This book kept me up all night; I wanted to know what happened next, so I read the entire book in less than a day. It was that good!

Alex is a baker, if you are like anyone we've all had bad breakups but in a small town it's even worse. She decides to make a fresh start and finds a great town called Black Ridge in North Carolina. Just before moving, she had a customer, Rhett, who is the love interest as well as MC Enforcer and ex-marine. The MC is currently fighting a war against sex trafficking and he's going back to the MC to work. As Alex and her twin, Jasmine, get Alex's things moved to Black Ridge, preparing to start a bakery called Wings of Freedom, things get dicey. Will it be a happily ever after? Well, I'm not one to spoil it for you!

It felt like I was right in the middle of the action and boy was it a ride. I definitely had moments of 'Oh my gawd' shock and moments of laughing aloud. Very well written and has great details. I highly recommend it if you like MC slow-burn books.

very good story line

The story line is very good, I just wish there had been a little more to the story itself and spice (it was fade to black type spice and I know some people prefer that to smut) that being said I was on the edge of my seat wanting to know what was going to happen next! If you’re looking for a good contemporary/biker book series to get into I definitely think this is it. I’m looking forward to book 2.

Loved it!

This one's been on my TBR for too long! I absolutely loved it! Alex and Rhett have chemistry from the start and it was such a joy to watch their relationship blossom. I loved the tension, the MC, the mortally gray men with morals! Yes! I can't wait for the next one!

Really Good

The book had just the right amount of suspense. Loved the back and forth between Jasmine and Matt. Can’t wait for the next book in the series.
