Fall for My Ex-Mafia Dad had me hooked from the start—this is one of those books you open “just to check out” and end up devouring in a single sitting. The plot is solid and fast-moving, with the perfect balance of danger, emotion, and tension.
What I loved most is watching the heroine’s journey unfold. She starts off feeling lost and uncertain, but by the end of the book, you can feel her finding her voice and stepping into her own strength. It’s not just a forbidden romance—it’s a story about transformation and survival, and I’m here for it.
The story development is on point, the pacing keeps you turning pages, and the dynamic between the characters is charged with just the right amount of angst, heat, and emotional payoff. It’s dark, it’s messy, and it’s everything you want in a mafia romance with a fresh twist.
Unsurprisingly from the title, the book feels unfinished and it’s not that long - to get the full collection is just too expensive and I’m not that invested in it! Easy enough to read and follow and so it was middle of the road.
i'm embarrassed to admit i got into this because of an instagram ad, and i then tracked down all the chapters. in my defense this had a FMC i felt had her own personality and grew throughout time. refreshing to not read about some secretly super special gal who suddenly is all powerful after being illiterate 5 min ago (sorry feyre it has to be like that i'm afraid)
Not sure if it is really completed. On novel there were 285 chapters. It could have ended where it was because geez can you ever really leave the mafia?? Lol! 3 stars because I hate repeated internal dialog that is whiney.
