This was a textbook required for my doctorate degree in business. The book is straightforward and very easy to understand. It presents numerous methods for strategically improving business processes. The text presents numerous helpful charts for choosing what type of methodology to integrate into one's current practices. There is a step-by-step typology to the text, that directs the reader on how to go about planning and implementing changes.
