Short read
This was a short novella length story. A lot happened. This was no emotional roller coaster or funny story. It was the type of mc romance where people died or got screwed (pun intended). For that alone, it was only a 3 star.

The title and the words MC romance got me with this one. This was an author I hadn't read before, and while the writing didn't quite flow in some places, I did find the story enjoyable.
It's a short book, so it was a quick read for me and it was gritty and it was dirty, thing you want in a biker romance.
It was fast paced, given the length, and I really liked how Beast lived up to his name. He really was a Beast. Soft with Skittles where it mattered. Skittles was also bas a$$, something you assume and old lady needs to be in an MC. She took no cr@p and really gave as good, if not better, as she got.
The spicy scenes were done well, dirty and filthy but some weren't quite as detailed as I'd hoped!
This was done well, I could almost imagine that this is what it might be like in some clubs. There's no sweet and sappy here folks! They're soft and gentle in their own ways. The ending on this has me intrigued and you just know there's more coming. The overarching storyline didn't quite get cleared up, so I'd love to get those bits!
Recommended for those that enjoy a good MC Romance with lots of action!

When hell hits again, the Beast is released! Intrigue and chaos ensues! You must read to find out what happens!!

This is the first book I’ve read by Quinn Slater. I definitely enjoyed this quick read so I plan on reading other stories. This book is about Beast who spent 5 years in prison. He is reunited with his girl who goes by Skittles. It’s got some who done it vibes and lots of action, suspense, and spice.
I enjoyed this and will definitely continue to read books by Quinn.

This is Marcus “Beast” Delaney (Brothers of Chaos President) & Melissa “Skittles” Delaney (President’s Old Lady) gritty romance story. The author definitely knows how to write a story with lots of action, suspense, lies, secrets, danger, betrayal, amazing characters and everything else that happens within a powerful and bad.... MC. This is an extreme MC romance that will not disappoint you. Quinn Slater has a new fan, can't wait to read

For me this had so much potential. It fell a little flat in that the a combination rushed storytelling and info dumping. Sadly I felt that the spice was poorly executed and rushed. That teamed with a soap opera level dramatics and the book not really going anywhere as well as leaving so many unanswered questions. It felt bore incomplete than just being left on a cliff hanger.
Will I read the rest of the series… yes. Only to see if it improves. Would I recommend reading this book , No probably not. That being said this had so much potential if it wasn’t so rushed.

And yes! I realise I am behind on this series as there are like five in this series! But it’s new to me! And I loved it!!
Skittles? I wanted to be her when I grow up! Just saying! But seriously Beast has some serious shit to deal with once he is on the outside! Who set him up, who has betrayed the club? The questions keep coming! Do they all get answered? Well you will have to read it, if you haven’t already!!

What a Beast he was. I really liked this MC book. It was fast paced. The MMC lived up to his name! He was definitely a Beast. I loved that his Ol Lady was a super badass FMC and that the MMC was committed to her. The overall story line kept the book moving and the pages turning that I couldn't put it down. This is a 3.5* for me as it ended on a cliff hanger and I am not a super huge fan of them. However I will definitely be reading the next one.

This is a great MC story. Beast is out of jail after 5 yrs for something he didn't do and now he wants to track down who set him up. This was a great quick read. At times the story seemed a little rushed and could have used a little more detail, but over all I really liked the story. I have never read anything from this author before but will be checking out more of his works in the future.
I was given an ARC to read of this and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Action packed rollercoaster of tension and suspense, quite a bit of violence. Characters were all hard, emotionally not much really in the way of softness. The Prez has been away for 5 years, in that time things have gone a bit awry in the club, even with his missus being there. Much of this one is war and vengence. It is a good story and I enjoyed it.

This is my first book by this author and it definitely won’t be my last.
After spending five years in the clink, Beast is out, and looking for who had him sent down. Well that, and spending time with Skittles, his old lady. He’s missed so much time.
Will he find out who the rat is? Who can he trust?
Loved this couple! Their story had lots of danger, suspense, action, and steamy moments.

Sometimes it takes a beast to get things done.
Beast is the head of a MC and even though he was sent to prison for five years, that has not taken his drive of being President away.
His old lady, Skittles, by his side no matter what.
I enjoyed reading this story and look forward to more from this author!

