So, once again with this one, a very adorable read. This one is with the mom having to realize she does like the guy who likes her and her daughter pushing her forward to admit it to herself.

As this series is a slice of life involving an older woman and a younger man, there isn't a lot of PLOT to speak of. It's mainly set pieces where they can have awkward situations and discuss things. It has essentially been a slow burn romance for 3 volumes.

In this volume they go on vacation, so you can imagine some hijinks that ensue in that.

However, the heart and soul of this series is the relationship between the boy, the mother and the daughter. For the mom realizing that it's okay to have love for herself and not just focus entirely on her daughter. (Reminder she's technically her Aunt who adopted her after her niece's parents died so not biological who chose to birth a daughter)

It's as much a cute love story as it is a book about realizing that you can't just live for others, you need to let yourself find happiness as well. And this series so far has been quite good at doing that.

It's a very cute series. I'm not entirely sure how there's still four whole volumes of this left, but i will absolutely be continuing it. A little slow in some places, but overall a cute, heartwarming read.

3.5 out of 5 rounded up to a 4.

Okay, so Takkun, Miu and Ayak0 are in a triangle relationship, but Ayako does not know the whole of the competition. Takkun and Ayako manage to get a date in which was fine until the ride home turned out to be a disaster! Then the threesome went off to a resort where Miu worked on setting up a romance that did not quite work out. But the confrontation at home between Miu and Ayako brought out Ayako's feelings which she then expressed. Be interesting to see what blows up in the next volume!
