About the author

Masashi Kishimoto (岸本斉史 Kishimoto Masashi) is a Japanese manga artist, well known for creating the manga series Naruto. His younger twin brother, Seishi Kishimoto, is also a manga artist and creator of the manga series O-Parts Hunter (666 Satan) and Blazer Drive. Two of his former assistants, Osamu Kajisa (Tattoo Hearts) and Yuuichi Itakura (Hand's), have also gone on to moderate success following their work on Naruto.

Kishimoto's first work as a manga artist was Karakuri (カラクリ?), which he submitted to Shueisha in 1995. This earned him the Weekly Shōnen Jump's monthly "Hop Step Award" in 1996, granted to promising new manga artists. This was followed in 1997 by a pilot version of Naruto (NARUTO－ナルト－), published in Akamaru Jump Summer. In 1998, Kishimoto premiered as a Weekly Shōnen Jump artist with a serialized version of Karakuri in Weekly Shōnen Jump, but it proved unpopular and was canceled soon after. In 1999, a serialized version of Naruto began publication in Weekly Shōnen Jump and quickly became a hit.

I didn't expect it to end this way! (there were many hints throughout the whole series -well, hello? the main thing was the start scene! so I picked up the clues during the series when another hint came up- though I also seen a few HUGE spoilers!- & Momoshiki's constant rambling!) so I knew the result, I just didn't know "HOW" it ends up like this. now I know, & God, even with all those tiny stuff I saw, I DIDN'T SEE THAT COMING! *continues screaming!* so complicated & deep!
the turning point caught me soooooooooo off guard, I'm still hanging over it!(update after 2 days) who would've thought!?????????

Vol 20: Omnipotence
Chapters: 76-80

I just love the characters; Boruto, Mitsuki (my first favourite) & Sarada, & seeing the lovely past characters together in action is also a sweet bonus. & I love how the plot twisted & turned so much that now the main characters at each side (Boruto, Kawaki & Code), kinda giving the same vibes.
generally I love this trope when the hero & the villain have the same kind of path or backstory, but it ended up different in the end because of their choices along the way.
it was the worst outcome that could happen! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
tbh I'm kinda glad too, it was the best ending it could have for this first era. (author perspective speaking. & my inner maniac. some minor reliefs amongst the mayhem!)
now that I finally caught up, I can't wait for more Chapters, episodes, news, etc. Hurry up!

I finished the series, not knowing when Part II comes out & wanted to catch up with the fandom & all the news seeing everywhere (the Timeskip!) so I ended up reading the Manga picking up (after much searching!) where the series finished.
so here is a little guide for those who, like me, are searching & wanting to read more:
the series finished on chapter 68- which I guess is in vol 19 or middle of 18. this volume explained a whole lot where the show didn't (why?- I know that this Manga comes out very recently, but couldn't they just go on a break & then make the rest so this part before the Timeskip ends properly? dunno. I guess we'll see) so if you finished the show & want to know what'll happen I suggest you start at vol 19 & reading this one next & then go on to chapter 81 which is the Timeskip (Two Blue Vortex) & not out fully yet

چه ولومی بود!!
بالاخره بعد ۸۰ چپتر و حدود پنج سال کم کم مشخص داره میشه اون تیکه اولش چی به چی بوده.
تا الان خیلی میان هاش ویلن بودن ولی اینجا داره چیزای خوبی نشون میده و خاکستری می‌کنه کاراکترارو یکم.
اصلا به چیزای جالبی پرداخت؛ توقع نداشتم از بوروتو.

خوشحالم که یکی از دوستام چند وقت پیش اومد با یه سری کلیپ و اصرار دوباره ترغیبم کرد برگردم بوروتو بخونم؛ چون خیلی جدی دراپش کرده بودم و نمی‌خواستم برگردم.

