Milly Taiden (also writes as April Angel) was born in the prettiest part of the Caribbean (to her) known as the Dominican Republic. Currently, she resides in New York City with her husband, bossy young son and their little dog Speedy.

When she’s not working full-time, texting with her best friend Heidi in England, chastising her son for pulling the dog’s ears, shopping with her sister Jewel or watching scary movies with her husband, she can be found writing on her laptop.

Simply wonderful read, captivating characters that will hold your attention completely
This is a simply wonderful read and I guarantee that you will be blown away by the characters and the storyline that is so well written and with a plot that is a pleasure to read. Katie has been called in to help at short notice with a young girl that has lost both parents in a tragic accident.
Put into the care of her Uncle Axur that is a high ranking General on his planet where it is not allowed for military men to have a wife or a family and so he has been given a short period of time to find a home and adoptive parents for his niece, otherwise he will have to give up his General position in the Luxenian army to care for her.
When Katie meets her charge Ayla she is able to understand her feelings as she herself has been through similar situation when she was a young girl with her own military father and it had been very hard and cold lifestyle and she refuses to allow this to continue wit Ayla and her uncle Axur.
As the family live under the same roof she is determined that Ayla is able to begin playing like a little girl should and this is what she is determined to point out to her uncle. The attraction between the pair is fairly hot and as she spends time in his home, they are aware that their feelings are growing and the family feeling is also strengthening between them and they are growing stronger as a family.
When Axur is told quite firmly by his superiors that he has to make a decision and that is between his niece and her nanny and his profession as a General in the forces and should he not feel then they will be only too happy to help.
It is unknown for a military person with such a successful career as himself to ever have stepped down from the Luxenian military and he is expected to choose his career above his niece and the nanny that he has fallen for.
I guarantee that you will love this wonderful story and will be left like me waiting for the next book in this very entertaining series of books.
I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.

This year has been a crap year for me, health wise, so having amazing books to read helped get me through it. M.T. has provided me with many hours of escape with the amazing stories she's put out. This books is no different. It's a bit different from her other series, but it has everything you would expect from one of her books. Romance, steam, action, danger... it's a phenomenal read that drew me in and kept me engaged from beginning to end. I look forward to seeing what comes next from this author!

Ayla was orphaned when her parents were both killed. She was temporarily taken in my her uncle- General Axur of the Luxenian army. Those serving cannot have children or spouses. Axur needed help immediately. He found that in the very human Katie. As Ayla's nanny, she had contact with the cold/impassioned general. What they didn't count on was each other and their developing attraction.....combined with their love for Ayla. Can love conquer all, including the military? I really loved this book. It was full of sweet romance and tender moments, and I know I will read this book more than once. The HEA was also incredibly romantic. The characters were real and very believable, and the storyline was simple but beautiful. Altogether, it is a sweet romance that I will remember for a very long time.

Brilliant Series

Alien Protector’s Nanny (Alien Needs a Nanny Book 3) by Milly Taiden. Axur is a senior General in the army but the recent deaths of his brother and sister-in-law has given him his niece to look after. As members of the forces are not allowed to have dependants he needs a nanny. Katie agrees to go to his planet to be nanny for Ayla. As time goes on Katie and Axur be come close which causes Axur to worry about his job. Can he have Katie, Ayla and be a General?

Excellent Reading

Traveling to another planet can be excitement enough, but when the guardian of the young girl she is to nanny for is a staid, tried and true
military man with no interest in his brother's child, things get a bit dicey, and Marla is not one to hold back her opinion! This could be fun!!

This does not read like an alien love story at all. This feels more like the alien general is from another country not on another planet. I also cannot sympathize with the FMC's resentment. I liked the ending though and the writing.

Wow so much adventure. Loved this story. This is book three and was a pleasure to read. The storyline flows perfectly and the characters are perfect together. Katie and Axur and a interesting blend and there story was exciting and new. Great read.
