I feel so honoured 🎖 to write this review for Kelly's book 'Making Sage Decisions' ✨️ 💕
In a world 🌎 of 'high tech,' gizmos and gadgets humans are so often times overwhelmed, we have so many platforms for our human brain to comprehend. For those that don't fully understand the advancement in Technology ignorance can be bliss however it cannot be ignored but rather be embraced to our benefit and purpose. 'Machine Learning,' is matching and exceeding the capabilities of a human, it's matching the intelligence of humans. Highlighting Artificial Intelligence using algorithm is crucial in human development but is not a replacement. Humans have superpowers of the will to choose and emotions. Kelly's book has important tools that teach us to make wise 'Sage Decisions.'
Being mindful helps us to make better decisions. What makes a good leader? It's self reflection, introspection, daily journaling enhances our clarity in decision making. Life choices - choose peace and happiness. Choose the sanctity of your personal space and stick with your decisions, it is Your safe space, Your safety, Your sanctuary. How do we achieve this? Sit in quiet place, calm down, close your eyes, breathe, rejuvenate, have a herbal tea, relax your mind and you will be amazed of the benefits of these quiet moments ✨️

Kelly Markey wants the reader to use our influence were it is well spent. In page 66 of her book Making Sage Decisions ✨️ she highlights that we shed the layers that no longer serve us with keen integrity and stubborn loyalty.
Daily evaluation and introspection of oneself helps disharm the ego. Do we evaluate the consequences of our decisions. Kelly gives us tools to overcome our challenges.
We hold the keys to every decision making. How is our decision making an impact on people in our lives? Are we a safe place to run to? Are you willing to listen?
Our actions shape our lives. We are to pursue our dreams, making Sage Decisions before time disappears and we realize we have gotten older and forgotten ourselves, Making Sage Decisions helps us to empower the future generations in making the right decisions and to live, lives with a sound body, mind and soul .

Making informed decisions is crucial at every turn in every individual's life, regardless of whether they are at a crossroads. In Making Sage Decisions, Kelly Markey takes the readers on a journey of enlightenment. She painstakingly explores decision-making and provides insightful guidance. She expertly guides readers, giving pointers and insights to help them make more informed and sage choices. After all, "Life moves in the direction of our most dominant thoughts, decisions, and actions."

I loved how, at the end of each chapter, Kelly Markey provides well-placed questions and guiding principles to help readers in their decision-making. In essence, Markey provides the readers with a practical guide for practicing their decision-making process. I also loved Markey's use of epigraphs. I found it thought-provoking while providing insight and adding depth to the chapter.

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I found no errors, which shows that it was amazingly well edited. The language used was simple; Kelly Markey made use of everyday words, which made it easy to understand. Kelly Markey's message was easily discernible, and the book was engaging and refreshing. Each chapter flowed naturally into the next; the transition was seamless. Kelly Markey skillfully takes the readers on a journey to making better decisions using short stories and illustrations to pass her messages across in a way that is both captivating and easily understood.

I recommend this book to anyone above 20 years, especially those seeking life guidance, personal growth, and self-improvement. Individuals facing major life decisions and retirees or soon-to-be retirees will benefit from it, as it provides a valuable tool for informed decision-making.

Through reading this book I was struck time and again with the practical and also abstract ways Kelly was able to inspire through story telling. She is a versatile wordsmith who has had a life filled with adventure and travel. I can tell through reading this book that Kelly has been exposed to various different ethnicities and cultural backgrounds and she is able to bring a universal message to each person where they are at. It goes without saying but Making Sage Decisions is a must read! 10/10
