Great characters and storyline Highly recommended Amazing Book. I love Brielle, August, and Lance dynamic and character development. Great supporting characters. This book has all the feels. Check your trigger warnings. I love this series so much
Wow, this book was really good! The relationship that Augustus, Lance and Brielle have is incredible, that kind of connection and trust in a relationship was satisfying to read. The chemistry between these characters was off the charts. Pet play isn’t my favorite trope, but it’s written so well in this book that I really enjoyed it.
The whole Sir and pet relationship doesn’t super resonate with me - kinda meh. The characters intrigued me from Big Daddy, but this didn’t give me what I expected. Good for what it was but not my fave.
4.5⭐ okay listen y'all, this book was really good! I was not expecting the kink to be what it was ....but was I still into it? Yes, yes I was! But this book was more than just about kinks and spice, the various relationships was also so interesting to read!

Happy release day to the perfect most beautiful and talented BRIELLE and her amazing SIRS🥰
Brielle is a young, super talented, smart and sexy film student. She’d always wanted to make documentaries on trees but her professor had put her into a mentorship program in an adult film company called “CRAVE AND CARE” Where she’s supposed to shadow two directors at Crave that is Augustus and Lance. Adult films aren't real films, and directing them doesn't take talent. Right?
She’d ofcourse fought for a change in the choice but later on she discovers she actually does embody qualities that make a perfect adult film director. She has a great eye of knowing how to place intimate scenes, she’s eloquent, funny and full of sarcasm, artful and extremely great at her work! At Crave & Cure Productions, Brielle learns more than how wrong she was about adult films.
Augustus and Lance had at one time dated But had broken up because of their kinky differences in bed. Augustus is a DOM who can never be a submissive. And Lance is a Submissive who sometimes likes to switch into a Dom. And because this couldn’t work for them they’d then been forced to breakup. But they still loved each other sadly.
After a run in with her ex left her feeling forgettable, Brielle sets out to change that by trying to get into a sexual attraction between either of her two mentors. Despite them Being way older than her she has her eyes on Augustus. She checks him out almost as much as he checks out his ex-lover Lance.
Well she actually checks them both out. And Augustus admits she is kind-of Lance’s type. And although the two don’t get along- they’re like sworn enemies arguing and cursing at one another at anything and ever; that doesn’t stop Augustus from being paranoid bout loosing Lance to Brielle.
Brielle however is both Augustus and Lance’s type. Lance though is a pansexual, he’s attracted to the mind and soul and Brielle has perfect of both; while Augustus is just bisexual when it comes to women.
“have fun don’t overthink it. No one promised you anything. You’re here to break the boring streak! To live a little!” After discovering her needs, and how to get them met she decides to go for it. If you’d told Brielle that she’d be making choices and proposals of being a third in her mentors, Augustus and Lance’s love life, she would’ve rolled her eyes at her.
Two months as a protoge at “Care and Crave” an adult movie production company is all it taken for her to want to be a part of a thropple relationship with her mentors.
At work they’d be 3 co-workers; strict mentors and their Protoge. But after work they were something more …A DOM (Augustus); A SWITCH ( Lance) and a SUBMISSIVE (Brielle)
But if they do get on board with the idea? If they turned out good together, the three of them could they be in a real relationship?? This was supposed to be a temporary bandaid for a broken relationship….but what if it became something more?? Can 3 people really fall in-love and be devoted to each other equally? …..Aaahm! Am not gonna spoil it for you🥰
When i tell you i was obsessed with this book from the word go….i really mean it. This series is everything….3 perfectly interconnected standalone stories that will have you screaming and holding your breath with how perfect every scene and character is written. I might have held back on all the three reviews cauz am seriously hoping to get my hands on all the paperback once this ones out!
