This is the first book that I have read in this series. I really like the premise, but I wish the story was longer and more developed. A friendship and a strong attraction has developed between Mia and her client Calvin. Her job is and has been to protect him until his new invention can be delivered to his client. I received this book for free from eBook Discovery. I voluntarily post this review. This is my honest review. The story and characters are interesting, but I wish that it was better edited.

Mia was hired to protect a scientist named Calvin. Calvin is delivering a project to a facility that is going to use it for good. Unfortunately people who want to use it for evil are trying to stop them.
I did like this book and the two main characters. It was a very quick good read. I would have given more stars if it had been longer. It had a lot of potential. It was just a small piece of a story.
