Park Avenue Princes #6

Notorious Park Avenue Prince

Rate this book
Who are we?

Like you even need to ask. We’re the seven richer-than-sin legacies causing debauchery at the prestigious Astor University in Manhattan.
Some call us spoiled.
Some call us trouble.
But everyone calls us the Park Avenue Princes. Notorious Park Avenue Prince is the sixth standalone novel in the Park Avenue Princes world.

James “East” Easton
“The Pompous One”

I’m so over college. It was supposed to be the time of our lives, a time of debauchery, but one by one, Cupid aimed his arrow and hit every one of my moron friends.

Relationships.

Could there be anything more soul-sucking and lame? To be tied to one person, and have to think about their…feelings.

Fine. Whatever. I’ll look for my fun elsewhere.

Like that teacher’s assistant who keeps giving me a hard time. I wouldn’t mind shutting him up—with my mouth.
I wonder if I could provoke him into it…

Zac Fletcher
“The Teacher’s Assistant”

There’s only one person in all of Astor University who makes me rethink my decision to be Professor Kingston’s TA—James Easton, the self-proclaimed leader of the Park Avenue Princes.

Pretentious doesn’t even begin to cover it. He’s arrogant. Obnoxious. A complete and utter snob.

But when one fiery exchange between us leads to the hottest sex of my life, I find myself coming up with creative ways to shut him up. East isn’t someone I’d ever consider being within the real world, but lucky for me, he doesn’t want anything more than a hookup.

Even better, no one knows. Until the day my boss finds us coming out of the same empty room…together.

East misses nothing. Not the way I blush around “King.” Or the way my body reacts. When he finds out my secret, East makes it his mission to get the three of us together. After all, there’s nothing he likes more than a challenge.

And seducing the enigmatic, impenetrable Professor Kingston? That’s going to be the biggest challenge of all.

Spice: 🌶️🌶️/5
Format: ebook

East’s book was one of, if not my most anticipated book this year. I literally screamed when I got the ARC. And maybe that’s the reason for my rating? Let me try to work through it (I have COVID and my brain is not firing on all cylinders right now).

I’ll start with all the things I wanted to happen and was happy we got. Firstly, I’ve been predicting MMM since Preston’s book and I was so excited when it was announced. It’s definitely not for everyone, but I was thrilled. I also loved the dynamic between East, Zac and King. I’ve wanted East to have someone (or multiple someones) both put him in his place and knock him down a few pegs, but also bring out his softer side. And I definitely feel like that was achieved.

I loved seeing more of West and East’s friendship, because I feel like we’ve gotten so little of both West and JT since the first book. I just adore how much West cares about East and the way he was there for him. All the princes actually really showed up for East in this book and it was beautiful.

East and Zac were everything. I just loved the slow progression from hate to tolerance to mutual respect to love. Their soft moments together were my favorite parts of this whole book. Unfortunately, that’s kind of where the things I enjoyed ends.

I think my main issues all revolve around King. For starters, the way they came about asking him to hook up with them was bizarre to me. It didn’t seem realistic and it took me out of the story. The whole situation with the secret society was weird, and nothing about it was ever addressed. I feel like that’s on purpose so they can start hyping up their next series: Park Avenue Kings, but then it caused so much of the plot of this book to be based around something we don’t get any information on. And in doing that, I felt like I didn’t know King as a character or connect with him at all like I did with East and Zac. His motivations are completely unknown to me. Also I didn’t think the polyamory aspects of this book were done that well. There were many times King was giving attention to Zac and leaving East out. Or vice versa. I would’ve liked to see more balance between all of them.

And is it just me, or did it feel like there was barely any spice in this book? I can only remember a handful of scenes we actually got to read. So much happened off-page. Including East and Zac first getting together, which really bummed me out. I wanted to experience the hate sex and Zac finally losing control due to a mouthy East. But when we see them together for the first time, it’s implied they’ve been hooking up for months. And so many intimate, not-sex-related moments also happened off-page. So by the time they were dropping the “I love you’s” I was confused as to how we got from East refusing to even cuddle with them to him being the first to declare his feelings.

