this volume took me some time to finish. Vandel is growing faster and the pig girl is so cute that i want more of her in the story. Wet to find out more about the gods and their complete A** holes. I will say, we need more information about the heroes and their intentions. And will one of them find out that one of their team is a fake?

4/5 A bit better than volume 3 I continue to enjoy the kitsch isekai that is The Death Mage.

A quick breakdown of the chapters. Chapter 1 involves the servant vampires invading Taloshiem to find Vandal. Vandal gets a new ability that allows him to destroy souls. We also have a new crew member Eleanora a sexy vampire.

Chapter 2 is all about the upkeep and fortifying of Talosheam with some character development.

Chapter 3 has the crew training and taking on a Dragon Golem to gain access to a revival chamber that Vandal wants to us to revive his mother. This section was fun.

The final chapter catches us back up with Rodocolte the reincarnation god and gives a quick rundown about what he’s up to. As well as a POV chapter of the light god Alda which is new. This is followed by a bonus chapter about what’s going on on Origin where all of the other reincarnates still are.

Vandal, Pauvina, and Borkz on the cover of volume 4.
