Nice resource with tools organized into three sections: Solving Problems, Achieving Your Goals, and Creating Trust. I purchased originally because the precious book by these authors, The Decision Book, was beneficial. I also got this book thinking about functional teams that are finding they need to work cross-functionally more. Looking forward to utilizing many of these tools.
