About the author

Keanu Charles Reeves is a Canadian actor. Born in Beirut and raised in Toronto, Reeves began acting in theatre productions and in television films before making his feature film debut in Youngblood (1986). He had his breakthrough role in the science fiction comedy Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure (1989), and he reprised his role in its sequels. He gained praise for playing a hustler in the independent drama My Own Private Idaho (1991) and established himself as an action hero with leading roles in Point Break (1991) and Speed (1994).

Following several box office failures, Reeves's performance in the horror film The Devil's Advocate (1997) was well received. Greater stardom came for playing Neo in the science fiction series The Matrix, beginning in 1999. He played John Constantine in Constantine (2005) and starred in the romantic drama The Lake House (2006), the science fiction thriller The Day the Earth Stood Still (2008), and the crime thriller Street Kings (2008). Following another commercially down period, Reeves made a successful comeback by playing the titular assassin in the John Wick film series, beginning in 2014.

In addition to acting, Reeves has directed the film Man of Tai Chi (2013). He has played bass guitar for the band Dogstar and pursued other endeavours such as writing and philanthropy.

This series has gone into the realm of being extremely frustrating. The last few issues can be read in 90 seconds or less and give you like 2% of forward motion in the story.

I like that we are finally going somewhere but somehow each issue feels shorter than the previous one.

I read this in 2 minutes, or maybe less, which is not surprising since the whole issue includes the events taking place in 10 minutes tops. You can't have a single scene issue, who does that? The writing seems good (although who knows with what little we see these days?), the design and coloring are spectacular. BUT, the person who did division of the story and decided the content of each issue did an absolutely abysmal job. Is it a writer? An editor? Another person whose special task is just deciding what goes in each month? Whoever does this, please stop.

There is a vision somewhere there. Let us see it.

The past 2 issues are a little too sci-fi for me. This is an ACTION title. But I am not into this new direction. Brzrkr hasn't any dialogue in the past 2 issues. No cool Brzrkr looks. Don't get too cerebral!

One of the weaker entries in series. It is basically an entire issue devoted to a larger action sequence and it probably could easily have been included in either the issue before or the issue after since there is next to no story. The artwork is extensive though.

Well... Rick Morty taught me not to mess with time or testicle monsters, and Keanu Reeves has now taught me not to F with immortal Berserkers. 😳 Holy entrails, Batman!

Ok, so aside from the fact that I'm still confused as all hell, this was pretty freaking cool in terms of B losing the living crap out of his berserker mind. I mean, we've seen him tear into the clans and armies of yore, and on the battlefields of today, and we've seen these people who are "helping" 🙄 him talk about all these protocols they have. Eh...maybe they should have tested them? 🤷‍♀️ Not that the powers that be seem to care, but I'm pretty sure B's still going to be, should we say, "grumpy?" in the next issue. Just a little bit. 🤏💩

I would like Diana more if I could understand exactly what on earth is going on here. How did they establish this deep telepathic connection when they barely had a rapport going on in the first place. Why do I not remember anything about the red bird when I literally read all of the previous issues consecutively in one sitting. What is the point of having a physical emblem with random magical powers just conveniently still buried there. What. Why. How.

The berserker well…berserks and returns looking for his godly father. But his mind is clouded and can only see red.
