Such a good addition to the series.
This is full of twists and and turns that had me on the edge of my seat.
This book felt darker than the others but that just might be my perception based on the type of crime.
I really enjoyed this book and this series.

Good series ending.
I so looked forward to the third book in this series and enjoyed it very much. I was a little disappointed with how cranky he became and how unwilling he was to use his powers. Describing his impressions was one of the most fascinating things in the first two books. I was also very disappointed the romance between he and Lia didn’t progress and they didn’t get together. I’d also hoped the series would continue. But it was still a great story and a wonderful series.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I've enjoyed the entire Empath series, and this finale doesn't disappoint with its reveal of its most important secrets. The story and motivations here are well thought out, even if they're difficult to read at times, and seeing Nate come back to his hometown and face the difficulties he left behind is a satisfying end to his story.
