Unfortunately for Mandy and Derek, someone else has their eyes on The Christmas House. Fairly good romance
This book isn't nearly as well written as the other novels I've read by Ms Morgan. The conversations were repetitive, nothing happened in the story itself. Mandy's sudden desire to buy Edwina's house made no sense. Neither did her desire to run a bed & breakfast, especially after getting an architectural degree. The author did surprise me once with the developer's identity. Most of the time I was, aggravated because a character would say one thing, then say the opposite 2 pages over.. especially Mandy. Derek's character was much more believable.
I hope the next novel is better, because Ms Morgan is a good author.

A New Series…
by different authors. This one is a Christmas story by Kit Morgan. Cute story. A whole lot predictable but then I say that and bam it has a surprise ending. However sshh I’m not telling. Clean read.

This is a fun Christmas story. Mandy and Derek both put in a bid to buy a home that is known to locals as The Christmas House. Mandy is a local to has always loved this house and Derek is from New York, he wants the house as a airbnb. Who will end up with the house. Must read.