Would i recommend this?? ABSOLUTELY YES Would i read this again? HAHA ABSOLUTELY YES I WOULD Am i going to get myself some paperback for keeps?? ABSOLUTELY YES I AM GOING TO

I had wanted to read this book last year after I read Big Daddy. I found out that this book happens the same time Big Daddy does and because of the situation with Brielle, Aug and Lance and what was happening in Big Daddy, I wanted to find out. I come to find that this book is part of a trilogy and I figured I should read the other ones first before this one because of course it’s the last one in the trilogy. When I started this series, I was not prepared for the kind of books these would be. Since Big Daddy was so off the wall and I wasn’t that happy after I finished it because it started off good and then just went off the rails, I was hesitant to read more books by Daisy. I shelved Tucker’s book and kind of just held onto it until this month. Now, I’m so glad I read it. It’s unconventional to the usual books I pick up but I found myself really enjoying them. None of them got a 5, but the 4 was the highest I could do. While this one explores a different aspect of sex and getting pleasure, I’m not well versed in the lingo and terms as well as what the action is and there were times I was confused and had a hard time visualizing the movements and action. I had to re-read scenes a couple times just so I can better picture it and even then, sometimes it was too complicated to think about. This was my only complaint about this book and why I gave it a 4. I enjoyed everything else about it, the connection, passion, need, desire and what brings Brielle, Aug and Lance together. It hurt me emotionally that Aug was having a tough time in the beginning of the book coming to terms with his break up with Lance and how depressed he was because he couldn’t be what Lance needed sexually. Imagine breaking up with someone you have an intense connection and love for, only to have to break it off because your partner wasn’t happy with their sex life and you can’t let them have their moment because it is uncomfortable for you. I also really enjoyed how fully Brielle inserted herself in their lives and thought that since she has that chemistry and desire with both Lance and Aug that she puts her heart on the line and basically says let’s give us a shot. I loved how bold she was and how completely Aug and Lance gave into it and said why not? Let’s explore this and what you get is complete fire even though I had to try to understand and visualize what it was they were doing. Overall, I’m glad I broadened my horizons and read something different and it wound up being good. One last thing I wish they did in this story was rather than keep the point of view between Aug and Brielle, I wish Lance’s point of view was in more than just the epilogue. I would have liked to read his thoughts and what he was going through with Aug in the beginning and throughout the story when Aug, Brielle and himself started a relationship. I would have wanted to hear how he was doing in the time him and Aug weren’t together. I don’t understand why he wasn’t but I guess the book was long enough and adding him may have made it longer.
Another book by an author that can gently but then progressively push the boundaries of taboo with characters that many can relate to. The book starts hot with a tease in the prologue, then a hard break for a middle burn until a 5-alarm fire again. While it began with a wow, it certainly made me keep reading as it grabbed my attention, needing to know “where does it go from here”!
Brielle is a judgmental film student in her last semester of grad school. She has just realized that her life has been ordinary and predictable and in a moment of spontaneity, applies for a mentorship. Augustus is asked by an old classmate to provide a mentorship in his premier adult film company for Brielle. She initially views her placement with contempt. But after she starts, it doesn’t take long for her to realize that her outlook is essentially how she was raised by her father, and she embraces the experience.
Lance is older than Brielle and younger than Augustus. His anger about the inability for his needs to be met by Augustus colors his behavior, initially with Augustus and then Brielle.
Augustus is the oldest of the three. He is also the most tragic. He is almost self-loathing in the inability of the dominant in him that just can’t allow him to switch, no matter how much he wants to.
Augustus and Lance are post-breakup despite still being intensely in love with one another. However, they still work together. The difficulty of this situation is mostly seen from Augustus’s point of view, but Lance expresses it through his behavior. It is only through Brielle and a rather surprising question that the possibility of repairing and improving the past is within reach.
This book is not just super-hot scenes that can leave you breathless. It is about realizing that you can’t just change who you are despite your intense desire to do so. It shows how that innate need can deeply affect your partners but also yourself. It is also a story of discovery, experimentation, and realization that changes your outlook and your path in life, as well as your relationships with those closest to you. It is about the need for open communication, both in intimate and familial relationships. The surprise twist was a bit expected but the build-up and events surrounding it just made me want to totally smack the involved persons.