Also the conflict of this book was resolved so fast it gave me whiplash. I would’ve liked to see more of East, with the help of his boyfriends and friends, trying to navigate making his own way without his grandparents stepping in just a few days later and fixing everything for him. I wanted to see that character development of him not relying so much on money and believing he can make something of himself without it. It was just kind of anticlimactic.

Lastly, the abrupt ending. I flipped and flipped through pages so confused as to how the last book of a series can just end like that. No epilogue. No idea where everyone stands. It was just jarring.

Like every other Park Avenue Prince book, I really was entertained and had a fun time. It just sucks that I really couldn’t enjoy 1/3 of the throuple and that the spice just wasn’t there like you’d expect from a MMM book. However, East will always be babygirl to me.

*I received a free advanced copy of this book from the authors and this is my voluntary, honest review.

(P.S. Don’t rate a book you didn’t read just because you don’t like the tropes. Grow all the way up.)

Seriously shame on anyone rating this 1 star just bc it’s MMM. Let authors write the story they want to write, don’t bully them into writing the story you want. If you don’t like MMM, don’t read, and don’t punish the author (one who has obviously written 5 other books you have enjoyed) just because they did something you didn’t like.

This book did not need King. This book did not do MMM well. This book did not focus enough on East. This book is the greatest let down of 2024.
“God you’re such a shit,” I murmured, and he grinned against my mouth. “And?” He nipped at my lower lip, and when I leaned forward for more, he dodged the move by angling his head to run his teeth along my jaw. “Makes you want to fuck me harder?”
Zac & East - no King
My hips stilled, my cock throbbing in his tight heat, then I leaned down over the back of him and nipped at his ear. “Beg me.” “Fuck you.” I jammed my hips forward. “Beg me, East.” “I hate you.” “I know. But—” “Please fucking come.” “Where?” Yes, I was torturing him. Well, myself too. But it was rare to hear James Easton beg, and I’d be damned if I didn’t take advantage now. “In me.”
Zac & East - no King
“Yes. You’re going to kneel in this corner with your hands behind your back and watch while I fuck Zac.” “Wait, so I can’t even touch—” “Kneel. Or leave. Those are your two options.”
King/Zac/East in a corner. Again, why did we need King? Please explain.
Because the more time I spent around them, the more I realized that the only people truly oblivious to what was going on between them were the two involved. It was sweet. Though East would likely rather die than admit it.
So King acknowledges that East & Zac are perfectly fine without him so he should have backed the F off🙄
None of this made sense. East & Zac were hooking up, decided King was hot, it was a challenge to have sex with him, King took them to an island, brought them into a secret society, King favored Zac, East mentioned jealousy several times, we never saw how East & Zac initially got together, & idk... I've seen several folks saying "East needs two men to handle him" oh really? Did you read how well Zac handled him? Read it, rated it, hated it.

***************pre-read************

East is my favorite prince. Please please make his book pure snobbish perfection, please. Love interest? My guess is Prof King although I would rather he end up with someone his own age.

9/5 edit NOOOOOOO, I freaking knew it! I said I was terrified this would happen!!!!! East+Zac+King. NOOOOOOOOoooooooOOOOOOO

I really can't be the only one eagerly awaiting East's book? from the first book I want to see him in love

***

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because of Zac and Easton, I didn't like the scenes with King that much. I would have preferred to see more about how Zac and Easton's relationship started, how they escalated until they ended up having sex. It's a shame that it was so short, not to mention that we didn't see anything. And the secret society thing? It sounds like a pointless scam cult to me, it only served to justify King's actions. In fact, some scenes made me cringe. My review has nothing to do with it being an MMM book, I've read other MMM books and loved them, but I didn't like this one at all.

It's a shame that I didn't like it as much because it's the book I was most looking forward to since the first book, I'm leaving with a certain bitter taste in my mouth.

* thank you so much for the ARC*

I Loved it! Im seriously emotional because I’m so sad this series is over. I have grown so attached to these characters i feel like I know them personally.
Since the beginning, I have been excited for every single release & eagerly anticipated the cover reveals. ( every single one eats by the way.)

