I love books about gut health and have read a few good ones, but they can be a bit of a struggle to get through. This book was a joy to read - an easy to read format with large print and with lots of white space that kept it from feeling like I was studying for an exam.
I’d never heard of Sarah before, and don’t watch the show she’s on here in Australia so had no knowledge of her background but her message is universal and I really hope it’s translated to many other languages. I’d definitely recommend everyone read this book - the recipes look fabulous too.
This book is written in a conversational style, drawing a lot from her personal experience and sharing various “Sarah’s stories”. It is very repetitive and could be condensed into about 10 pages. It is attractively presented with lots of colourful diagrams. I think the content seems pretty sound, my main issue was with the style.
