We feel an urgent need to cleanse our hearts, to cleanse them of these diseases and to protect them from what surrounds them. And we can think of no one else than Shaykh al-Islam ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah have mercy on him) who explained to us the reality of our ailments and the proper use of remedies so that we can be cured with the help of Allah.

Beautiful book and gems within

Beautiful short read that puts a variety of afflictions in the heart in their proper contexts. Really explains a lot of the nature of certain sins and the wisdom of Allah in his remedies as much as one can, Allah knows best

You’re basically paying money for a book thats 90% quran quotes, the same point repeated over and over and the writing sounds like broken english.
