we meet Kalina she's a worshiper of god and a innocent person she is force to marry Leo who is obessed with her since he started following her to church his family is bravta and they made a deal with Lina father. Even if her father doesn't like them or his daughter. She isn't used to the looks and touch Leo does to her. And I'll be honest, i was shocked at how hoeish she got, lol. For a pure chick, she wanted to go ham on getting railed, lol.
They do have drama, but they didn't think it would be from Leo own father. He brought in an ex and that ending.

Holy hell! I went into this book blind and I’m honestly blown away by how much I loved it! Izzy really had me in a chokehold from start to finish with this one. I LOVE Lina and Leonid😍. Their relationship was everything and I was obsessed with how obsessed they were with each other! Lina’s family background broke my heart. That poor girl went through so much with her family and I’m glad she got away from them. Leonid is my fave type of morally grey man🥵The things I’d let this man do…😏 Arranged marriage is one of my favorite tropes and this one is definitely in my top favorites now. The Bratva elements to this made it so much more interesting too. I also really liked that Izzy included a lot of Russian words throughout the story, it really helped to set the mood. The ending had me SCREAMING! I was heartbroken and so angry! I cannot wait to see what happens in book 2! I want Leonid to ruin lives people!😂

I didn’t expect the heir of the Bravata to be such a cinnamon roll. A lion sent to hunt by his father yet cherishes his wife like no other. Lina and Lenoid both come from a similar type of family even though she almost became a nun 🤭 the last 80% of the book is when everything started taking a turn and the ending?! Noooo. I can’t wait to find into book 2 🖤

I swear people out there just sleeping on Izzy Ravas books! Yall gotta stop and just read one. You won’t regret it and will need to read them all! Unholy is an another amazing novel by the Queen. I swear there is no one I’ve read who can write a better MMC no matter the situation. Lenoid is perfect like all the rest and I will protect and love the big scary cinnamon roll forever!

I really enjoyed this book. I feel all sort of emotions throughout. I love Kalina, you really see her character development in this book. I just love her character so loving but you don’t want to mess with her if you hurt anyone she loves. Then we meet Leonid, who in the beginning I thought would make it hard for Kalina but really, he has been obsessed with her. I loved seeing his work side and the loving side. Leonid just had me melting, especially after those spice scenes.
No let's get to this cliffy end….. OMGGGG. I can’t tell you how long I just stared at the ceiling after reading the last chapter. I just know my man Leonid is going to tear some people apart.

She didn't let Leonid get away with anything. They were such an amazing couple together. I loved how unhinged Leonid was but a major cinnamon roll for his woman. The plot was written wonderfully. The spice was a good 4/5. This did leave off on a cliffhanger and I can't wait to see what happens.

Thank you so much for the arc in exchange for an honest review! Let me start off by saying I'm not a huge mafia book kinda gal but this made me reconsider that. The main characters are amazing. Kalina is such a strong willed woman and it times it broke my heart to hear about what she has been through. She deserves so much more. How can a MMC be such a badass possessive killer but also a total golden retriever? The perfect definition of "I hate everyone BUT her". The smut was perfect. I'm a sucker for praise and this book gave it. The ending absolutely killed me, a huge cliffhanger. Made me want to scream and cry and throw something haha. I need a book two right now because I need to know what happens! There is some murder in this book so if that isn't your thing you may want to skip it. But this was such an excellent read!

Wow! Another amazing book by Izzy Ravas! The plot instantly grabbed me, and I was just consumed by this book. Leonid is PERFECTLY morally gray! Kalina is the goddess to bring him to his knees... literally. I absolutely loved their story. I cannot wait for the next book to come out! The spice is amazing and frequent! I needed a personal mini fan to keep me cool while reading. 5 stars well deserved!

Definitely enjoy how obsessed Leo was with Lina 🙂↕️🙂↕️ that man was IN LOVEEE ! He treated her like a QUEEN !!! I love when MMCs are soft only for her 🥰bI normally don’t read pregnant trope books but I really did have fun reading this !!!! It was fast paced and 90% had me SHOOK ! This book has spice, plot twists, and action. It also has a story of love. While it is a mafia book, it tells a story of gentle souls that have been broken. Broken by those that are supposed to love them, protect and guide. I loved Lina and Leonid. They are both healing each other. And Lina's sister will get all that Lina never did. Then comes the villain. He took was is dear to the fierce Lion!!!

