I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I honestly ended up skimming a bit about 1/3 of the way through the story. The plot seems to be all over the place and sometimes the names aren’t even kept straight. I found whole paragraphs repeated in different parts of the same chapter and could not even keep track of the timeline or even where they were towards the second half of the story.
Nino was nvolved in the mafia. Lena was on her way to the art gallery. She was struck by a car right in front of the gallery. It was Nino that hit her. Through her recovery, he was there for many days. He had to tell her the truth. You will have to read to find out all of the madness and love.
Lena was hit by a car and Ramon stayed with her until the ambulance came and then until she regained consciousness. She didn’t know what his real name was and her brother said he was no good for her. Another man wanted her dead as he thought she knew more about that night than she let on. This contains action, love, and uncovering the truth. This is a great book to read
I didn't like this book at all. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as it just didn't have anything to offer to keep a person interested in. I know the author worked hard, but I just didn't like it. Words just didn't flow.
A very disjointed story with too many filler words in the story that don’t mean anything when they have been stated previously in the story. Lots of repetitive narrative full of redundant words.
I liked the love story. But the repetitive explanation of their plight and how it’s effecting them was maddening. The same thing written over and over in every way possible
