Slate and Celeste. 🔥🔥🔥

Since reading Book 1 of the Timberwolf Lodge Shifters series where I first learned of Slate I wanted to know more about him. What would his HEA look like? And wow did I get my answer!

Slate and Celeste set this book on fire!! 🔥🔥🔥 Right from the very beginning the sparks were present between them every time they were in each other's presence. But Slate didn't know if Celeste was free or not and how would she handle knowing he was a bear shifter? Well, I'll tell you this author did her thang in this book!! Yesssss! The flow was easy to follow. The passion, chemistry, and the steamy naughty scenes were HOT. I really enjoyed the storyline and Slate's backstory about his first love Temperance. But I'm going to be petty for a second. Lol. I loved loved the karma that waited for Dorian! Lmao!! 😂😂 He deserved every bit of it and more. Karma is a dirty biatch. And she came and collected in full!

This book was truly a fun, sexy, and enjoyable read with a beautiful HEA. I hope whoever reads this review will enjoy it just like I did. 😊

Best Read

Another great read, I am enjoying this series greatly. I can’t wait for the other 3 to get their mates. Especially the one they say acts like an alien. Celeste made me think of me and other women who deal with abuse whether it’s verbal, mental or physical sometimes were able to get out and find a great man maybe like Slate. Unfortunately most of the times when just keep connecting to abusive men.
I loved that Celeste finally stood up for herself, even reading Slate just having her back while she did made me smile.
This is a great story to read especially if your with a man that’s not worthy of you stand up for yourself. 🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾

Book 2

Second book in the paranormal shifter series by Cali N. Tae. This book is the love story of two supporting characters from book 1. The MMC is a member of a six person “pack” of shifters who have built a clan and run a business together. The clan is made up of different shifters and each is finding his true mate.

The MMC of this book is a bear shifter and the chef of the Lodge the clan owns and runs. His true mate is a guest who is running and healing from an abusive relationship. The heat level is good and the storyline entertaining.

Entertaining but abrupt ending.

Overall this was an entertaining read and I like the MCs, but it kind of ended a little abruptly. I feel like the epilogue should’ve been the last chapter and then the epilogue should’ve been a few years into the future.

Also didn’t love some of the descriptions such as “man meat” and some others.

Solid read. Check it out for yourself.

I love how Slate is such a secure man and how he loves Celeste. Not just physically either. He’s so gentle with her feelings and iron,y I could find a man like that! And the way they’re connected… ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I liked the first one. This seemed more like a young adult novel.. like they were in high school. Immature. Not for me. Also, do you have include your obvious dislike for christianity.

His mate

I've grown to really enjoy this series. This one seems like it's open to a slight cliff hanger. Who caused the plane crash, who was the forth person on the plane and what was it that chased her in the woods? Can't wait for the next book.

Kinky!

This was a kinky one buddy! Some as just a tad bit over the top, but in no way take away from the story. Lil'Bit and Big Guy were too cute and had nothing but chemistry. The heat was on and I I was there for it!💓💓

I like Slater and Celeste together. She had been crushing on him for a year and he never looked her way. When he finally realized she was his mate it was on. Her ex was a piece of 💩. I'm glad he didn't make it back after Slater showed him the door not so gently. .❣️❣️