East was obviously saved for last because he is the leader and he’s the hardest to get a hold on. That boy is a true Yapper and is a handful . So of course he gets two boyfriends.😏

I feel sorry for anyone who refuses to read this book because it’s a throuple. It’s undoubtably the hottest smut scenes in all of the series.😳 🤤 (it’s not as frequent as I expected, but the actual content is hot)

I just love every character in this book especially Zac He is my favorite baby girl 💕
King truly lives his best life he won fr (I feel like his lifestyle is kept mostly in the dark because it relates to the other kings, which they don’t wanna give away too much yet so I won’t make an issue about it but I won’t be surprised if other people have a huge issue with that)

I cannot wait for the Park Ave. King series ! & Harry the hacker better get one of them

Not what I was expecting, but it made so much sense for East! I've been waiting for his story since this series was first introduced, especially because East is clearly modelled on Chuck Bass from Gossip Girl, and he was always the most interesting character for me!

I really loved how East and Zac's relationship was already developing beyond casual before they decided to pursue King (not that either of them were ready to admit it), and the way they all work together was so enjoyable to read. East definitely needed two men to love him and be able to put him in his place 😂😂 I also loved the jealousy he felt when he was left out because of his bad behaviour, and I loved how caring and affectionate Zac was.

The secret society bit threw me - I'm generally not interested in storylines that have this plot element - but I know it's there to set up the Park Avenue Kings series, of which King is presumably going to be a central figure.

I also really liked when East had to show his vulnerability and rely on his men and his friends to help him get through a difficult time, BUT I do think the resolution of this issue was too easy/convenient. I actually would have prefered the situation to go on longer so East could really find his strengths, figure out what it was that he actually wanted, and then start to build his own empire, because he is for sure the Prince that would absolutely smash their goals. So, I was a little disappointed that this part of the story was fairly brief and resolved the way it did, but I do hope we get to see more of East, Zac and King and their relationship in the next series.

Finally we get East’s story, and it’s even better than I imagined it would be. I would expect nothing less from East, needing two men for him to settle down. East, Zac and King’s story was so much fun, super spicy and a lot forbidden. I couldn’t get enough of it. As sad as I am that this series is over, this was the perfect way for it to end.

WHY. Why did they save East until last just to do him so freaking dirty. Rude

Tbh this book wasn’t bad but it made me upset. Zac and East were so good together and I would’ve given ANYTHING to see them build an honest relationship BUT NO. WE HAVE TO SET UP FOR A NEW SERIES SO LETS THROW A THIRD IN THERE AND THEN GIVE THE PEOPLE NOTHING.

I’m sorry that was aggressive but I stand by it. King being in this couple added nothing and it took up a lot of book space. At no point did we ever get anything meaningful out of these three. Not one meaningful conversation. Not one moment of connection. Nothing. You know what I do know though? King is the king of a secret society, that you obviously have to read the next series to find out about. Gross. No.

This book did East dirty. He deserved his story. He deserved his moment and they absolutely did not do it with this.

Sorry East you deserved for a 5 star book to have been written for you.

Mistakes were made, friends, mistakes were made 🤣

The book was fine, whatever. Par for the course Park Avenue Prince book. It's number six, what am I going to say? Groundbreaking? NO. Six book into a series and it wasn't horrible, might as well keep on keeping on. Although, I think this was the last one, no? Are there more princes left? I can't remember. I don't have the brain space for that. Lots of questions here, folks. Feel free to chime in 😂

Now to the mistake... THE AUDIOBOOK 🫠 Shame on the authors for switching up the narrators after having the same ones (Aiden Snow & Perry Bishop) for the previous FIVE books, and shame on me for being too dumb to use my eyeballs to look and see who the narrators were before clicking buy during the last Audible sale 🤦🏼‍♀️

🚨 This is going into useless rant territory now, so consider this your warning to turn back 🚨

Imagine my surprise when I fired this bad boy up expecting to hear Aiden Snow's beautiful, deep voice purring in my ears only to be assaulted with Alexander Cendese's bro dude frat boy on a Friday night voice squawking in my ears instead 💀 Using him to voice East was probably about the worst choice imaginable. Also, I'm like 99% sure that Cendese chugs a case of energy drinks before he starts recording because the man speaks like it's a race to the finish line. He makes you have to check that your playback speed slider didn't get jacked up. I tell you what, there's nothing I enjoy more than changing my listening speed back and forth between narrators like a maniac 🫩

