Kōsuke Fujishima (藤島康介, born July 7, 1964) is a Japanese manga artist.
Born in Chiba, Japan, he first came to public attention as an editor of Puff magazine, his first job after completing high school. Fujishima originally intended to be a draftsman, but took the editorial role after failing to get a drafting apprenticeship. He later became assistant to manga artist Tatsuya Egawa in the production of the Making Be Free! manga, and in 1986 began his first original manga series You're Under Arrest. His second manga series Oh My Goddess!, also translated as Ah! My Goddess, is extremely popular and has made Fujishima a household name in Japan. In addition, he is also well known as the character designer for several games in the Tales RPG video game series and Sakura Wars.
He is known for his love of automobiles and motorcycles, and several of his series and their characters reflect this, such as in éX-Driver and Oh My Goddess!.
This volume is quite plot heavy, and centers around a new goddess named Lind, who seems to not be sticking around. I can't imagine how complex it would be for Keiichi to deal with five different goddesses at once. I loved the concept behind Lind's angels and it was cool to see Hild again, even if she is stirring up incredible amounts of trouble. While it never happened exactly, I wonder how her plot would have worked on Urd. After all, if you swallow an angel egg and it's dual-natured, would the same not happen to a devil egg?
Another epic storyline featuring the Goddess working against a supernatural force. There is more attention to Keiichi in this one and showcases just how far he's willing to push himself mentally, physically, and spiritually if it means helping Belldandy. Really helps to prove how a normal guy was able to get a goddess to fall in love with him.
Flight of the Fighting Wings: The battle continues. The Eater of Angels is running berserk.
Pleasure and Duty: Belldandy's angelic form appears. Peorth, Urd and Skuld's angelic forms appear to help Belldandy while Lind attacks the creature.
With the Binary Angels: The creature is sent back to where it came from.
To Call You Friend: Lind's twin angelic forms have been brought back. Lind returns to Heaven.
Inside Belldandy: Belldandy accidentally takes a motorcycle engine apart. Keiichi takes a picture of Skuld and her angelic form. Belldandy is having problems containing an angel and a familiar.
Landscape with Angels: The familiar leaves Belldandy's body and goes into Keiichi's body, and Belldandy tells him he now has an angel receptor in his body.
What We Would Save: Keiichi having the familiar in him is causing both him and Belldandy to become exhausted.
this is the 26th book of the oh my goddess manga series. this book continues with vol. 25. lind the fifth angel who's angle is the one winged angels. [they're twins:] they fight to defeat the angel eater controled by a demon to save belldandy's sisters. keiichi [a normal human but just living with the 4 goddess:] he became an angel receptor. now what ever keiichi wishes for it comes true. since they want to get the demon angel who turned into an angel into it's egg they're be in danger so the other 3 goddess try to seal them up temporarily but keiichi escaped. to be continued in oh my goddess vol 27 johanna ma 246 pages
I liked this one for the second part, with Keichi and Belldandy's familiar taking center in this storyline. It's more in line with the overall story the author is weaving.
