Burning Bright

This is a very satisfying conclusion to the Billionaires in Disguise: Lizzy series. All loose ends are wrapped up. All questions are answered.
I have to say that the Lizzy series surprised me. I have officially been blown away. I have rarely read a series with better characters, better plot, better sexy scenes. Lizzy and Theo make for a wonderful couple, and everything leading up to this was well worth it.
In goes without saying that you must read episodes 1-3 before starting this final episode. Otherwise you would be totally lost.
At the end of the last episode, Lizzy left her psycho dominant, Mannix, but in the process she may have damaged her new relationship with the handsome and caring Theo. She ends up rushing to Paris with her good friend Georgie to attend the wedding of their friend Rae. And guess who she runs into in Paris? That's right, Theo. He is determined not to let her get away quite that easily.
But will Mannix give up his submissive without a fight? I wouldn't bet on it. There are life and death scenes in this episode that truly had me on the edge of my seat. There is action, romance, sex, and true love all over this final episode. I could not imagine a better ending to the series.
Thank you Blair for gifting us with your writing. I'm off to read The Devilhouse Books: Rae series now. It dovetails directly with this Lizzy series. I also understand there will eventually be a series based on Georgie, not to mention a series based on a very minor character in these books known only as the Angel of Death. I'm really looking forward to that one.

This book is well written. It has it all, action, romance, and suspense. The characters are well developed and you will find yourself liking them on some level, even the bad guy! I am definitely going to have to go back and read this series from the beginning. Blair Babylon keeps you wanting to turn the page to find out what happens next. Lizzy is Mannix's play toy to take his anger out on and after Lizzy stays with Theo, she realizes Mannix is not what she wants. Will Lizzy be able to get away from Mannix, and will she be able to be with Theo? Get in on the action and read this one to find out! *Review done by Chell*

We pick up straight after Lizzy leaving Theo's house.. She goes to Georgie, who has just been told by Rae to come to Paris for the weekend. Lizzie comes too!
Theo goes to Paris to help Wulf finish off the wedding.
Mannix goes to get Lizzie back.
Theo and Lizzie get back together.
Wulf and Rae get married and after the reception as everyone is leaving, they are attacked and shot at.
Theo and Lizzy get separated from the rest, Theo is shot and Lizzy is taken by Mannix.
Meanwhile Wulf's security guys are searching for them.
Wulf, Rae and Georgie have flown home believing everyone is safe.
Mannix thinks he is in charge but his dealer is a criminal that Theo's law firm has been prosecuting, Santiago who calls Theo and he offers himself in place of Lizzie.
Mannix picks him up and Theo soon realised that Mannix wants only to kill him.
Wulf's security find them but Theo has been shot again and Santiago and Mannix are dead, and Lizzie is battered.
Theo is in hospital for a week and a police investigation clears them both from any charges.
Wulf returns to bring them home.
Lizzie finally stops her mother from trying to get her back.
Devilhouse has Lizzy as a Domina and all the contractors are back.
Theo gets a promotion and asks Lizzy to marry him.

WOW, oh WOW! What an ending to an on the seat of your pants series. it was great to see Lizzy finally get her happy ending. She is such a sweet character and all I wanted to do was jump through the book and give her a huge hug. I live the idea of this little pint sized Pixie running The Devilhouse.

Great book!!
Wow! Lizzy and Theo's story is definitely a page turner. They both have so many secrets. When they first meet, Lizzy thinks Theo is an average guy. And that is not what she wants. Lizzy doesn't know that they will both eventually reveal their true selves. Their story is full of twist and turns and turmoil but it is very, very steamy!!

An awesome conclusion to a great series
Blair Babylon tells great stories with amazing characters. This is the final book in Lizzy's series, but it includes characters that are smoothly interwoven from her other books. A tense action book with love and romance for Lizzy and Theo. Read the full series, it is definitely worth it!

Holy moly! Action, action and more action! So much tension, anger and love. Lizzy struck it lucky with Theo. Theo struck it lucky with Lizzy, he can't believe she's his. Seriously a darker read in the Billionaire series, but oh so very good.

Liszt is a little dymino. Theo is just about perfect for her. The dynamics between the two are off the charts. Just a great read!

I don't care for the dominance thing, so this wasn't my cup of tea. I was reading it for the scenes with Rae and The Dom. I would rather have had the stories not continue into each other's.

Note, these books should be read in order, this book is the conclusion of Lizzy's story and wow what a roller coaster ride it was.
This book was the based in the timeframe of Rae and Wulfs wedding and it was great to get another perspective of the event.
Lizzy has to find the courage to fight for what she wants, and that's Theo, but it seems Mannix is not finished with her yet, oh heck he's got issues that one!
And with Lizzy's B of a mother hassling her, Lizzy has a lot to contend with.
Luckily Rae give Lizzy a reason to get away for a few days at least.
If I could wish any book girlfriends to be mine in real life, then I would choose These 3 girls, Lizzy, Rae and Georgie.
I just love diving into Ms Babylon's World of her Billionaires in Disguise. I have Raes books which I should probably have read first, but I don't think it's a problem really, in fact I started back to front with these girls, having first found them via Georgie and Xan's story.
So I don't think you will have any issues reading each of the girls series of books in what ever order, But they need to be read chronologically.
I just loved reading a scene I have already read through another character eyes, it wasn't repetitive and Ms Babylon has a talent for weaving an intricate storyline without giving the plot away until the right moment! And filling in the questions that I had when reading the other books.
And on that note... Oh boy wasn't our sweet Theo hiding some secrets too! Oops... Sorry not spoiling anything in this review, I will just say that as a whole I really loved that I got to read Lizzy's story in one fell swoop, as I would have been having major book hangovers having to wait to find out what happened next.
I recommend grabbing these books and falling hard for all of Ms Babylon's characters.
I do need to find out if one of the sub characters Noah will be getting his own book... I NEED TO KNOW MORE ABOUT the Colombians