Written in multi first person POV, you get a real feel for the characters reactions and emotions. I absolutely loved this book and totally recommend it to anyone who wants to read a bit of the taboo with some introspection and a lot of growth, something Daisy Jane can do well. Read the CW as they might not be for everyone, but maybe keep an open mind and expand your horizons too.
I received this book as an ARC and this is my honest review.
I love how the author cover the raw expect of the relationship, since usually couples in polygamy relationship story tends to suddenly jump into it and suddenly all sunshine and rainbow with the spice. But the author actually wrote the raw feelings they felt and also how they all still have such a beautiful dynamic and true to themselves even after the relationship start✨
+ i didn’t expect to cry reading this book 😭😂 the plot twist is sooo not unexpected and kinda glad happe?
“Lance needs to fulfill the dominance inside of him, and he and Aug are desperate to be together. Another sub is the only way. I knew this all along, but as Aug sits on the other side of me, I suddenly feel like… a prop. No different from a lamp on set the actor switches to illuminate the real scene, the bottle of lube stashed beneath the bed—a means to an end. Have fun. Don’t overthink it. No one promised you anything. You’re here to break the boring streak. Live a little. Exhaling through pursed lips, I face Aug first, because he speaks to me. “Self pep talk?” I volley my head, unwilling to mar what I think is going to be a super hot experience with annoying feelings and fears. So they need a human bridge for their wide gap? So what? I can be a bridge. Even if it’s temporary. There’s nothing wrong with temporary fun.” €
“committing the way they feel to memory. Because this has been a perfect night. But I’m a smart girl. Perfect doesn’t last forever.”

I was fortunate to get an ARC of Bound by Brielle and boy was I grateful. I'm not going to lie, I went into this book with some hesitancy (but extreme curiosity) because the pet play aspect is a huge unknown for me, but a huge fan of polyamorous MMF books. I was absolutely blown away with this story. If you have read previous installments in the crave productions series, you also got an inkling of Augustus and Lance and the sexual tension that surrounded them, but it was never confirmed nor denied. We finally got to see the story of these two unfold. What a beautiful story between two strong male leads with grumpy personas who deep down were sweet, loyal and loving. We also got to meet a new character, Brielle, who as an upcoming film directing student, got thrown into the mix. Brielle is a bit jaded with judgement in the beginning and got to blossom as the story grew with the love, care and knowledge that Augustus and Lance gave her. The romance between the three of them was beautiful. Full of understanding, communication and devotion. This story honestly gave me a huge insight into the pet play kink but not throwing me completely into the deep end. This book gave all the gooeyness needed in romance books, provided extra steam, and showed fantastic character development for all 3 characters. Daisy Jane is my go to for polyamorous books because they are some of the best ones to show love between all the characters. I highly recommend this book, even if some of the kinks you are unsure about, because I promise it is worth it.
Brielle is in the final year of graduate school and wants to become a director, her only idea for her final project is a documentary about trees. after a run-in with an ex she decides that she wants to do something new, a mentor/protege program allows her to learn from a randomly assigned director.
ok so it's not quite randomly assigned from what I can tell but the point stands. This is an ARC and I have tried to be careful not to omit details that Jane hasn't already released. I didn't read the second in this series before reading this one and it wasn't necessary at all, it filled me in on the basics without being a forced monologue of their whole story. This was good, I feel like Winnie needs her own book or novella, im just curious about that whole deal. this ties in well, the chemistry and dynamics were great and Jane's writing is nothing to get emotional over, exceptional.
C/Ws: parents with strong opposing opinions, a bit of manipulation (her dad), is betrayal the right word? If so it's minor but yeah, Spice: MMF, dom/switch/sub, Pet play, "sir" "Pup", age gap, pegging, crate, plugged in public, I don't know which bit this goes in but it goes there then there then there? That is not sanitary does she want a UTI? Read Again: definitely before Stuck with Tuck but again I always enjoy Why Chooses more than MF's Recommend: to someone who wants a quick-ish read with pup play and a brat.