🖤 Unholy Matrimony is a dark, spicy, heart pumping Bratva romance. The plot consumed me right from the beginning. Threats of violence and a forced marriage starts us on our journey with Leonid and Kalina’s turbulent relationship.
🩶 Tension, turmoil, and very mixed emotions gives them quite the rocky start. Kalina is kind, selfless and raised to follow rules and be submissive. Her sister and religion are everything to her. Even though she has a mind of her own and a spark inside her, she keeps to herself and does as she’s told. Leonid is the vicious heir to the Brava Empire. He has many responsibilities and a reputation to uphold.
🖤 He is the most fantastic unhinged cinnamon roll I have ever read. He is a touch her and burn the world down type of guy. I will never get enough of his snarky dirty mouth. His obsession with Kalina and need to have her fall in love with him as an emotional ride. Leonid has zero difficulty showing his desires and needs his queen. His love for his mother and dedication to be someone she would be proud of his deeply felt. Kalina’s evolution to becoming her true self is beautifully written. As she learns what it means to be loved, desired, and respected is empowering.

The fmc is a sweet young woman that has her life devoted to her faith since it is her only save place. The MMC is obbsesed with the FMC and the FMC doens't even know he exists. Untill one day she gets the message she is to be wed to the bratava prince.
While terrified at first she finds out the bratava prince is a big cinnamon roll and whorships her like a goddess. She never expierienced love and devation like this and she warms up to him soon. Soon after the wedding they are fully in love and will do anything for eachother. Soon they expecting there first child and that is a big factor in the story.
The spice is really well done. The fmc is a virgin and avout 10 years younger than the mmc and learns her everything about her body and explore everything. He is really dominant in the bedroom but also really take care of her needs and makes sure he doens't do anything she don't want. It is so well done and I loved it.
The ending is a lot darker (not with the mmc)
There is happening a lot around the couple and the story ends on a big cliffhanger!
The MMC is one of my favorite book boyfriends from now on. He is such a gentleman while at the same time a really dominant man with a dirty mouth and I'm here for it! Every man should be like this🤣.

This read is definitely action packed, and by the end, I was left freakin’ DEVASTATED and going feral for more. Truly wasn’t expecting a lot of the events, and I can’t wait to see more of Kalina and how said events will play out for her. I also need more of Leonid. Izzy has a special way of making unhinged characters absolute cinnamon rolls. I loved them, their chemistry, their story together and individually. Kalina is one of those characters that you just want to hold because she’s so innocent and sweet and just deserved so much more. And then, you end up just falling for Leonid because, despite the circumstances, he’s always know just that about Kalina. She deserves more, and he’s going to give it to her.

I enjoyed this book but I found it somewhat lack lustre. This book is a “dark mafia” book however it’s not particularly dark at all. Other than forced marriage and some unaliving, the book is relatively fluffy. The characters are developed well and their actions and reactions are very justified through their character developments. However there isn’t much to the plot at all, 99% of the book is just them developing their relationship which is really loving and supportive. The mmc isn’t as dark as you would think for a mafia unaliver in fact he’s really soft. The whole book just lacked the drama you would expect from dark mafia. The only darkness is the ending and I know the author is going for the cliff hanger ending but there was no lead up to it. No drama and suspense at all to make the ending feel right. The mmc also for some reason can’t fix the problem despite being so good at that kind of stuff at the beginning. I think the book had amazing potential and I hope the following books are an improvement. In terms of spice the characters have a lot of spicy moments but there is a few fade to black ones as well. So I have to rate spice at around a 3.5/5. Overall though I have to rate the book at maybe a 3/5. It was nice to see a good supportive and fluffy couple but I do feel like it lacked a lot of the drama and dark themes for a mafia romance.

When Kalina's father is forced into a business agreement, that involves marrying his daughter to the Bratva Heir Leonid, Kalina is worried what sort of life she will have with this brutal womaniser. She's heard the rumours.
Little does she realise that Leonid has been obsessed with her for over a year, and this arrangement was his only opportunity to "save her".
As Izzy is a new author to me, I wasn’t sure what to expect when diving into her world. I did feel this was on the softer side of dark romance compared to other books I’ve read in the category. I wouldn’t necessarily consider it a DARK, dark book, I personally felt it only met the Dark Romance genre within the last 3% of the book but I can understand why when Izzy had planned Book 2.
The characters adored one another, that was very evident. Lenya was absolutely captivated by Lina and he gushed his admiration on her throughout the book.
Kalina being a devout Christian, there's alot of emphasis on prayers and fasting.
The spice was there in a sweet and loving perspective, lots of communication between the characters.
It's a slow burn, sweet story, with character development throughout but for me it lacked my preferred Tropes, especially when it's catalogued as Dark Romance. If your looking for a palate cleanser but want to stay within your genre, this is a good choice.

It all begins when she is forced to marry the heir of Bratva, for the sake of her sister. Kalina was never the daughter they wanted, so she is forced to give in to this marriage. She thought her life was doomed and she would be unhappy, especially as an abused wife, but she discovers the opposite and finds true love in Leonid.
It's a really lovely couple, I was so happy for Kalina, as he became her first everything I felt my heart melt for the two of them. The spice in this book is OMG, the way Lina becomes addicted to Leonid losing that fear and letting herself be desired most of all loved. I loved Kalina's character development and the way she took charge of her life after the blindfold fell off her parents, she deserved so much more than the life she had with her parents, it broke my heart to read what she went through. Leonid is such a cinnamon roll, the way he adores Kalina melts me. And that cliffhanger, OMG! I can't wait for the second book.