There were three MCs in this one, and I think Sean Crisden probably played the role Aiden Snow would have voiced, but still, was Aiden Snow simply not available? Was he like, "I'll do precisely five Park Avenue Princes books and no more!" 🤣 Sean Crisden is okay, but his voice for King was incredibly cringe at times. I'm once again asking narrators to please stay in your lane 🙏🏻 If you cannot do a voice, please don't try to "do your best" because it always comes off as trying too hard. You're not fooling anyone. lol

Anyway, if you've made it to the end of this rant, I thank you for your dedication 🏆 While I'm giving out awards, I'm going to give one to Perry Bishop too. Surprisingly, he was the MVP of this audiobook debacle. So, congratulations to Perry for his hard work and commitment to making this audiobook somewhat bearable 🥇

Yeah…. Just went from my most anticipated books to “not touching pile” … I’m sad that I’m parting the series like this . I can’t read poly relationships. I’m uncomfortable with 3 people together . Ugh
I assumed he’ll be with the TA Zac but no king is there too.

Anyway I’ll probably download the book and search for “Jt” and “west” names and be happy with their cameos. I wanted to see them married at l Ast but idk .

It’s not a final goodbye tho. I’ll be here and impatiently waiting for second generation. There I definitely will see JT and West’s Cameos

This is the final book in the Park Avenue Princes series and can be read as a standalone.

I LOVE a good MMM romance, but this one missed the mark for me a bit. 😭

Easton and Zac have GREAT chemistry in the first 20% or so of the book! The introduction of King as a kind of "fantasy" had me so excited to see how they all fit together, and that voyeurism scene was 🥵...but once King was in the mix, the great chemistry between Zac and East vanished and it became all about King, and sometimes Zac. East felt kind of out of place in his own book at times. There wasn't much emotional connection between all 3 until 70%, and then it felt like a rush to being in love and wrapping things up.

I will say, all of these one star reviews from people who haven't read the book saying they hate MMM is not it. Poly relationships are valid, and authors are not beholden to you and your preferences. I love that Brooke and Ella went this direction with this book, and it wasn't by any means a bad read, it just didn't quite hit the mark with the pacing and the overall relationship dynamic for me.

It's no secret that I've not been a fan of James Easton throughout this series but I have to say I was incredibly surprised by just how much I enjoyed his installment.

He's still an utterly arrogant and cockily confident brat for most of this story, but I loved the narrative choices that Brooke and Ella took with him and his romance.

I think anyone bitching about this book being an MMM cannot have been paying attention throughout any of the other narratives as it was obvious to me from about the third one in that he was going to need the interest and excitement of two partners to finally get him to lower his expansive walls.

I also think anyone bitching about the authors' narrative choices for a story before it's even released because they chose to write a polyamorous relationship is pathetic and shows a sad lack of empathy for anything outside of the mainstream norm.

Polyamory is as valid a choice for any individual as monogamy is and it's incredibly annoying to see that choice belittled and likened to either cheating or promiscuous behaviour.

/end rant.

Now, back to East and his two victims because he's very definitely the one at the centre of this triad directing operations, even when he's willing to submit to either of them.

The opening chapter of this book comes out as the rest means to go on and I won't be giving away any spoilers but let's just say, it was a cracker and goes a long way to providing context for some of the stuff that's happened in previous books.

I loved Zac, not only in his own right, but also as the conduit between East and Professor Tyrone Kingsley (more on him later because good lawd that man is volcanic hot). He knows how to handle James when he gets inside his own head and he's also not intimidated by the Park Avenue Prince and either his wealth or his position.

King, though, he's a dark horse and then some. Again no spoilers, but let's just say I am intrigued by the element introduced through King, although with the caveat that I felt there was too much focus on introducing this into East's story simply because the next series will launch off the Park Avenue Princes.

Personally I'd have liked a bit more of a build-up to the reveal but I also understand why the authors chose that path, it gave East a focus as well as providing an explanation for how King was able to do the things he does once they've all got together.

My other niggle concerns the secondary plotline for East. There was so much potential for this storyline to show East in a different light but it was wrapped up into a nice, tidy $50m bow through a bit of a cop out imho.

Having said that, I love how West stepped up for East, along with the rest of the gang, when it did look like things were crashing around him and his life about to be irrevocably changed.