I did not know I enjoyed pet play kink! Well, I enjoyed it the way it was written in this book. Definitely not your typical spicy scenes, that's for sure!
It's a story about three broken pieces of people coming together to fit perfectly. Things that I enjoyed about the book were:
1. Seeing B overcome her own prejudices to become who she really was meant to be.. or.. B. (Ha! See what I did there?) 2. The spicy scenes. They were truly outstanding! The way Lance was written as a switch was so good! There were no skipping pages on these scenes, that's for sure! 3. How the three grew into their relationship through open communication, love, and trust.. and maybe a spanking or two. 4. The Winnie and B storyline. Life happens.
The other things: 1. I didn't like how Lance treated Aug over their broken relationship. I think he was just plain mean. 2. I felt the angst between Lance and Aug went on a bit too long. I started getting antsy in my seat for the story to move forward. It did. Boy, did it move on.
This is not a negative, but I just wanted to say, Big Daddy was a big jerk! A relatable jerk for many of us, but definitely a jerk. Whew. I feel better now.
So, to wrap this up, read the book. It's good.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I've loved every book in the Crave & Cure series so far!! I was pleasantly surprised when I got an ARC. This is MMF, dom/sub relationships, pet play, collar play, and more. Daisy Jane has become one of my all time favourite authors and she is amazing at writing taboo.
At first I wasn't sure if I could see their relationship pan out. But I was glad to see they were able to sit down and communicate. I think any poly relationship needs that and it is evidently clear, they made it work. I loved seeing Augustus get his own book and I was surprised to see his relationship with Lance. Lance is the grumpy one and he starts to open up, as Brielle starts taking an interest in them both.
What I didn't like, was her so called best friend Winnie, started acting suspicious and distancing herself from Brielle. I could see the conflict coming from far away. I'm wondering if Winnie is going to get her own book.
I just wish we could've seen more development of the 3 MC's relationship more. It seemed to just happen sort of fast and right away. It was like Brielle looked at them both and they knew they wanted to be in a relationship with her.
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review!
This book contains pet play, is very steamy, grumpy x3, and workplace romance. My first MMF book to have a dominant, switch and submissive so I was very intrigued. There are sloppy kisses, peach play, pegging, collaring, pen usage, hand feeding, praise and more…
Aug (age 38) is a rare type of man, the kind that still values and lives by loyalty. Lance (age 34) is irritable but sweet. Brielle (age 26) is a film school intern. She is disciplined and reliable but stuck in her monotonous routine.
Aug and Lance are broken up since they can’t quite make it fit with both their desires. With a third joining them, they can become the relationship each of them needed. Despite the fact it’s non traditional.
I gave this book 5 stars since it delivers what is advertised. Besides the super steamy scenes we also see vulnerability, acceptance and obstacles each character must overcome.
As a fan of the series I loved getting a glimpse of all the other characters and them even using the Tuck toy 🔥. Especially loved seeing Cohen and Scarlet living their HEA life ❤️. While you don’t have to read the first two books to understand this book I do recommend as you will enjoy the cameos even more.
Just kidding. No, there’s more, much more. But after reading “Bound by Brielle” by Daisy Jane, “Woah” was my response. Author Daisy Jane packs so much in this story—honestly, I was utterly glued to it from beginning to end. Every character captured my attention, including the side characters. That rarely happens for me.
Aug recently ended his relationship with Lance due to his reluctance to have a different role in their sexual play that he felt adamant about. Aug and Lance work together at Crave & Cure––the adult film production company. They stay professional but still have feelings for each other.
Brielle begins a grad internship as a film student with Aug and Lance. She finds them both attractive and intriguing, and she forms an exploratory, fun relationship that evolves into more for all three of them, especially for Aug and Lance.
Readers will not be disappointed in any of the spicy scenes. Daisy Jane wrote a book about characters within the adult film industry that had deliciously written s/mütty scenes but didn’t revolve around that. “Bound by Brielle” was a plot-driven story, not just a s/müt-driven one.
I received a copy of this book for free and am leaving this review voluntarily.
