4+ stars. I can envision Deion giving a copy of this book to every one of his players and staff. This is his gameplay for life, a compilation of lessons learned provided to those with whom he works. This a a rule book, a statement of his values, his standards and his expectations for those he leads. There is a wealth of guidance and good advice for young people just starting out in life as well for old guys like me to reflect upon. I have written similar documents during my time in the army and I have to say that Deion hits all of the right targets. While his writing style is more flamboyant than many, he reminds me of the no nonsense approach of John Wooden, a teacher and mentor as much as a great coach. You can use this to raise your kids or to help youth who have had no direction in their upbringing.