The spice in this one is mixed, there's some incredibly hot moments between East and Zac, and then one with all three of them, but - in the main - it's actually tamer than some of the other entries while seeming to be discussing sex all the time!

While I don't agree with some of the other reviewers who feel like East was pushed aside once King came into the mix, I do think there should have been a bit more focus on all of them together outside of just the Spring Break week when it came to the physical intimacy.

On the emotional side of things though, I think the balance hit just right. East is able to let his guard down once Zac steps up and reveals his feelings are a bit more than just the angry sex and that, in turn, allows him to lean on King's strength and maturity.

Overall, this series has been a bit mixed for me and Van & Kelly's romance remains my absolute favourite by a country mile.

I am definitely intrigued by the Park Avenue Kings though and will be waiting to find out more about just what King's been up to outside of Astor College!

Finally we get James “East” Easton's book.... I've loved his character since the start and I've had a soft spot for him since book 1. He's the last to find his HEA and in Notorious Park Avenue Prince, he gets his shot at true love. East and Zac have been sneaking around for awhile, but it takes East's trademark audacity to get King to join in and turn the dynamic E2L duo into a healthy throuple. The part of the book I liked best was when East let down his walls and let Zac and King see his more vulnerable side.

I'm smug af because I knew the book would be MMM and I'm so thrilled it was 🥰🥰🥰. When I saw the blurb I did a happy dance because I've been shipping East, Zac and King for soooo long! King's character was a tad too secretive for me, I would've lost patience with him right away, but to be fair I can't see how gorgeous he is like Zac and East can.

It's bittersweet that this is the last book in the series because I loved all of 6 books and am sad to see the series end. There were so many great elements and tropes in each book in the series. As a fan of Brooke and Ella, I can't wait to see what's next!

ARC Review*

🔥 Triple the Heat, Triple the Heart – An Unforgettable MMM 🔥

• Rating 5/5
• Romance 4/5
• Spice Level 4/5
• Writing Style 5/5
• Audio Narration N/A (I cannot wait for this to be available in Audio)

If you think you’ve seen it all in Park Avenue Prince series, think again. Notorious (Book 6 – East Story was the most expected one – and sure as 🔥it did not disappoint). As a reader who does not read/listen to MMM in general, this book absolutely shattered my expectations in the best way possible. I never thought I’d enjoy an MMM romance - honestly, it’s not usually my thing - but this book? It blew me away.
In the main light of the story is THE James "East" Easton, the classic commitment-phobe who’s always been too "over it" for relationships. He’s sarcastic, sharp, and only interested in fleeting fun… until two unlikely men completely upend his world. Enter Zac Fletcher, the no-nonsense, fiery TA, and Professor Kingston, or "King," the calm, authoritative figure that makes East’s pulse race for all the wrong - and right - reasons. (All the mystery around King is hot as fuck. And I’m super duper happy we don’t find any of his secrets here because I cannot wait for the next series!!!)

The chemistry between East, Zac, and King is off the charts. (every book in the series had crazy chemistry between main characters, but here is over the top) I’m talking sizzling in every scene, from their heated banter to the jaw-dropping tension that explodes into some of the hottest moments I’ve read. What’s even more surprising is how natural their connection feels. East’s wild, devil-may-care attitude might make you think he’d never fall, but King and Zac come into his life like a storm, breaking down all his defences.
Watching East transform from the super arrogant guy who "couldn’t care less" into someone fiercely devoted to these two men was everything I expected from this story. His walls crumble in the face of their care, and that’s most visible during the darker moments when his jerk of a father gets arrested. The way both King and Zac protect East and stand by him in his toughest times was so emotional and raw - this isn’t just about physical attraction, but real, soul-deep love.
I wasn’t expecting to be as moved as I was by their bond. It’s the ultimate "found family" romance, wrapped in sizzling tension and tender moments. East, King, and Zac prove that sometimes, the people who challenge you the most end up being the ones you need the most.
This book is a must-read for anyone who loves intense, emotional romances with a little edge - and a lot of heat. If you’re new to MMM stories, this might just be the one to change your mind. It sure changed mine. 👑🔥

And with that… this series comes to an end. 😢

I don’t usually like mmm - but I can appreciate the direction for Easts story. East was my favourite part of this; his humour and his storyline, but it just felt a little… not all there? Like I loved him having to kind of find himself outside of his family but then it ended in him doing just that.

