This is a collection of essays on ecofeminism. The idea is that we are all connected to the Earth and that we should care for, rather than ruin the Earth. Women are naturally more connected to nature and as the various forms of feminism have waved and rippled along, several branches that are vitally interested in preserving the Earth have arisen. Each chapter is written by a different woman, team, or organization from all around the world. Reading through the table of contents is both frightening and inspiring.

I've only just begun the book, and it already has some of the argument patterns that don't actually work that characterize some of the more vocal feminists, but it has also given some good ideas. So, it's a bit of each.

I'll probably go back to it later, but for now it's a partial read. I'm really not a humanist feminist. If I were, I would probably be more captivated by this book.
