Unstoppable
This is a 3rd book or compilation of poems created by Cullen Farrell. They were written by me while taking a year of sabbatical from teaching. I wanted to dedicate my time and efforts into my writing, and hopefully I succeeded in creating some of my best stuff yet? You will have to be the judge on that.
The feature piece features my Great Grand Father, Robert A. Farrell, as pictured on the cover, which covers a day in his life while working on the Pennsylvania Railroad. While featuring his steam locomotive on the cover, you might think that the book's title suggests a steam train might make for a good reason for the book title of 'Unstoppable'? However, the real meaning behind the book's title goes out to some of the brave people in my life who are undergoing their own battles with the horrible disease of Cancer. So the title 'Unstoppable' applies to their willpower and determination to fight to the bitter end, which is also addressed in the book.
There are pieces on all sorts of various subjects, but I hope you enjoy all of them.