Wow, that was a wild ride! Leonid, or better known as Lenya, is obsessed with Kalina. After watching her for a year, he finds the perfect way to make his move. Blackmail her family. Lina, knows all about Leonid Borisovich Igorov, the handsome Bratva prince, who is soon to become her husband. He is known to be dangerous and a womanizer and has ultimately used her family’s business as a way to get to her. But Lenya surprises her as they spend more time together. Maybe this marriage won’t be as bad as she expected.
Immediately, this book drew me in! We are led to believe that Lina is submissive, but did she surprise Lenya… and me. I loved seeing her step out of her comfort zone and taking what she wanted. While Lenya may be the infamous “Lion” of the Bratva, he was such a sweetheart when it came to Lina. He was so devoted to her and reading from his perspective truly showed this. The spice was perfect, and I enjoyed the amount of mafia aspects as well. UGHH this book did end in a cliffhanger that left me a little speechless. Definitely need to read the next book to see how their story continues!

I genuinely enjoyed the heck out of this book. I thought the character development of both Kalina and Leonid was so well done and I just loved them together. Lina is perfect in her loyalty to those that she loves. She so strong despite everything that she had to go through. Leonid is dare I say an absolute marshmallow, well a toasted marshmallow. Tough and possessive but turns out he just a soft cinnamon roll boy for his malyshka *swoon*. And goodness did he know all the right things to say with that dirty mouth. I am not a mafia reader but HOT DAMN. The level of intensity and the mix of dirty talk in Russian. This book was spiced in all the right ways. The characters were so down to earth and you could feel the need for each other as you read. Knife play is usually something that completely turns me off and I want to stop reading but the sprinkle of it in this book just made the book that much better.
The 22nd chapter was a roller coaster. Absolutely shocking turn of an events but it was in way that means you need to read on because there’s such a twist. The ending left me angry, confused and wanting more so I now I have to patiently wait till she writes book two. For a debut author novel it is amazing! I would have assumed this writer had written other books for how well written, how thought out the plot was and the quality of the boook. The last two chapters were a wild ride and something I really enjoyed! This book was well written, it kept me interested the entire time and over all great.
I honestly can say the month of November I arc read 6 books and this was my favourite I didn’t want to put the book down or have the book end!
The 22nd chapter was a roller coaster. Absolutely shocking turn of an events but it was in way that means you need to read on because there’s such a twist. The ending left me angry, confused and wanting more so I now I have to patiently wait till she writes book two. For a debut author novel it is amazing! I would have assumed this writer had written other books for how well written, how thought out the plot was and the quality of the boook. The last two chapters were a wild ride and something I really enjoyed! This book was well written, it kept me interested the entire time and over all great.

So I really loved this story. I wasn't expecting to love Leonid as much as I did but he proved that he cared for Kalina...
Leonid or Lenya and Lina's story is so complex and interesting. It's a different take on a mafia romance.
I love Lina so much. She is young, at 19, but she is smart, resourceful and has so much fire in her. She is powerful and doesn't realise it. She cares so much about her sister and those closest to her, it's such a shame that certain people in her life didn't extend that same courtesy to her.
Leonid. Man, I love this guy so much, he is big, beautiful and covered in tattoos. It's evident that he is obsessed with Lina. He would do anything for her, it's really sweet.
Lina initially wasn't happy with what was to occur, however, over time, Lenya earned Lina's trust and they grew closer and closer.
When everything in their world starts to burn around them, they both get dragged into and things take a turn for the worse 😕
This story ends with some extremely devastating revelations. I can't wait to jump into book 2 because I need to know what's going on and what is going to happen to a certain father...

This book was so good absolutely loved these two. Leoind is part of the Borisov Bratva and In order to help his father with taking over Kalinas families business he requests to marry her. We find out he’s been obsessed with her for while and needs her as his he will stop at nothing. Well our beautiful sweet v!rgin Kalina has never been with anyone and is reserved as they come, her faith is her life she can’t stand him taking her away from her family. Leoind and Kalina are so perfect for each other, their passion and love are chefs kiss. He takes things slow with her, but as their passion grows she becomes stronger and more self aware of her feelings and her needs when it comes to him. Their chemistry evolves into something so beautiful and emotional with all the sp!!ce. He has a dirty mouth and she learns to love it. I loved this story of them growing together and becoming a power couple. She is the light to his darkness. Girl also what did you do to me, you just left me hanging like that at the end. I can’t for more of these 2. Thank you for allowing me to read this beautiful mafia story !!
