Because I know the family of Larry Lunt and I have been to Cuba, I was very interested in the book. He was a political prisoner in Cuba for 14 years from 1965 to 1979. He somehow kept his sanity and character. Eventually he and 4 other Americans were traded for 3 Puerto Rican revolutionaries and he was freed. It is his memoir and at times goes into more detail and the on-going imprisonment just keeps going. As a read, it is full of interesting Cuban history, of course with his very anti-Castro point of view. But I really appreciated the book. He did talk about finding God and that it was a great help to his ability to cope.
