1.5* Unbelievable plots, gross s-* scenes, and it gets worse as it goes on. Also huge mistakes.
Aw what a huge letdown. It’s terrible in places, with ridiculous unbelievable storylines, confusing characters, (Yet again.) and the grossest s*x scenes that I’ve ever read, and it takes a lot to gross me out. Chelsea goes from a traumatised single mother who never wants to date again, to being a nymphomanic with three men. It’s too rushed and unbelievable. The plot with a building and something hidden is ridiculous, and there’s no way it would ever have happened. Chelsea is a single mother to Luna who is six and works for Geralt Young as his p.a. As her ex was extremely abusive to her and Luna and a drug addict, she’s very wary of meeting a new man. Fair enough, I actually respected that decision. So why within weeks of her meeting the new security team, Logan, Calvin and Drew is her daughter calling them all daddy, and she’s in a serious relationship with them all???? 😱😱 I would have respected her more if she had held out with the guys and set an example to her daughter. Especially as her daughter sees that three different men have slept over with her mother! 😡😡😡 Anyway moving on…..
When Geralt Young took over Taylor’s building he didn’t realise that he had hid anything in the basement. Im really not sure why Geralt didn’t know as he knew Taylor was using a room for something illegal. As more people are getting in there and trying to dig up what is in there it puts Geralt and Chelsea in danger. WHY IT PUT THEM IN DANGER I DON’T KNOW! As the security team changed all the passes so no one can assess the room yet somehow they still are. 😂😂😂 They really don’t need either of them to get in.
Soon Chelsea is in love with all three, after a rocky start with Logan, and they’re all in with her and Luna. There’s a side threat of her ex that comes back to threaten her, and that is resolved really easily. Eventually the baddies give up waiting to get whatever it is in the basement and this is where the plot goes crazy!!! I won’t spoil it but it is so unbelievably bad that it annoyed me.
I’m sorry but I hated this one. There are so many mistakes that I don’t know where to start with them all. Some minor ones and some way over the top.
Another great read to add to this series. There is an awakening as everyone realizes that love is in the air and that three ex-Seals have met their one and only. They fall in love with her daughter too. There is drama relating to her ex and other drama relating to a client of their security business. It gets frightening as bad guys lay Infiltrate a business to reclaim to bunch of drugs. It is a very good read with a very happy HEA. No cheating, no cliffhanger. The only thing that would have made a perfect ending would be her pregnant with triplets! Highly recommend. Enjoy!
Same world as the O'Reilly's, different characters.
This focused on Jason O'Reilly's personal security, Calvin as he leaves his job to start his own company with two of his SEAL brothers in England. Along the way they meet Chelsea and her daughter Luna and discover they all belong together as a family. We have drugs and the O'Reilly's are popping up frequently to help out. Chelsea also has an ex that five years ago almost beat her to death, but he makes a quick appears and then is gone. It is a quick read and I had fun. I was frustrated that the American SEALs frequently said think no American would say, and there is the over use of the word Whilst that I don't understand.
OMG, I absolutely love this book! I have laughed, cried, commiserated, been stunned and loved each character. I love their love. Nothing better. From the way they met til the very end I’ve felt every excited, happy, sad, (especially when Geralt was killed), moment. I will recommend this (book) series to my friends definitely. You are a wonderful writer, please continue and thank you for sharing it.
I loved the story line. I'll be honest though, the scenes with the little girl (I think it was chapter 33 & 40) I got a creep vibe. Kinda could end up as a follow up book where 12 years down the road the mom dies or turns out to be evil and the "Daddies" end up raising the daughter...then boom, it's a reverse harem all over again. 🤷🏽♀️ Maybe I've just been reading too much idk
Faking It With The SEALs by D E Bartley is an O'Reilly Fight dcClub Series book. This third book is still part of the series as some of the main characters in the first two books appear in it at times. Its about Chelsea & her daughter Luna. Through work Chelsea meets 3 guys, SEALs. They have an interesting story to tell. Don't miss it! Dc
This was a sweet read with some action, little drama thrown in. It was great to read how she got over her past. That the live of these men could heal her and her daughter.
It was a great book I enjoyed reading this one more than the first two the only reason I have 4 stars is because of the wrong names , spelling mistakes and referring to the opposite gender than the not who's ment to be speaking
I absolutely loved this book so much that I finished it in a day. I love the fact that she is pregnant and hope that there will be updates in books to come
Each page turn was amazing as the story comes to life!
This series story as characters from a previous series and each page will have you wanting to cheer the characters in this sort on to take the hard choices and see where it will lead them all to!
Well that was flipping brilliant. Honestly I’ve struggled putting it down. Chelsea wow what a character strong and brave. She’s been to hell and back but kept going and finally found peace.
Some twists and turns , so good couldn’t put it down , Some of the chapter numbers skipped and some grammar mistakes but it was one of the best books I’ve read in a while
An intriguing sexy tale of three wonderful Seals and a heroine who fights for her daughter. I really enjoyed it and the whole series so far…now where is the next one?
Luna is the cutest kid and I feel like she made this book. I may love the O'Reilly's but these soldiers stole my heart and made me cry absolutely brilliant
I absolutely loved this book. All three men so different but so perfect. Also love that the FMC is older. Could not put this down and can't wait for more.
I thoroughly enjoyed this story as Chelsea and Luna find their forever family. Calvin, Drew, & Logan and the perfect alpha men, who will do anything to keep them safe. The story was a nice pace and keeps you engaged throughout. It was great to meet the Jasmine and the O’Reilly brothers again with interconnected characters in this story. It would of worked better as a duet as somethings were missing, like them coming together for the first time or the drama of situations with security and especially with the ending hostage and burglary plot! But it was a lovely easy read and I would happily read again as I loved this plot and style of writing.

I loved how sweet and protective Chelsea was of her little girl: always putting her first while keeping her grounded. Cal, Drew, and Logan are the ultimate Alphas: tough, protective, and powerful while their girls bring out their supportive and caring sides. The chemistry between Chelsea and her men is amazingly beautiful with delicious dirty talk and explicitly decadent scenes. It was wonderful seeing Jasmine and her guys again! There’s danger, mystery, and tragedy that pulls them together for a well deserved HEA!