Non capisco questo rapporto di fratellanza tra Boruto e Kawaki, non è approfondito, sembra che passino settimane invece passano giorni e questi due senza troppi motivi iniziano una brothership immensa.
sul finire il genere dell'opera cambia e diventa per un po' un romance, Eida è talmente potente che cambia pure le regole del manga, è un personaggio difficile da gestire è troppo potente.
In pratica se Kawaki se ne fosse stato buono non sarebbe successo nulla, invece mette in moto tutto lui questo terremoto finale.

La situazione di questo volume è stata dall'inizio alla fine un battito sempre più accelerato, fino ad arrivare all'esplosione e alle lacrime.
Sono troppo emotiva? Si.
A molti non è piaciuta la storia? Si.
A me è piaciuta? Alti e bassi con certe situazioni, ma ho amato questa storia. Ho amato come si sono creati i legami tra i personaggi, come Kawaki sia entrato nelle vite di tante persone con tanti colpi di testa ma in un modo o nell'altro è comunque riuscito a creare un posto nei cuori di tanti.
E la sua decisione ha senso e non ha senso, ed è giusto così, perché lui crede di avere ragione, anche se razionalmente non ha ragione.
Ho paura di Boruto, per ciò che gli aspetterà: è totalmente senza nessuno. Ma Sarada l'ha salvato. Il suo amore l'ha salvato, degna di una Uchiha che prova amore incondizionato quando è reale e autentico. E Sasuke... Sasuke si fida di sua figlia al di sopra di tutti, e questo amore gli ha permesso di credere in Boruto e non lasciarlo solo.
Mi sento male a pensare che prima aveva tutto e ora questo ragazzo non ha più niente. Naruto è partito da essere odiato a essere amato, e suo figlio ora sta patendo il dolore della solitudine che il padre ha subito per anni.
E ho paura per Himawari, mi rende il cuore pesante sapere che pensa che suo fratello non sia Boruto, e che sia rimasta sola...
Mi si spezza il cuore a provare tutto questo. Siamo tornati a un punto dove un Uzumaki deve farsi strada e lottare per essere riconosciuta la sua verità.
Non vedo l'ora che "Two Blue Vortex" arrivi in Italia completo.

Volume 20: Chapter 76-80
Arc 6: Omnipotence

- Eida calls Sarada and Sumire to have a girl to talk and express her feelings. Sarada and Sumire not effected by Eida's charm.

- Boruto's and Momoshiki's thought crossing over again. Kawaki realized it. After having arguement with Boruto, Kawaki left the house. Eida also left the house.

- Code is making soldier from Juubi called Claw Grimes. Eida informed Konoha about Code's plan to crush Konoha using Claw Grimes.

- Eida and Team 7 go on shopping. Suddenly, Daemon go out from the shop and meet Himawari. He feels some intensity from her.

- Kawaki appears at Naruto's house. Kawaki have a talk with Naruto. He said that his world revolved around Naruto. He will do anything to protect him. He will kill every Ohtsutsuki including Boruto. Kawaki then sent Naruto and Hinata to another dimension, Daikokuten.

- Boruto meets Kawaki and they have a fight. Sarada comes to stop the fight. Kawaki trying to attack Sarada but she was saved by Boruto. Boruto's right eye was slashed by Kawaki. Shikamaru, Mitsuki, Konohamaru and Sasuke arrived to stop Kawaki.

- Momoshiki possessed Boruto and help Kawaki to run away. Everyone is searching for Kawaki. Eida knows Kawaki's location and go to him. Kawaki is mourning over his destiny and fate. Eida used some technique.

- Suddenly, everyone is hunting Boruto. Momoshiki told that Eida has a Shinjutsu called Omnipotence that can rewrite reality. Eida's Omnipotence have reversed Kawaki's and Boruto's fate.

- Now, Kawaki is the son of Hokage and raised in Konoha, Uzumaki Kawaki. While Boruto is the lonely outsider who repay kindness with ingratitude and being targeted by Konoha.

