Good mental and physical exercises for speaking powerfully, but somewhat marred by the author/narrator himself having an annoyingly pitched voice and artificially slow delivery.

Not what I was expecting. Went way further into how to control and improve your actual voice control. Was more suited as a beginning tutorial for voice actors.
