Ava is such a sweet girl who has such a big heart. I loved that she found her men. Mason and Rye are the perfect men for her and their desire for her was from the first page. Who wouldn't want a McGavin sandwich 😉

This story is very hot. It's an MFM story. Ava is a shy bookwormish kind of girl who catches the eye of two jocks who are step brothers. They want Ava for themselves and they want to share her. This book is full of spice and romance that will have you begging for more chapters. I will definitely be reading more of this author's work.

What a way to finish this series! Landry Hill has given us all the kinks and feels! She didn’t hold back and I loved it! Mason and Rye are step brothers, players, and tight as can be. They do everything together, including loving someone. They set their sites on Ava, but didn’t want to ruin her. They thought she was too pure, but they still loved her from afar. Until one night, they walked in on something that showed them she wouldn’t be ruined by them, instead she would have her desires be fulfilled with them. They jump into action, no holding back. They are intense with lots of cravings for their girl. Reading it, you knew you might need to meet some desires of your own after. It was hot! Perfect ending to the series.

Mason and rye are step brothers, who have a pack to take a girl together. One that will suit both there needs and wants. One that will be their forever person. They both like Ava but she's so sweet and innocent they can't corrupt her. So they leave it be. But one night they come home to find Ava moaning in bed, they are stuck to the spot just watching.
Until one of them can't take it anymore and enters the room. Ava is so embarrassed. Caught by the two that she been in bliss picturing. They see the book she is reading and decide to get a copy. They both are shocked and turned on at what little miss innocent was reading.

Ava (18, virgin) has been babysitting the McGavins young daughter for a few years. Their two older sons (who are actually step-brothers) recognize they both want Ava, but since she's so innocent, they vow to stay away from her. Rye and Mason are super close and like to share girls. They want a girl that they can share permanently but fear they'll never find the right one. When they discover Ava masturbating after reading a reverse harem book, they decide to make their move.
As I said, this was so close to being awesome. There were several issues. First, half the book was spent on repeating the book Ava was reading instead of an actual story between Ava/Mason/Rye. I hate that because I'm not reading that book, I'm reading this one. I want this story. Then when it comes time to claim her, they use a dildo to pop her cherry. What a ripoff. It doesn't make any sense to me. Then, the author decides to have Mason & Rye develop sexual feelings for each other, but never fully commits to it. Don't tease me like that. Either go all in or don't go at all. Finally, there's no double penetration. For me, it's not really reverse harem if there isn't a poke in the front and back at the same time. That could just be a personal preference. I've never had two guys at once so I don't know.
For all of those reasons, I couldn't give it more than a 2.
Overall, I still liked the series a lot. I liked all the characters and I don't regret reading it.

Pull the five right out of me
Great final book to the series. it was worth the weight. I was looking forward to their book. I really like that you tried everything in this series. I think everything worked out well except for the I can’t remember either mercy and Banner or somebody else was pretty boring the religious one, but this was great. I think you could’ve leaned more into the relationship of the guys like you did in your other series. You did that my shy guy or whatever real good I think you could’ve leaned in a bit more around there, relationship development, transition. You also just never mentioned a little sister or their family again so it would’ve been interesting to hear how they were impact it. I think it was good that you included her mom and friends being accepting, but their parents were such a big part of the story and then you just left that unwritten great spice really hot scenes. Definitely your best book. In my opinion I will say I’m not a fan of a book in a book, but I realize you needed to do that just to get some of the early spice out but overall great book

I am absolutely NOT rating this a five star just because it's a mfm story. Nope. I'm also rating it a five star because it has the notion of two guys who are actually fulfilling a girl's wants and desires by actually taking an interest in what she WANTS. Not assuming they know. Not putting in guess work. No, they researched her. They took in the books she was reading, things that moved her, made her turn into a puddle and then went for it, hoping to hook-line-sinker her.
Here's the kicker: how is she supposed to know if it's all real or just a game to them? Because while the fantasy of it can be all well and good, it's also really hard to turn that fantasy into a real-life situation that everyone around is ok with.
Truly believe this one, so far, has become my favorite because it shows a lot of natural reactions versus that of being way too easily forgiven or way too easily giving in. Not as much thought going into things in the other ones versus this one being full on plotted out and followed through by these brothers. I loved every bit of it.