- Several people didn't effected by the Omnipotence; Boruto, Kawaki, Eida, Sarada and Sumire. Sarada asked his father to help Boruto. She suddenly awakened Mangekyou Sharingan. Sasuke then help Boruto. He doesn't believe his memories but he believe in Sarada.

- Eida comes to meet Boruto. She apologizes for what she have done. Boruto made his resolve to come back stronger and end the brother's quarrel. He brings the Will of Fire with him.

We are finally going to see what happens after the very first glimpses of grown up Boruto. It is interesting.

[The Book Dragon]

Code is busy making an army; Konoha is dealing with Eida and her brother; Amado wants to use Kawaki to resurrect his daughter; and Boruto is fighting to keep control of his body from Momoshiki.

Then Kawaki finds out Momoshiki is just below the surface and FLIPS OUT. He decides the best thing he can do is kill Boruto, but doing so would make Naruto upset, so he pops Naruto and Hinata into a pocket dimension until he's done. But this means the security ninjas freak out because Naruto disappeared (and also Kawaki is trying to murder the Hokage's son) so now he's a wanted fugitive. But then Eida's true powers come into play and LITERALLY flips the script!

Look, I know I've been ragging on this series for a while, but Eida was the best thing to happen to it and this right here is the most interesting thing that's happened yet. I'm just a little mad that it happens at The End™ but not really the end because they just have a time skip and the story up again as a new series. So... yeah.

This series has 20 volumes.
This series continues in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex.

este último tomo fue una obra maestra. es que hasta llore y me emocione de una forma. es que fue increíble. amo a todos. cada uno tiene su razón de por que hacen las cosas. y me parece increíble. no odio a kawaki. en su momento no odie a sasuke. menos voy a odiar a kawaki. pero yo quiero creer que va a cambiar. que boruto lo va a ayudar.
necesito saber por que sarada y sumire no cayeron en la omnipotencia de ada. aparte de que las dos aman a boruto obviamente. y ya quiero ver a este nuevo boruto. Hot. que otra cosa puedo decir lo amo. ufff la conversación de kawaki y naruto antes de sellarlos. decime quien esta más obsesionada de naruto. sasuke, kawaki o yo?🫠 de verdad este tomo estuvo increíble se fue todo a la mierda tan rápido. que ni tiempo de procesar. pobre himawari. va a ser el nuevo naruto. la amoo es tan linda y buena. ya dije mucho naruto mejor me voy.
última cosa no se por que me en estos últimos capítulos. skikamaru se puso un poco rompe pelotas jajaja. igual sigue siendo hermoso.
y el momento en que sarada por todo lo que le pasaba a boruto despertó el mangekyo. y le dice eso a sasuke. y encima el le hace caso. llore. fue cine 🚬

This was.. something like after the previous volume it was gonna hard for any volume to be as explosive but this one starts really well with Kawaki sensing Boruto is upto something or some change maybe happening but what he plans to do now is extreme and ths begins Kawaki's plan to eliminate Ohtsutsuki's completely and we see what he does to Naruto and Hinata and then what he does next will change everything, and it becomes bonkers, and the end chapter does something that no one saw coming.. a type of story with reality change and all.. Boruto becomes the "hunted" and I don't wanna say more, but lets just say now "Uzumaki" part of him may have shifted too.. now we getting stories from the other angle and it flips the manga on his head. As of reading this I am not sure what I feel about this series but maybe later down the line with more volumes I may even start liking it but we will see but so far.. a bold decision and could be considered exciting too.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Volume 20 is the final installment of Boruto’s first arc, and it delivers on the promises made in the first volume while introducing new plot threads for future arcs.

Kishimoto's genius is evident in his skillful foreshadowing. The small details you noticed in volume three and the subtle dialogues in volume seven? They all have significant implications for the plot, hinting at its direction and the impact it will have on both characters and readers.

