In the Legal Office of a U.S. Navy base in Southern California, a young woman Lieutenant plans to murder her former lover, a middle-aged Vice Admiral. Other officers in Base Legal are oblivious to the Lieutenant's intentions. They think only that she is a flake. She is in reality what is called a "borderline personality" or, in more common parlance, a "psychopath." She has killed once before in jealousy and with complete impunity. Will anyone discover her plans to kill the Vice Admiral? Will she be stopped?

This novel takes the reader merrily by the hand on a romp involving explicit sexuality, adult language, love and lust, unrequited love, and compulsion.