However, if a man ever did what I read in a book to me in real life, that may be a turn off and I would have reported him to the authorities... I thought it was funny that Mason and Rye thought that doing what Ava read in books was okay. I mean she was into it, sorta but I would have been equally turned off and as confused as she was. lol
The epilogue where Ava tells the judge that her "daddy" was giving her away made me cringe. 🤢 I personally don't like the daddy kink but I can read it. It was just too cringy for me. blah.
This is the best and probably the spiciest book in this series. 🌶 🔥 I devoured this book.

Hands down the best book in the series! I was so excited to finally learn Ava's story, and this did not disappoint! Rye and Mason have had a thing for Ava for years, but she has always the innocent angel that they don't want to taint. Not until they get their hands on a copy of a smutty why-choose book she was reading and saw that she fantasised about being taken by multiple men at once. They decide to re-enact her book fantasies to get her attention and make her theirs.
On a side note, kudos to all of the parents in this entire series for being so incredibly supportive of their children. It was such a relief each time they didn't make everything worse.

I've genuinely enjoyed every book in Landry Hill's Fright Series, but she definitely saved the best till last with Fright Ball.
Throughout the series, we saw Ava receiving little notes that made it sound like she was being stalked. There was no real context for them, but they alluded to being from more than one person and what was to come. Fright Ball explores the reasoning behind the notes in a really clever way.
Ava babysits for the McGavin family. The two sons are enamoured with her but think she's too much of a prude and bookworm to fit in with their particular desires. Only they don't realise the books she's always got her head buried in are smut books, specifically smut books focused on multiple men sharing one woman. You can imagine their surprise when they come home early one night while she's babysitting their little sister to find her in the guest room, reading her book, and losing herself in a moment of passion and self-love. Alerting them to her dirty desires and letting them know she's perfect for them.
To seduce Ava, Rye, and Mase purchase copies of the books they've seen her reading and decide to re-enact some of what they've read, and that's where the notes come into play, as they choose an enemies-to-lovers romance with a heavy bully trope where the harem leave notes for the female lead, so that's what Rye and Mase do: leave notes that are word for word what it said in the book. As they read the books, we get to read excerpts of the fictional book too, which helps us put the notes into context, but Landry very cleverly highlights how what can seem like a fantasy or a like in a book doesn't always transition into reality, as Ava is left wondering if she is the butt of a joke and questioning the brothers' intentions.
As well as the dirty and depraved moments between the three of them, there are also some incredibly tender moments where they all show an air of vulnerability, be it from fear of judgement, fear of losing each other, or just fear of their feelings in general. I enjoyed the way the book went through all three characters' POVs and dealt not only with their feelings for each other but also how they feel coming from a religious family and how they feel about their parents' relationships and actions. It helped build up an image of who they are.

Ava is Rye and Mason’s little sister’s new babysitter and the woman of their dreams but she’s off limits. Her innocent nature and church going self would not want two brothers as her lovers. But Ava is not innocent with her book satiating her wildest fantasies of being shared and taken. After Mason and Rye discover that Ava is not so innocent all bets are off and they are determined more than ever to start the chase. But will Ava be able to forget about what everyone else thinks and come out in the open or will she always want to keep what they have a secret? I loved the book with in the book style of writing it actually fit in well with the story. Absolutely loved the brothers making it all about her and planning their lives according to what she wants, where she’s going to college, etc. always having her in mind. They were so head over heels in love with her and she couldn’t get enough. That “daddy” k!nk was absolutely *chef’s kiss*! Totally recommend as an easy read that will definitely have you wanting this type of relationship in real life. P.S. the little sister was so cute and sweet!

I loved the book with in the book style of writing it actually fit in well with the story. Absolutely loved the brothers making it all about her and planning their lives according to what she wants, where she’s going to college, etc. always having her in mind. They were so head over heels in love with her and she couldn’t get enough. That “daddy” k!nk was absolutely *chef’s kiss*! Totally recommend as an easy read that will definitely have you wanting this type of relationship in real life. P.S. the little sister was so cute and sweet!

What a fantastic and steamy way to end the series! I was so happy to finally find out what all of the notes were about and fill in the gaps of what Ava was going through. Mase and Rye are 🔥🔥I mean who doesn’t want two gorgeous baseball playing stepbrothers to be obsessing over them? They way the things Ava felt most insecure about were the things the guys loved about her. I really liked this series and the way all of the books followed the same timeline but from different point of views. Even though they were centered around the same events it never seemed repetitive. As much as I hate that the series is ending, I’m super excited to what else the author comes out with!
