A multi-award-winning author, I have always had a vivid imagination.
When I was in kindergarten, I convinced my classmates that my grandma was a tribal shamaness. Then I learned my letters, and kidding my friends no longer seemed adequate—so I started to write.
My stories have appeared in various publications, and ‘A Poisoned Gift’ received an Honorable Mention in L. Ron Hubbard’s Writers of the Future Contest. I am Spillwords Author of the Year 2020.
Apart from publishing two standalone novels and a historical fantasy trilogy, I've fulfilled my childhood dream and completed an epic fantasy series, The Magic Circle.
I have lived in six countries and on three continents. While it burned a hole in my bank account, the seminomadic lifestyle has inspired most of my stories and novels.
My wife and I have settled in Spain, where I go swimming and cycling whenever I’m not too busy writing and teaching English.

This an excellent series. The characters are well thought out, and the story develops and flows nicely from one book to the next. Not all characters make it which is to be expected through 5 books.
Some of the baddies are quite dark which I enjoyed.
If you are interested in an entertaining imaginative read then I definitely recommend this series.

Don't miss reading this incredible 5 book series packed with action, tension, characters you'll love, and some you'll hate! Walk a heroe's path with Baard and his blind from birth twin sister, Elya, as they fight to free the people who live simple lives disrupted by evil Wrathlords. PC Darkcliff is an amazingly talented writer and in the Magic Circle series, he pulls out all the stops. The five books follow reluctant hero Baard and his friends on a journey to save the land from the horrifically evil Atropeth, the Dark Overlord, and his band of disgusting Wrathlords. Each book introduces more characters, good and evil, and reading each one is a treat in and of itself. Put them all the books together and you have an epic quest that rivals anything I’ve ever read, and I read a lot! You can tell PC is an astute observer of human behavior because his characters are so deeply developed. The way he gets into the minds of Baard, Diara, Sethric, Mardok, Ufi, and others makes you truly understand them and connect with them. It adds an emotional element that ties the reader even more to the quest they are on. If you like great writing, high adventure, fantastic fight scenes, and memorable characters, this is the series for you. Highly recommended.

This is a fantasy bundle that will introduce you to a whole new realm of fantasy. The story we are introduced to builds and develops along with the characters we meet during this adventure. I'm partial to these novels because they have offered many hours of fun and entertainment, always giving an imagination-expanding experience along with high conflict and a solid storyline. I think, that the author has developed what he originally imagined and didn't stop until the saga was naturally completed. In each book, we read and learn and walk with these characters through multiple adventures that change their lives and offer new insights into the story being unfolded for us. These books serve the reader by introducing, growing, developing, and ending a saga-like story that gives a lot during and up until the very end. Highly recommended for all fantasy readers out there.

Everything you could want in a YA series! It has world building, swords, dragons and magic. The heart of the series, however, lies within the characters themselves. Ordinary people living ordinary lives are suddenly thrust into an adventure beyond their wildest dreams. As it is said – ‘great leaders do not choose power, rather power is thrust upon them.’ And so, it is true for the main protagonist Baard. He never chose to be a hero but suddenly the fate of his land rests upon him. The journey laid out before him is a wild ride that will have you hooked from the very start.

Truly Epic Fantasy Series

Not only were these books epic in the literary sense, they were epic as in fantastic! I could not read these books fast enough. The characters were so well-developed that I celebrated their victories and mourned their losses. The plot had a lot of depth without unnecessary convolutions. Seriously, if you like epic fantasy, get this set. You won't regret it!

This is a thrilling and immersive series set in the chaotic realm of Thorstorm. The series has compelling characters, fast-paced action, and a richly imagined world filled with dragons, mages, Daemorc, Wrathlords, Corpsentinels, Firelves, and Battle Wizards. Each book builds on the last, creating a seamless and engaging narrative that keeps readers hooked from start to finish. It is a must-read for fans of epic fantasy.