The writing was not very good.
There was no romance, it was basically straight up porn.
No chemistry between the MCs.
All the women in the book were nothing more than skank whores.
To top it off, there was a kidnapping. The most overused and unnecessary trope ever. Authors need to be more creative than to throw a stupid kidnapping in the story.

Beast has a lot to set right after being away for 5 years. The character and world building in this book does a great job at setting the stage for a series. I enjoyed it very much and look forward to more.

Beast by author Quinn Slater is one helluva in your face hardcore MC romance on wheels going at warp speed. Lordy there is plenty going on. There is definitely no shortage of action, suspense and everything else that goes with a gritty MC romance of this kind.
I wasn't sure at first about the romance aspect but TAKE MY WORK FOR IT. It's there, boy is it there. It’s just in a UNIQUELY DIFFERENT WAY. Marcus Delaney aka Beast, president of the Brothers of Chaos MC and his wife and old lady Melissa aka Skittles were born to be and ride together. Don't cross either of them or you'll be paying a hefty price. They protect each other without question because that's how deep their love runs. There is absolutely nothing they wouldn’t do for each other. They are as loyal and badass as a couple as they come.
Beast was just released from prison after serving 5 years for a double homicide he didn't commit and his thirst for vengeance and retribution for the death of a brother keeps this story running full speed ahead. Battling a rival MC who will stop at nothing, and I mean nothing to take down The Brothers of Chaos, leaving death and destruction in their wake. They are the lowest of the low. Disgusting and vile men. Danger is around every corner. No one is safe, not even the women and children.
Betrayal, surprise arrivals and demons of a different kind rear their ugly faces. There is a mole inside the club and Beast is determined to wreak havoc upon the person/s responsible for his prison time and time away from his beloved wife and club. When the truth unfolds, it’s too shocking to be believed. As I said before, no one is safe from the demons who lurk close by.
What happens when the ones you love become real targets? Can the powers that be get to them in time or will it be too late? Anything goes in this story. The fury that is Beast is unleashed and let loose on his chrome and steel horse with a thirst for the severest punishment for the deepest betrayal that will for sure come swiftly and painfully.
By the surprising end I was hooked and left dangling for another MC bite because it's MC finger licking good. Knowing I have to wait for more will be hard but no doubt worth being able to witness the club at their very best.
I loved all the characters in this MC romance. I even loved hating the villains. My favorite character is Skittles. She's really something else. I've not come across a heroine quite like her before. She's as badass as it gets. Her grit, loyalty, love and protection for Beast and the club is unprecedented for me. If I was the old lady of a club president, I would want to be her when I grow up. Believe me when I say she never holds back any punches. EVER!

Marcus (Beast) just got out of Prison and climbed into the back of a black van to his wife Melissa (Skittles) and got his "welcome out of jail present".
Yes, the steam starts on the very first page of this and doesn't disappoint at all.
Beast is the Prez of a biker gang (Brothers of Chaos), his brothers are loyal and he can always depend on them to keep club business going and keep things safe for the club.
Now that Beast is out of prison, he was going to get things back in order for the club.
And find out who set him up, so he can serve justice to those that were involved.
Melissa's friends Wendy, Gigi, Carmen came in town to visit and spend time together they went to a local diner, while they were there waiting on their food. Hell’s Messengers the rival club, showed up and they're the towns troublemakers.
Her friend doesn't like the way the bikers are treating the waitress, luckily before any more trouble happens the Brothers of Chaos had other ideas for them.

Wow, this is Beast and Skittles story. Their story was gripping from the start until the end. I do love a gritty MC story. It starts of with Beast being released from prison after a 5 year stint for a crime he didn’t commit. This is an age gap story, it’s scorching, brutal, raw and will have you hooked. I loved both Marcus ( Beast ) and Melissa ( Skittles ). I can’t wait to read more from this author.

Beast is an amazingly written motorcycle club story of Beast and Skittles. You’ve got drama, back-stabbing, love, grief all wrapped in one. It’s brutally raw but will have you wanting more by the very end, I sure did!
