Annabelle
I was known as 'Annabelle the Whale' at the prestigious prep school I attended as a shy, awkward teenager. Fast forward ten years later and I'm a successful businesswoman who has weathered health scares and overcome many of my childhood fears. I'm more than happy to leave my past in the rearview mirror. When my best friend convinces me to attend our ten-year high school reunion, will I hide in the corner like I always have or am I ready to show everyone the strong woman I've become? And can Jake Carter, the once popular bad boy, help me find the strength to stand up to my former bullies?

That is, before she gets bombarded with a guest. Jake Carter, former quarterback and resident bad boy. At one point she thought they were friends, then it all changed. CN the salvage a friendship 10 years later or is there something else there?
Stronger is an amazing story about a young woman who’s had hardships thrown at her that she handled with grace. Hearing Annabelle and Jake’s background from high school was so sweet! I love the way Jake stands up for her and supports her when she worries about the future! This is another great book from Harper Michaels!
Wow! What a way to end a series! This book was short, sweet and to the point. The message of self confidence and self worth were so strong throughout its entirety. I loved that not only did you see life as a female in high school, but you also saw life as a male in high school, and how everything is not always as it seems.
The characters, Annabelle and Jake were probably my favorites out of the series. I felt like their connection was the easiest to relate too and they seemed to just genuinely get each other so perfectly. Besides, once you meet Lucky, you are sure to fall in love like I did!
I loved this story. A woman coming into her own after years of battling health issues and faces childhood insecurities and fears at a high school reunion. Annabelle is a great example of strength and overcoming the past and becoming the person you want to be in life. This is a fantastic end to the Coming Home series.
This was such a great short read. I love an empowering story about a woman who comes into her own, takes the reigns of her life and just kills it. The love story in this is sweet to, with a little spice in there too. It was a great conclusion to this trilogy.
