Devilish Encounters

It is time for the cliffhanger from the end of the last volume to be revealed as new mysteries surrounding Chicken Little begin to surface. In the mean time Keiji, Keisuke, and Elizabeth are doing their best against the seemingly unstoppable Devil with another close by observing the action. This volume is a great introduction to Keisuke's past as well as an explanation on why these rooster brothers are capable of the incredible power they can use against the demons and devils. In addition we see confirmation on how demons evolve into devils and why even kind demons are corrupted all while the action explodes from the pages. Truly this is a fantastic if bizarre series that has a steady storyline and still manages to allow not just the original hero of the story but those around him as well a chance to evolve into something more than a one sided action figure.

The stakes are even higher in this sixth volume. I still can’t get enough of this truly unique story!

This series remains incredibly entertaining. A shonen action series featuring roosters fighting demons finds a way to keep being engaging and a great read. Also, the story still has depth and there is still a few mysteries which remain to be solved. It goes to show this series has a lot more to offer moving forward.

This series is so bonkers. I haven't loved these last few as much as the first few, but I still can't stop the giggles. I read this right now while waiting for a few video games to download, and I couldn't help but think about what an awesome game this would be.