Since Stuck with Tuck, I had a feeling there was a dynamic between Aug and Lance, and I waited and hoped that their story was going to be the next one. Then we got Choen and Scarlett's story, which I loved. But I still hoped for the next to be about Aug and Lance.
So when Daisy finally announced that the third book was not only going to be about Aug and Lance, but be a MMF? Sign me the heck up!
The Grumpy x3 was absolute perfection. The way they got on eachothers nerves and all stood their ground. The chemistry between them all was just amazing. Brielle who came from a closed minded background truly blossomed when she was assigned to shadow Aug and Lance.
Then let's get started on Pet Play... This is something that is not written about often, so a lot of people ideas of pet play can be misconstrued. The first pet scene I was a little hesitant and unsure how I would feel about it. This also came with my misconception of what pet play was too. Daisy truly did an amazing job bringing the kink of Pet Play forward. It was well written, and honestly hot. 🔥
I am so happy with this series, and I loved having the opportunity to read it!
This was my least favorite of the series--but I couldn't put it down. I read it in one day.
Brielle wasn't very likeable in my opinion. She was a snob, judgmental, and not very developed. I'm aware that she was supposed to be a snob and judgmental at the beginning of the book and she was supposed to grow out of it. And she did grow out of it, I'm aware she did because the book literally told me she did. I didn't witness her growth. None of the kinks are my kink...I'm not into threesomes what so ever, nor is pet play even on my radar. HOWEVER, the sex scenes are CRAZY hot. Like, damn. So hot. I don't want to experience it myself, but reading about it was hot. However, it got the point where there were just too many sex scenes and I started skimming through them. I felt like this book in general could have been developed a bit more. Also the hints that were given from the previous book didn't show up in this book at all which was odd. If you've been reading this series for SURE read this book. Again, the description didn't really interest me, but I was invested in the characters from the previous books--and I still really enjoyed reading it. I did end up caring for the characters--especially Lance and Augustus.
I have so many thoughts, all positive. I didn't know what to expect with pet play other than I was super excited to read my first book with it, after the mention of cages in Big Daddy. Right off the bat, I was super attached to Aug because he was going through it, pining for the man sitting right across the office from him, my heart was broken from the start and I couldn't put the book down. I'm so so happy he and Lance were able to find a way to be together because they were obviously still very much in love and in a lot of pain. I love that B had just a touch of brat in her. When it came to the first scene, when Lance crawled to and ate out of Aug's hand, I wasn't sure I was going to be able to take it seriously, just because I have zero knowledge of this stuff and couldn't picture the real scenario, if that makes sense? Aside from that scene, they didn't act like actual dogs so it was easier to understand. The play is written so well, honestly taking so much care to get what I believe is an authentic representation, completely changed how I saw it. That's why I like DJ's books so much, is they're definitely fun, but kink is taken seriously so as not to mock or make fun of anything. All that to say, I fucking loved this book.

❤️MMF Romance 😡Grumpy x3 🐶Pet & Collar play Adult Film Directors
Daisy has delivered again! Bound By Brielle is book 3 of the Crave & Cure Productions series and this one is my favorite! I’ve been dying for Aug and Lance’s story and this was so much more than I was expecting.
Brielle Parker is a film school graduate. She gets a mentorship at Crave & Cure, which she is totally against in the beginning. Her outlook on making adult films change drastically as she discovers desires of her own.
Augustus and Lance are directors at the studio and her bosses. They have a romantic past together that has work a little tense at times. When Brielle discovers their past, she proposes the possibility of them repairing their relationship, and more.
Daisy has a way of writing taboo topics, showing healthy communication in relationships, exploration of kinks and self-exploration so well. The intimacy and spice in the smexy scenes had me absolutely panting (pun intended 😂).
I didn’t expect some of the twists and turns that’s for sure, but was glad to see a HEA for all. I definitely recommend the whole series!! Be sure to check trigger warnings before reading.