This series is so good, we first met Lizzy in the Billionaires in Disguise: with Rae at the beginning. Lizzy was in love with The Dom. But he wanted Rae and he helped Lizzy get what she thought she needed by way of Mannix. Mannix wanted a punching bag, someone he could deflect his pain too. And Lizzy thought that the pain was what she wanted. Until she spends the week with Theo. Who turns out to be Mannix's half-brother. So after the week with Theo, she realizes that she doesn't want the pain anymore so she is leaving Mannix. But Mannix will not let her go so easy. When she runs, in Theo's Aston Martin, She only wants to loose Mannix so she can return to Theo. She get back to the dorm and Georgie is texting Rae and Rae wants them to come to Paris, she will explain when they get there. This is not what they thought when they got to Paris and Lizzy finds Theo there too. With a wedding, gun fire, a chase, kidnapping and a murder, this story has it all. If you haven't read the series yet, I think you should start at the beginning with Rae and meet them all. Another great addition to this Billionaires in Disguise series.

I hated for this to end. Can't wait to read Georgie's story!
This is a hard book for me to review. I’ve read the entire series and loved it. Since I read them all, one right after the other, it’s a bit difficult to separate one episode from the other.
In this, the final episode for Lizzy, the connection to the BID: Rae series is the strongest but you still don’t have to have read Rae to enjoy this.
Theo and Lizzy are reunited and then, once again, torn apart. We also get a glimpse into Georgie’s past and the stage is set for her books; just enough to make me crave more. Wulf shows his strong sense of obligation to his friend Lizzy which kind of drives Theo wild at times. This episode kept me on pins and needles until I finished it.
There are so many twists and turns in this series that you want to keep reading so you can learn how it all wraps up. Blair Babylon is a master storyteller. The connection between the various BID series is strong and yet they also work fine as standalone series.

This was the perfect conclusion to Lizzy's part of the story. As difficult as the rest of the women in this series have it, to me, Lizzy was the most vulnerable and had the most frightening story. The abuse was off the rails, and it seemed like everyone she met wanted to continue abusing her. Her only respite was Theo, and she didn't know how to handle not being abused, not experiencing pain with her ecstasy. Not only that, but she's still being stalked by not only Mannix but her mother. Plus there are other dangers at play, because she isn't the only one being stalked. I spent the entire book wondering when she was going to catch a break. It was insanely romantic, erotic and enlightening.
As with all of this author's books, it was almost impossible to put it down. The way these stories weave in and out of each other is fascinating and exciting. I loved it from beginning to end. If you want to see the entire picture, you really need to read the books in order, starting with Rae's story. They're all so intricate and captivating.

Lizzy is finally coming into her own in this epic series finale!

Blair Babylon has given us another great read that will have you ready and waiting for what she will put out next. Throughout reading Lizzy's each book has gotten better and better. You begin this book wondering if it is over for Lizzy and Theo, will Mannix find a way to get Lizzy back into his world? All of your questions will be answered, and a few surprises as well will be revealed (insight on a special day for Rae). With the ending of this series I was left feeling both complete and hungry for more. What an amazing story. I can't wait to see what Blair Babylon has in store for her fans, but I know one thing for sure I will be picking it up and I suggest you do to.

Wow !!! I think that this book of Lizzie's is my favorite of the series!!! So much this tiny bombshell can and does take !! And she is so cute and little, that no one expects the wallop she can give !!!
In this book , Lizzy and Georgie travel to Rae and Wulf's wedding in Paris.
At this point in her story , Lizzy has left her " Dom" Max. In order to think about what the next chapter in her life will be. Lizzy and Georgie get an invitation that they can't refuse, and what better way to Get a clear head about things then to go a Whole Continent away !!
Once there , Lizzy meets a friend, and her next chapter begins with a Bang !!! Well , a few gunshots !! Haha !!
This story has had me on the edge of my seat , and my heart pumping hard !! A wonderful story !!!

1. So, Theo was going to run for governor and eventually president while his wife ran The Devil House? Sure. THAT'S going to happen. 🙄
2. When Theo was first introduced, he was such a beta character but now, we're supposed to believe that he was originally one of the violent leaders of the Columbian cartel and now he's a Dom and a "soulless monster"? 🙄🙄🙄

The last book of Lizzy's story, and it does not disappoint. It's fun, action-packed and so sigh-worthy! A peek at my favorite characters, Wulf and Rae, only added to the awesomeness of the book.
I usually wait for the completion of the story before I buy it, but I just couldn't wait to read Lizzy's story right away. And the wait is so worth it.

Hot, hot, hot
I can't say I liked all the books in this series. However, taken as a whole I loved them. I loved the character development, especially Lizzy and Theo. The BDSM got to be a little much but as a part of the plot it was a necessary evil. Read this series and enjoy. It does have an HEA at the end.
