The books in the "That's not my..." series can be an interesting read for young babies with colourful illustrations, repetitive text and tactile elements. The descriptions and textures in this book are very similar to those in the book "That's not my deer. This book is relatively better than the other Christmas-themed books in the series. The reindeer depicted in the book all have antlers in winter, which is a distinctive feature of female reindeer. The last page depicts a reindeer with a red shiny nose, making it a great book to introduce Rudolph.
The "That's Not My" series is my favorite of any Look-and-Feel books. There's actually sort of a story here, or at least a theme, whereas most of these type of books are like: Look! A dog! A cat! A. . . SHEEP! In this, a cute little mouse (the main character of all of these, if you will) looks for his reindeer. My toddler, oddly, is more mesmerized by the shiny bells than by any of the furry or squishy pages.
This book has great sensory words and is great for babies. Also, the touchy-feely pages help interest children in books. Look for the mouse on each page. Check out my page to purchase this book: www.ubah.com/s2995
This is a great Christmas book for babies and young toddlers. The story is cute and the little patches of textures are fun. My eight-month-old daughter loves it.