I can't delve much into the plot without spoiling it, but rest assured, Boruto NGG is superior to Naruto (though Naruto Shippuden still reigns supreme, I have a feeling Boruto: Two Blue Vortex will surpass it).

Okey, I am definitely invested in continuing with this world, boruto definitely isn't as good as naruto as a main character or a story as a whole, but it was enjoyable, and I'm willing to see it off, as naruto does become incredible as a story from the shippuden era, however i think boruto two blue vortex has a lot of pressure to carry.
The fights were incredibly fun to watch, and the ohtsuki r an interesting antagonistic force, and holy fuck the final twist that ends this story is a really good one, although another easy write off for the story to have a time skip, idk if its the cynicism that I've garnered from the in general disgust ppl have over the boruto anime, cos i do enjoy this story. Holy fuck tho, 80 chapters animated in 240 eps? Disgusting behaviour, I'm very glad I didn't watch it, however im very excited to watch the fights

So anyway this was so freaking good and amazing. I know people have been saying the artwork isn’t the best, but honestly i’m here for the vibes and characters. The freaky friday ending is GUTWRENCHING, i cried.

I’m lowkey relieved that Naruto and Hinata weren’t there to witness Boruto being kicked out of the village. I don’t think my heart could have handled them not recognizing their own son and shunning him.

Props to my girl Sarada for unlocking her mangekyou sharingan over how much she loves Boruto and convincing Sasuke to help him. She’s my star.
Can’t wait to see everyone after the time skip.

Momoshiki tocando las pelotas. Code ataca, Naruto y Hinata son "secuestrados" y Ada usa la omnipotencia para cambiar la vida de Boruto y Kawaki. Ahora Boruto es el culpable y un traidor perseguido por la aldea. Sarada y Sumire son las únicas a las que no les ha afectado (no se sabe por qué) pero Sasuke decide confiar en Boruto y se va junto con él a un timeskip y parón del manga. La verdad que totalmente inesperado e interesante el poder de la omnipotencia, aunque un poco (otra vez) sacado de la manga el nuevo poder de los jutsus sagrados o como se llamen.

In generale, rimango del parere che siano andati un po’ fuori “tema” rispetto al mondo che abbiamo conosciuto e amato in “Naruto”, e che alcuni personaggi potessero avere un approfondimento maggiore. Allo stesso tempo, però, questo volume mi ha dato l’impressione che, nel futuro della serie, le cose potrebbero andare proprio verso questa direzione 🤞

This was really good despite some shortcomings. With this volume, Part 1 of Boruto ends and the story continues with Boruto: Two Blue Vortex. There is a nice plot twist at the end and it really shows that the end is just beginning. The dynamic between Boruto and Kawaki is interesting and I'm curious to see where we'll go from here. Boruto had problems but I'd say it's solid 6/10 overall. It is worth reading in my opinion.

Wow. We're all caught up. This is the core, the reason for the future Boruto. Now we're set for the time skip.

I honestly can't believe it's finally come.

What a setup. I don't care if there's a bit of a deus ex involved. It's fully consistent. It also makes for some great storytelling mirroring.

I have such a hard time rating this series as a whole because it's meant as a sequel to Naruto which it fails at. It might have been a good / decent story on its own but I just can't enjoy it as such.

The plottwist is interesting but I didn't like Eida's power so I was annoyed when the reveal came.

Now this is a story all about how Boruto's life got flipped, turned upside down.

Gotta say, I didn't see that coming. I understand where Kawaki's coming from, even if it's a problem for everyone, but I definitely didn't expect this to play out the way it did. It's definitely renewed my interest in the book, that's for sure - I just hope the volumes feel a bit more substantial going forward now that we're relaunching.

الإنتظار الشهري للمانجا كان مثيرا .. ومع المانجا التي تم تحويلها للأنمي .. كانت سيئة جدا تمطيط وحشو وفلر .. عموما مانجا بوروتو كانت رائعة ..ونسيت إضافتها للموقع .. حتى لا تذهب من بالي .