For most of the book it felt like I was reading Zacs book — and then when King was brought into it I just… lost any romance vibes with east. Zac was a super fun character to but with East and I wish we’d got to see more of their romantic moments.

King didn’t seem like he really liked anyone but zac which made me sad for east (cause the whole east feeling left out with his friends then got made worse with him seeming to be the one left out of this trio). Complaining about Easts attitude but that’s what makes him HIM. 😢

While I was expecting more spice it was nice to see it didn’t totally revolve around the sexual chemistry (which I wasn’t totally convinced on either) and focused more on them as people. I’m sure a lot of people will appreciate that. But again - I wasn’t totally feeling it.

I wish we’d had longer in this book, I think the timeline of them being together was too short, East and Zacs story was pushed a little to the side (we didn’t even get to see how it came to fruition? 😭) and I just didn’t really like King at all . I just wanted East to have someone who wanted him and only him - BUT that’s a personal preference because I am typically a stoic 2 person in a romance only kinda girl. Considering there are 3 POVs I just didn’t get enough time to connect to their relationship. Felt like Zac and King.

If you like mmm I’m sure this will tickle your fancy - the writing was great (as always with Ella and Brooke). It was lovely seeing the group together and getting more of a glimpse at East and West my two faves 🩷

So all I got to say now is… what about Harry???

Easton has been my least favourite characters of the series, he's entitled, snob and arrogant, I should have known that it would take two men to handle him and I liked that the authors made this choice for him.

While I love MMM stories, I couldn't fully connect with this one: their dynamic seems more about the physical side of their relationship than the emotional one.
I loved Zac and King's relationship: King is very proud and charmed by his young TA's intelligence and determination, and Zac adores his Professor and he's committed to grow up and thrive.
I also liked East and Zac's dynamic, how East pushed all Zac's buttons and dragged him out of his comfort zone and how Zac was able to read him well, let him vent and whine until East was able to be himself without any pretence.
I didn't see the real bond between King and East, honestly it was more like a Dom/brat kind of relationship, focused on the sex part and lacking of real emotions.

What bothered me the most was that East didn't really grow up: the part when he's forced to face some difficulties and show his vulnerabilities was very very good and I really liked how he leaned on his boyfriends and how both of them made him feel safe and loved, but as soon as the situation was resolved in his favour, he was his old arrogant self again.

The secret society part introduces the new series and I'm surely going to read the book that'll have Professor King's former boyfriend as MC; I need to know what happened between them.

I received an ARC of this book from ForewordPR and this is my honest review

"If this decision ended up being a disaster, I’d blame it all on Archer. I had no business listening to my friend who’d gone and exploded his life a year ago, but here I was, in my private plane, about to land in my private sanctuary, and entertaining not one, but two brazen young men half my age. It was lunacy, sheer insanity, yet somehow I couldn’t find it in myself to give a damn."

Notorious Park Avenue Prince is the sixth and final book in the fabulous Park Avenue Princes series by Brooke Blaine and Ella Frank and I have loved every instalment of this steamy, MM(M) college romance series. This is the self-proclaimed leader of the Princes - James Easton's - story, and of course it takes two guys, Zac and King, to keep East in line!

What to Expect:

❥ Multiple POV
❥ MMM college romance
❥ Students/teacher
❥ Forbidden
❥ Second chance
❥ Found family
❥ Forced proximity
❥ All the steam
❥ HEA

I'm really sad to say goodbye to the Princes but can't wait to say hello to the Park Avenue Kings, coming soon....Savage, Devilish, Immoral 😈

No longer interested in this, since I'm not into reading about poly romance, but that's okay. It is what it is. It was a nice series.

I was so excited to finally read East’s story, and honestly, I’m not surprised that he needed two men to handle him. He’s a spoiled rich brat, definitely annoying, but once you get to know him, he’s totally lovable. The King, the Brain and the little Prince? They were made for each other, no doubt.

