Kōsuke Fujishima (藤島康介, born July 7, 1964) is a Japanese manga artist.
Born in Chiba, Japan, he first came to public attention as an editor of Puff magazine, his first job after completing high school. Fujishima originally intended to be a draftsman, but took the editorial role after failing to get a drafting apprenticeship. He later became assistant to manga artist Tatsuya Egawa in the production of the Making Be Free! manga, and in 1986 began his first original manga series You're Under Arrest. His second manga series Oh My Goddess!, also translated as Ah! My Goddess, is extremely popular and has made Fujishima a household name in Japan. In addition, he is also well known as the character designer for several games in the Tales RPG video game series and Sakura Wars.
He is known for his love of automobiles and motorcycles, and several of his series and their characters reflect this, such as in éX-Driver and Oh My Goddess!.
The test to see if Urd can become a first class goddess continues and it offers a look into who she is as a character. From there the Goddesses AGAIN take the time to mess with Keiichi's life and move his relationship along with Belldandy. Its a bit more entertaining to say the least, especially with where this installment ends.
This one, albeit a little short, is fairly heavy on Urd's story and why she isn't a first class goddess like Belldandy. Ultimately, she has to make a decision about what would truly make her happy.
Happy! Happy?: Urd goes into how she was denied first-class goddess status before. Keiichi has to wear a badge showing how happy he is, and it's Urd's job to get the badge to show the highest level of happiness. Urd catches Keiichi taking a bath and she wants to join him. She's nude. He passes out.
The Herald of Happiness: Nothing Urd tries seems to work.
Rain & Happiness, Cause & Effect: Urd keeps trying, and the badge finally indicates true happiness for Keiichi.
For Whose Sake a First-Class Goddess?: Urd gets her first-class status but rejects it. She's only interested in having second-class power and being able to protect her sisters.
Important Words: Peorth is determined to get Keiichi to tell Belldandy that he loves her.
Love Overflowing: Keiichi finallys tells Belldandy he loves her, but not exactly in the way he planned.
Good conclusion to Urd's testing story. Sometimes even the things we can do, we are not best suited to do. Artwork continues to become more T&A oriented, which is a disappointment.
