This is a good book overall with a focus on agile throughout the organization. What can be learned: agile strategy, concepts and principles that can be applied in company culture, leadership, execution, adaptability to continuously changing environment, responsiveness to challenges internally and externally. The concept introduced is named CLEAR which contains the areas of organization where agile can be applied. It was a bit too much theoretical material in the book however mixed with reflections, chapter summaries and examples. Interesting and useful approach that can be implemented in an org environment
