Excellent workbook for codependency and other traumas

Author discusses PTSD, co-dependency and anxiety issues .
By incorporating all 3 conditions is a unique way to learn coping mechanisms.
Book is extremely helpful. Especially parts that break down emotions like the stories of other people who have gone through topics mentioned.
Book is a great tool

I wouldn’t recommend to clients but I wouldn’t be opposed if someone told me they were reading it. It’s pretty basic psychoeducation, but the material gets redundant. The workbooks (overstatement) at the end were decent.

The formatting and editing?! Super lacking. There were so many places where “I” wasn’t capitalized, amongst other offenses that I can’t remember.

The problem with books like these is that they spend a long portion of their short length explaining the same concepts in a million other books just like this.