Wow. 👏 👏 👏 👏 I am not even sure how to properly explain my emotions about book. 🩶 It was hot and it was spicy but it was also soooooo much MORE!!! I went into this book looking for smut but I also found a lot of love, trust, friendships, plot and I did get LOTS of spice! I LOVED the connection that Aug, Lance, and Brielle have. I couldn’t get enough of them. Pet play isn’t my number one but this book made it work for me and it was 🔥.The trust that is built and the love for each other shows in the way they turn over their power to one another! I found myself sad the book was over. She left me wanting more!!!!! I highly recommend this read! Even if you think it’s not your vice you might be pleasantly surprised. Because these 3 make it work!
Bound by Brielle is book 3 in the Crave & Cure Productions series. It’s an mmf Dom/sub kink romance. Aug and Lance have history. Hot, kinky, loving and intense history. When they meet Brielle, they are exactly that - history. But the mentorship program that brought Brielle to them, as brings them hope and a future, all 3 of them together. I love that Daisy writes kink thoughtfully and respectfully. She writes of play between adults in a trusting, respectful and loving relationship. She writes of hot play scenes and loving, tender moments. She also introduces struggles and obstacles in the relationships, creating a reality to the lovers we are reading about. The characters were great in this story. The throuple here are interesting and complex, while also bring relatable and likeable. The play between them is so hot and new read kinks are unlocked for me!! Beyond their hot smutty times, their relationship dynamic is so loving and comforting, making their HEA a must that keeps you reading on. Bound by Brielle is another hot and kinky read with a beautiful relationship that makes this book a must read!
Such a sexy, yet incredibly tender and loving read! I have been intrigued with Lance and Augustus from the moment they made their appearance in Tuck's story. Lance is grumpy and Augustus is reserved. No one really knew if they were together, they kept their private life completely separate from Crave & Cure. Brielle is a product of her environment when we met her. Her father raised her and she has stayed inside the box he built around her with his expectations. When she gets assigned to Augustus as a protégé, in order to finish her graduate degree, she is less than thrilled. An adult film company assignment felt like a joke; she had no idea just how exceptional the studio was. The three of them grow so much, it was simply beautiful to see. The three of them find so much strength and support in each other, it almost made me cry. The heat, the spice is just a big cherry and whipped cream topping on this sweet sundae of a book! I cannot recommend this author enough, she is just that brilliant!
MMF -pet play -dom/sub/switch -grumpy/grumpy/grumpy
Daisy Jane embarks on a provocative exploration of self-discovery, challenging societal perceptions, and unveiling the artistry behind unexpected places. Brielle Parker, a film school graduate student, serves as the perfect vessel for readers to navigate the blurred lines between art, passion, and personal evolution.
It is full of delicious tension, making it not just a steamy story but also a thoughtful examination of preconceived notions and biases.
The dual dynamic of her two bosses adds layers of complexity to Brielle's journey, making the novel more than just a typical romance. It is a fiery exploration of empowerment, desire, and the unexpected turns life can take.
This book is perfect for readers looking for a blend of heat, heart, and a fresh perspective on the world of film. Daisy Jane crafts a narrative that is both compelling and thought-provoking, ensuring "Bound by Brielle" is not easily forgotten.
We met Aug and Lance in Stuck with Tuck and got a little more of a glimpse of them in Cohen’s Control. As a MM lover I couldn’t wait for their story. I was pleasantly surprised that it is a MMF story and they needed their beautiful third to complete them. This story has all of the spice you would expect from a MMF story, but with a fun twist! There is a beautiful power dynamic to be explored with pet play. I have explored outside of my comfort zone whenever Daisy Jane has written it and I have loved it all. She does an amazing job of exploring the dynamic in a real and relatable way. I don’t read a lot of pet play, but as always I trusted Daisy Jane to do it well. I personally see this story as an awesome display of submission and power exchange with lots of edging and love. I also was surprised how much I loved the switch aspect, as I feel like it’s not represented enough. So get yourself a cold drink and a furry tail ;) and enjoy this steamy ride to pleasure town!
