Kōsuke Fujishima (藤島康介, born July 7, 1964) is a Japanese manga artist.
Born in Chiba, Japan, he first came to public attention as an editor of Puff magazine, his first job after completing high school. His second manga series Oh My Goddess!, also translated as Ah! My Goddess, is extremely popular and has made Fujishima a household name in Japan. In addition, he is also well known as the character designer for several games in the Tales RPG video game series and Sakura Wars.
He is known for his love of automobiles and motorcycles, and several of his series and their characters reflect this, such as in éX-Driver and Oh My Goddess!.
While this one is quite short, it's a very interesting read. I always enjoy the battles of logic where you can figure it out in any story, but in this coupled with the still beautiful art, I just love it. I find the bat-girl's ability to be a very interesting one. I look forward to seeing where this plot arc leads.
The battle throught the demon realm continues. Its interesting to showcase the powers the girls have up their sleeves. At the same time, the volume makes sure to showcase how much of an asset Keiichi can be. Another entertaining volume as this story starts to work through its final arc.
Hmm...I was a little annoyed by this volume due to the plenitude of fan service camera angles. I enjoyed the story just fine, but I really didn't need all those shots in there. I'm disappointed in you, Fujishima, resorting to such cheap tactics. On top of that, the poses didn't even look realistic (or comfortable) for those involved. Maybe that's the "fantasy" coming through.
So, one star docked for cheap tricks, and for making this volume so short.
Die werden mir ehrlich gesagt etwas zu dünn... Aber da ich schallend über den Weichteile-Witz lachen musste und die Gegnerin interessant ist, gibt's noch drei Sterne dafür.
Man, I love the relationship between Keiichi and Belldandy. I feel like at this point I should be over it, but the support they give each other is just so wonderful!
