At the end of each chapter she incorporated Integration Moments for the reader to ruminate on followed by Chapter Exercises which personally I found so helpful.
Grau's compassionate approach provides solace for those struggling with loss, offering clarity on the soul's journey and the mysteries of the spirit world. Her ability to blend her own life lessons with universal spiritual teachings makes this book an enlightening read for anyone seeking to understand the afterlife or deepen their spiritual awareness. "Infinite Life, Infinite Lessons" maps out the unique experience of our souls and the afterlife while touching on grief and the accompanying emotions, experiences, and complexities.  Death is often so overwhelming that you feel alone; however, Susan brings her experience and extensive knowledge to bear in this authentic and intuitive book. She bridges the gap of isolation we feel when it comes to the topic of death and the afterlife by sharing both her personal experiences and experiences healing others- solidifying to the reader that we are not alone and should not be afraid for ourselves or our loved ones. This book helped me understand my grief, remember how to take care of and listen to myself, and get through significant milestones (just as Susan has in her own life). If you have ever caught yourself wondering about the afterlife, you won't be for much longer because Susan provides impressive insight into the afterlife and how death is not "the end." She offers extensive knowledge and understanding, yet her tone of voice made me feel like I was right there with her.

I was thrilled when this book came out, especially now that people are looking for more information on this topic. Susan provides information and wisdom, but she also lets you into her heart and implores you to look into your own heart and life in this interactive must-read.

Infinite life, infinite lessons review

I am eternally grateful for Infinite Life, Infinite Lessons because this book reassured me that I can make it! I don’t have to “quit” this life or wish I was dead anymore, just to end the pain and suffering I feel from my own sensitivity to life’s challenges and also the pain I feel from other people’s suffering!
Being an intuitive, sensitive empath is painful.
But because of the reassurance in this book, I can trust the spiritual path I’m on will lead me to the lessons I need to evolve to my next level in the spiritual realm.
This book reassured me that my empathetic nature is not a curse. My life is not a nightmare. All I need to do is the next right, indicated step (as I visualize the yellow brick road mentioned in the book).
The result is up to the Divine Source who will help me understand everything at the end of my journey.
After many hours of listening to this audiobook I feel completely satisfied this book is totally worth the price. Susan Grau is now at the top of my list of my favorite authors alongside Anita Moorjani and Eckhart Tolle.

I received this book as a birthday gift in July of 2024. This book clarified karma and its types, soul contracts and what seriously happens when you leave the planet. The most important aspect of this book was the issue of free will. If nothing else, read up to chapter 6, it will change the way you view yourself and humankind.

I was able to complete most of the exercises and when I did I could feel the veil lighten from my shoulders. I could feel love pour in.

This book came to me when my mother was put on hospice. This book is helping navigate her transition. This book will help me help people deal with the pains of their past.

Reading this book awakened my Spiritual purpose. I sleep with this book next to me. I will read and do the exercises many more times.

I want to know so badly the exact how or what do I need to do to be able to communicate with the other side. Although that is easier to ask than to have, Susan explained things in a very spiritual and loving way. I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Grau last year at a book signing in SoCal. It was a very unexpected visit but such a pleasant sign. She was so warm and kind. Now after reading her words and experiences, I might just have to look into any possibility of a reading. I’ve received signs from my dad but what I would give for some humor or suggestions he might have for me.