This series has absolutely blown me away. Each book has been better than the last and I have loved each and every one. This is how you write a throuple in my opinion! I soaked up the details from Aug and Lance’s past and adored the growth of Brielle’s character. The chemistry between aug and lance then with the addition of brielle was wonderful, I loved the way she really felt like part of the relationship. The ending is written so well, without giving anything away, I almost wanted to feel one way but couldn’t, because every characters emotions come through the text so implicitly, you can’t help but understand everyone. And of course, the spice was, in true Daisy Jane style, hotter than hell. If you have reservations about this type of book, I would urge you to give this one a go because it’s written superbly and the relationship is beautiful. Honestly I just love the crave and cure world.
-Pet play -MMF -Kink -Age gap -Allllllll the gumps!
Bound by Brielle is the 3rd book in the Carve & Cure series, but can be read and enjoyed as a stand-alone with just glimpses from other characters living their HEAs. I loved Aug, a strong-willed man with firm believes and a big heart, and truly felt for him when something inherent in his nature kept him from Lance, the man he loves. He, too, makes for a great hero, imperfect, a bit unyielding in the beginning but sweet and supportive as the story continues. Brielle's development from an immature, judgemental student to a confident, open-minded successful director in her own right is inspiring. The sexy times are steamy, kinky and very graphic, yet make you feel the love and passion at the same time. An entertaining read with a well-deserved HEA for the throuple.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Daisy Jane is the type of author that can make you love something you thought you’d never be into… enter pet play. DJ tends to write kinks very classy, with so much passion, and in a way that doesn’t make you cringe… so that’s honestly the reason why she could make me love something I never even thought I’d like to read about.
But seeing as I’ve been anxiously awaiting Aug and Lance’s story I knew I had to give the pet play a chance, it didn’t disappoint. But there’s also so much more to this story than pet play, and that’s where DJ always hooks me, bc while her contemporary romances are steamy, spicy and kinky she makes me fall in love with the world and characters she’s created and this story is NO different.
I loved Aug, Lance, and Brielle’s story - the Crave and Cure world is one you definitely wanna be apart of! 🖤🩷
Loved the story up until the completely obvious plot twist was hinted at literally from the beginning but I thought maybe it’d be redeemable and it’s not even between mcs??? The author just ruined the book for no reason. Absofuckinglutely not unacceptable I would not under any circumstances forgive my best friend for going behind my back and dating my dad for four months??? And her excuse is she was jealous and depressed. 1) kinda sounds like the dad took advantage of her. 2) the fucking nerve for everyone to act like the mc and dad are in the same boat for forgiving eachother???? The dad slut shamed his daughter and degraded her for being in a relationship with two men wheras the dad went behind his daughter back and started dating her best friend ?? after ignoring her for weeks and constantly borderline blackmailing her with money. Unbelievable I’m actually fuming.
Honestly obsessed with this series, I love Daisy’s books as they’re all so different from each other and don’t feel repetitive. One of my fave tropes is grumpy x sunshine and I was immediately intrigued when i saw that this was 3 x Grumpy, I loved it!
I wasn’t sure what to expect with the pet play as it usually makes me feel uncomfortable but this was written really well and was easy to read. Daisy Jane knows how to write a sex scene👏🏻
Really not a fan of Winnie, i was suspicious of her from the start🤣
Loved having more of an insight into Aug and Lance and I immediately liked Brielle and that she was as strong willed as they were, I think their trio works well and they balance each other out. Can’t wait to see more stories in this world!
We are back at Crave & Cure following Aug, Lance and new direction protege, Brielle. Brielle just happens to be what Aug and Lance need to pull them back together. This one has been my favorite in the series!
Brielle, Aug and Lance were all strong willed, stubborn and focused. Which made for a fun, spicy and interesting dynamic when they would butt heads on not only the adult films they were directing but their life outside of Crave & Cure.
Now let’s talk a little about pet play. I had zero idea what to expect from this dynamic. I’d never read about it before. While personally, it isn’t something I would be interested in, I do see how it could be appealing for others! And saw how well it works for Brielle, Aug and Lance!