The first half of the book was an easy 5 stars for me. The secret society, the chemistry between East, King and Zac (so hot!), honestly, everything was on point! But halfway through, it felt like the story shifted. I still enjoyed it but it was like reading a different book. I missed the dynamic of the beginning between King, East and Zac, and I didn’t really see their feelings develop. Some things were left unresolved (what about the secret society and King’s ex?) and the drama with East’s dad felt a bit rushed.

I’m sad that the series is over but I loved reading it and I’m excited to read the Park Avenue Kings next. I also think that maybe we’ll get answers to our questions in this new series (I hope so!)

well.....see the problem with most poly ships where 2 of the people were in a prior relationship is that usually the author makes that relationship stronger and the third member is like an interloper. and it def felt like that here.

sure all three had sexual chemistry but i only felt the emotional part with zac and east. you'd have emotional parts with them and then we'd be told that king felt the same but eyyye didn't see it. and the whole secret society thing existed for a solid 2.3 chapters and disappeared....genuinely seemed like the only reason he had a role in the story.

idk maybe it starting off as a throuple and then zac east staying together and king being with someone else would've made more sense or if their relationship was built more. had the exact same issue with evocation, previous relationship couple is good but 3rd memeber is just there (altho that one was worse bc moria was david's wife).

also the random 3rd stuff was dumb bc easts relationship alone was enxough drama and it all got cleared up in like 2 chapters. idk seems like authors didn't know what to do but the whole groups reaction was funny.

When I saw the sign up for the last book in the Park Avenue Princes series, I was so fast to sign up that I totally missed the fact that it’s MMM, which is something I usually avoid. But.. I’ve read all of the other books, and I’ve been looking forward to the book for East incredibly much, so an extra M wasn’t going to hold me back.

It makes sense though. I’ve been wondering what kind of man who’d be able to make the notorious East settle down, and well, it took two men.

Now, I don’t know if it’s because I haven’t read any MMM romances previously, but I didn’t feel like the dynamic between these three men were any kind of equal. I loved East and Zac together, but I wish we could have been there when it started. I also loved Zac and King together. But the three of them together? East felt more like a side piece than a part of the relationship.

I still really enjoyed seeing East show some more vulnerable sides of himself, since it’s not something we’ve seen in the previous books, we’ve only seen the spoiled, bratty and snobbish side of him. He’s been totally against his friends settling down and has expressed several times that it’s not something he’s going to do, so watching him doing just that was very satisfying.

Still, I think East could have shown a lot more growth throughout this book, with everything that happened to him, he could have come out on the other side superior, but he kinda didn’t. But it was great to see all of the support he got from everyone around him, friends and boyfriends included.

It was great seeing all the princes and their partners again, and I truly enjoyed experiencing more of East and West’s friendship.

For the spice, I was surprised there wasn’t more of it being MMM, but it wasn’t bad.

I know it all sounds a bit negative, but I did enjoy the book. I loved East so much, and I loved all of the cameos from the other princes, I loved Zac too, not so much King, but can’t like ’em all. I’m very intrigued by the secret society, and I’m looking forward to the new series to come.

❥ Dual POV
❥ MM Romance
❥ Enemies to lovers
❥ Age-gap
❥ Secret romance
❥ Alpha male
❥ Teacher/student
❥ Forbidden romance

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Sooo when I saw it was MMM I wasn’t sure about it but yeahhh East definitely need two people to keep him in check !!
What a trio !! My personal favorite is Zac but I have to admit that I really enjoyed this story. I was really excited to finally see who would be able to face the king of the princes, and for sure they didn’t disappoint.

I loved the dynamic between Zac and East, there is this flame between the two, they push each other’s buttons and Zac knows how to sh*t him up. While East isn’t afraid of anything, not even trying to realise Zac’s fantasy - sleeping with the mighty Professor King. Ready to not back down on the challenge, East will do everything to make it happen, little did he know that he would open the door to something new and unexpected.
King hadn’t planned for anything to happen with his gorgeous TA and even less with the bratty prince but when they stumbled upon him, he realised that he could not refuse them and decided to go for with absolute control on them.

The three of them have such an amazing dynamic, there is a domination vibe that varies depending on the person and situation, they all have it a way but King is the bossiest of all and East the brattiest.

Truly enjoyed myself with this one and I’m beyond excited for the Kings’ series !!
