Lots of pretty words; a plethora of grandiosity. This book contains lots of artistic prose that grandly describes the big picture, but I would have liked a bit more details and perhaps some actual personal interaction and/or dialogue.
There's better ER doctor books out there. This one has some great situations but it's trying to be Charles Dickens where it would be more interesting if it dove into the people and emotions of the stories being told.
