The book Confessions of an operating room nurse is an easy and enjoyable read. It's particularly appealing for those who are interested in pursuing a career in the operating room. With a humorous and light hearted tone, the book provides an insight into the profession.
However, it doesn't necessarily make the job seem attractive, as it emphasizes the hard work involved and the limited appreciation you receive in return. Additionally, the author doesn't delve deeply into specific topics, keeping the content rather general.
All in all, I finished the book in about an hour and found it often funny and entertaining.

Het boek Confessions of an operating room nurse is een vlot geschreven werk dat zich gemakkelijk laat lezen. Het is vooral leuk voor mensen die geïnteresseerd zijn in een carrière in de operatiekamer. Op een humoristische en luchtige manier biedt het boek een inkijkje in het beroep.
Toch maakt het boek het beroep niet per se aantrekkelijk, omdat er veel nadruk ligt op het harde werken en de beperkte waardering die je daarvoor terugkrijgt. Daarnaast gaat de auteur niet diep in op specifieke onderwerpen, waardoor het boek voornamelijk een algemeen beeld schetst.
