Have learnt so much from this book! Will be my constant guide for clinical practise. Whereas conventional text books I used in medical school said most causes were 'genetic' or 'idiopathic', this goes into depths and details of integrated pathophysiology, which genes are responsible for what, and how every organ system affects each other.
