Another Sam Cheever adventure has arrived and it hits the ground running, taking you on a non-stop journey between 2 dimensions and a character straight from the gates of hades!!!!!

Kitt, our traveller, her protector, Justice, an Elvo, the hellhound, respond after receiving a mysterious phone call from her exhusband,Tom. He hadn't said a word, just gurgled.....something was definitely up.

This adventure introduces us to ghouls, not zombies, though similar in nature and just as gory. Her best friend, Molly and Molly's current boyfriend, Juggler, also a protector, along with Mols assistant, Rog, once again join in to battle these evil creatures that have come to town to begin colonizing this dimension by turning everyone into ghouls under the direction of the ghoul king himself. Kitt must insure thus never happens!

This book is an action packed page turner that will have your pulse racing, your adrenaline pumping and your nerves on edge as each page goes deeper down into this mystery's plot. If you haven't read the rest of this Bounce series, you can still read it as a stand alone, but you will more clearly understand by treating yourself to the entire series. Fair warning...after reading this, you MAY be sleeping with the lights on for a few nights.....

So Many Ghouls . . .

As you may recall, Rae Kitt is a retired police officer who somehow finds herself transported around randomly to deal with monsters, the kind that eagerly accept the challenge of making her dead! And that hasn’t really changed yet. This time, the Ghoul King has crossed the borders between dimensions with the intent of creating an army of ghouls to take over the human realm. Rae and the gang have jumped into the situation and are doing their best to prevent disaster. Will they be successful? This one looks pretty daunting…

This author’s writing style will captivate the reader right from the start. She paints her scenes with magic words to put the reader into the middle of the action as a participant. The descriptions are clear and make the incredible seem real. With strong characters and a fast-paced storyline, grab on before you start reading, because it is not going to slow down until the end!

The descriptions of people and the unexplainable will keep you entertained with enchanting characters and witty dialogue that draws you in and keeps you turning the pages.

On this Bounce, Traveler Kitt and her  friends are deep in the middle of fight to save not only Fort Wallace, but potentially all of Earth and beyond. King Henri and his minion ghouls have invaded and somehow turned powerful people and local politicians to his side.

Get ready for laughter, confusion, a lovable Hellhound aling with frightful monsters. 

I look forward to seeing what trouble "cough" adventures Rae and her friends get into next.

Rae was happy to learn that her latest job was not in some other-dimensional world, but right here on good old Terro. Unfortunately, her joy was short-lived when she found out the mission involved ghouls...and her ex-husband. The ghouls are not easy to kill, smell bad, and like to bite (some of those traits also apply to her ex). It seems the king of the ghouls has decided that Terro would make a nice base of operations and has started by taking up residence under the local baseball stadium. It is going to take Rae, Justice, Elvo, Molly, Rog, Juggler, and a host of others to dethrone this king.

Funny, as usual, and plenty of action. Love Molly 'Tiny Rambo' and, of course, Elvo is a hoot. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

The Ghoul King has breached the dimensional border and is building an army of ghouls to take over Terra.

Bouncing Toward Ignominy is the the third book in the Midlife Muddle series.
It's fast paced, has developed characters, a strong plot line, and a good dose of humor.

Rae and her team really have their hands full, and no one is safe. Hell hounds come to rhe rescue as well as colleges from another dimension. many times I thought the battle was going in Rae's direction, only to be plunged into a larger hurdle. from page 2 to the last page, Ms. Cheever has given us literally non stop action and very well written. She has a way to pull the reader into the book! Cannot wait for the next book!.

Oh my gosh! This story is off and running almost from the first words, and I feel like I was lucky to have kept up. Rae and her brave band of misfits have their work cut out for them when facing a ghoulish apocalypse. But never fear! They’re armed with boatloads of sass and snark, some genuine skills, and the temerity to try no matter that logic says it shouldn’t work. After all, ghouls just wanna have fun. I can’t wait to see what kind of trouble Rae bounces into next.

This is an entertaining series! Rae, Justice and the rest of the gang are battling ghouls who are determined to overrun the human realm. The world building is creative and very descriptive. It’s easy to visualize all the monsters and the battle action. This series offers pure engaging reading entertainment!.

Ghoulie apocalypse!

The ghouls are up to no good and life as this dimension knows it is on thin ice. This was definitely not in her job description!

This is the first book I have read in this series and now I want to read the rest of them! The book is full of paranormal action and good mystery. I received a free copy but my review is honest and voluntary.

I really enjoyed this book. There was a little bit of everything: romance, comedy, friendship, animosity, magic and close calls. Exciting and fun, it's a great read to lift you our of your own problems and smack into Rae's problems and lots of gross, nasty ghouls!.

Fast read, fun times

Rae retired from being a cop. Then she was recruited into an Inter dimensional agency aimed at keeping the monsters from slipping through to prey on humans.

I really enjoyed this book. It is full of non-stop action and adventure. The plot flows well and has many surprises. The characters are interesting and witty. This book is full of magic and strong quirky characters. A fantastic read.
