Good, but...

The advice was good. The recipes are American with the measurements changed to metric. Who can afford a pound of crab meat for example. Also restaurant advice is probably not applicable in the UK. It's a shame, because the book could have been so much better.

This book will make your diabetes go from bad to worse. It is based on the same old recommendation to eat more carbs, and in so doing raise your blood sugar.
Avoid like the plague (which, in a way, it is!)

Some good recipes here but not as many that fit my food tastes. Some sections were very scanty on the recipes.
